Slam the Gavel welcomes filmmaker, Ginger Gentile to the podcast. Ginger is a filmmaker, speaker and coach. Ginger is passionate about using her skills to help people and make a difference in this world. Educating, raising awareness, Ginger has used story telling  to inspire others. Committed to helping families heal through and after divorce and trauma, Ginger has appeared on Red Table Talk, Bravo, SXSW, NBC and other podcasts. Since "Erasing Family," came out in 2020 (can be found free on YouTube). Ginger has dealt with high conflict divorce, trauma and  Parental Alienation. 
     Her first film, "Erasing Dad," in 2014 was censored in Argentina, making front page news as well as forcing her to leave the country. Fathers suddenly came out of nowhere to talk about how they couldn't see their kids. At that time, in Argentina, mothers primarily had full custody. After her film came out, Argentina has  since changed the law, allowing joint custody and no more gender bias in the law. 
     Ginger came back to the U.S. and found that a lot of mothers couldn't see their kids and that's it's more about money. The kids themselves, as young as seven were on social media talking about how they couldn't see a parent or a sibling. This is when Ginger made the film, "Erasing Families." It is a powerful film that does show happy endings.      Since "Erasing Family," came out in 2020 (can be found free on YouTube).  
     Parents started contacting Ginger asking for help. Ginger began transitioning out of filming and has trained with Bill Eddy at the High Conflict Institute and is working with the worse cases of divorce and Parental Alienation. Ginger has dealt with and is helping  parents who are suffering through high conflict divorce, trauma and Parental Alienation.  
     Ginger explains her how her coaching is helping others and  offers the advice that it's never too early to get help and changing the communication style with the co-parent is helpful. Ginger also offered how she has reunited parents with their children.

   Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Natalia Dalton. Natalia was last on the podcast Season 3; Episodes 26 and 144. Natalia gave updates on her case and discussed her child support enforcement hearing, where Judge Sotelo was willing to hear what had gone wrong, but Natalia's "public defender" told the judge that they can't fix her arrears, as it was in the Virginia laws. The judge listened to the "public defender." 
     Natalia had done a FOIA request from the Child Support Enforcement Office, and they gave her very little information.  Natalia has proof that back in 2014, she was not at a hearing where the father gave the court her income and therefore the court gave her a figure she could never make and she was never full-time. 
    Natalia hasn't seen her son in years, as the father makes it "difficult" when he picks supervisors and then declines them, so Natalia can't use them so she can see her son.  Her "public defender," told Natalia at this hearing to not tell the judge she has not seen her son and that they would take back some of the questions Natalia asked in Discovery. However, the father doesn't comply with the discovery, and the courts allow his erratic behavior especially when he asks the court to put her in jail for one year or pay $23,000.00 in arrears. The court tossed that aside and reduced part of her support, and gave her a restricted driver's license. 
     Since when does a judge entertain a "public defender" telling him what the law is, when he was wanting to hear what this mother has to say? He also needs to know that the father is not allowing the mother contact with her son.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes back Kelly Patton to the podcast. Kelly was last on  Season 4, Episodes 124 and 146. Kelly came on to the podcast with Lee to discuss an ongoing case in Wichita, Kansas since 2019. As soon as Lee contacted Kelly about a child abuse case, Kelly started documenting.  It all started when the child was two and living in a beautiful home and child support had to be paid. 
     The case is multifaceted and intertwined with collusion and corruption involving Lee's grandchild. Lee has not seen her grandchild in five years based on a frivolous report of child abuse. This report has landed the grandmother to be placed on the child abuse registry in order to alienate her from her grandchild. Kelly explained that they tried to have Lee go before an expungement review however, the same social worker that even physically abused Lee was handling the review, under a different name. There is no end to the collusion and conflict of interest.
   Lee's husband is not in good health and they have gone through their entire savings account to try to get their grandchild back.  Even a GAL in court recommended that the child be returned, however a rogue social worker didn't want to hear that, and found another GAL to go along with the false narrative. Lee's attorney fought hard to get the child back and for that, "they" threatened to take the attorney's license away . . . and did. There is no attorney in Wichita that will touch this case. Lee talked about a horrific smear campaign that followed along with harassment. With the experience that Kelly has she explains, "you can predict what these people will do."    Updating her case as well, Sabrina discussed being handcuffed in the courtroom and called out that it was unconstitutional. The handcuffs were off in no time. Unfortunately there is a "one day attorney rule," in Mecklenburg County, NC where an attorney has no time to prepare to help a litigant and is forced to continue the proceedings even after asking for a continuance. Sabrina said that the attorney was on the spot given only five minutes to prepare for her case. Sabrina explained that this is a waste of TAXPAYER DOLLARS. However, Sabrina stated that she will not be silent.

     We had an excellent discussion on false accusations and how they have a lethal and devastating impact on people's lives. Tim talked about the rally he was at yesterday 9-8-2023 with Lori Debolt to bring awareness to false accusations and discussed her story of her son. Trauma all around, as her son is imprisoned although there is plenty of evidence saying otherwise, but the evidence is inadmissible. Tim also talked about how that there was an idea in the past of having a REGISTRY OF FALSE ACCUSERS.
   There are things happening in Spain as well regarding allegations as we discussed the "World Cup Kiss," and what this means to coach Luis Rubiales and Jennifer Hermoso.
   Plenty of discussion regarding the early settlers in America and how they handled stress  and raised families.

It is about evil people who commit evil acts.  Eric Nelson, Ph.D. approached this from a non-religious standpoint and examines all personality types from clinical and practical standpoint as well as from an academic standpoint. 
    We discussed the four personality traits of a Sociopath and how a sociopath is a persons on the outside looking in through a window, yet knowing they will never be normal. High - functioning Evil Personality Disorder comes off with disarming charm to get a person to trust them and their intellect is a tool. High - functioning, and very sophisticated at GAME PLAYING, somewhat like some lawyers. Chronic LIARS think through the layers of lies that will be told when asked.
    Discussing the Evil Personality Type and the key factors are 'Blood Lust' and lack of conscience. The EPT is to figure out someone who is close to you, spouse, child, relative. The Caution Tool, Eric Nelson, Ph.D. discussed would be good for young people who are just getting into the dating world. "Passivity is the playground of the evil," Erick Nelson, Ph.D states and how important it is to leave an evil individual and the time it takes or perhaps, not leave at all.
    This segue led to the field of 'Law,' and how this applies to some lawyers but not all as well as judges. Judges come in with their own agenda or come in with a preformed cognition. Are judges paid off? Judges MISUSE DISCRETION in multiple cases because THEY KNOW only ONE of them will go to appeal. This is the WILD, WILD WEST. The justice system, whether it be judges or prosecutors, have so much discretion that they can do a tremendous amount of ABUSE within the framework and get away with it. Judicial reform is OVERDUE and Prosecutorial reform is OVERDUE. NOT A PODCAST TO BE MISSED.

     We exposed the abuse of custodial evaluations, the collusion between all parties, the exploitation of the most vulnerable.   Slam the Gavel welcomes back KellyPatton to the podcast where she was on last on Season 4, Episode 124.  She is joined by Vicki Carnes, a Grandmother, whose case involves a Probation Officer, CPS, COURT PRETENDER and judge. Vicki discussed her case in its entirety that involved her grand daughter, being in and out of trouble, and how a Probation Officer took her grand daughter to two individuals Vicki didn't even know and declared kinship. WHY? Even Kelly and Vicki don't know why this had happened. This cased involved a lot of lying on CPS's part and talked about the alienation of her grand daughter via CPS. Prior to the case the grand daughter wanted to live with these two individuals and told her Grandmother, "it's not up to you it's up to the courts!" Then the LIES generated and descended on Vicki Carnes.
     We discussed why CPS does not act on serious cases but involves themselves in an intact or struggling family unit. We discussed the offering of $500.00 BONUSES  to FOSTER PARENTS, while biological parents struggle to pay for classes they are forced to attend in the guise that their children will be returned.  "Kids pay the highest price," Kelly says. Yet NO ONE CARES. Kelly also talked about the case of Baby Vincent and how he went missing and declared dead but the parents had to still pay child support.
      Kelly Patton is however, nine months into this lawsuit, 40 plaintiffs still have faith. Including Vicki. They hope for financial restitution and to be reunited with their children again. Kelly stays in the game to validate these families in hopes that their pleas be heard. Kelly also prays that more bystanders become more involved as all parents must work together to SAVE OUR CHILDREN.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios. Amy last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 147, 165 and 179 and Season 4, Episode13. She is a Mother of six children. In Amy's case there are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her.  Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC. Now both ex's along with an attorney, Jay White wants to extort monies from Amy or put her in jail days before Christmas....but that didn't happen. 
    This is the most egregious  crime committed against this mother, a Nurse Practitioner. Amy is was asking for Court Watchers on February 9th. I was there. 
    How is Amy making it through this rough time in Family Court without giving up? She has a STRENGTH and FAITH in GOD that is maneuvering her through the labyrinth of the extortion via Family Court. Amy feels at peace.
     The MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION is: will Amy go to DEBTOR'S PRISON that WAS ABOLISHED IN 1833 and UNCONSTITUTIONAL tomorrow September 5th, 2023 for NON-SUPPORT. There is no due process in her case. No evidence  has been taken into consideration. IS IT EVER? Amy has paid one of her ex-husbands over $33,000.00 in child support this year. Apparently Attorney Jay White feels entitled to  $70,000.00 as well, expecting $800.00 per month  until she reaches $70,000.00.  Amy has ALREADY PAID HIM  $2,500.00. What a  DISGRACE, especially when Jay White is Head of DSS CHILD SUPPORT. DO YOU SEE THE ISSUE HERE?
       Judge Nate Knust has allowed testimony from one of her ex-husbands, while in an orange jumpsuit threatening Amy's life. AGAIN NO CONSEQUENCES. Technically, Amy should have sole-custody and the ex-husbands on visitation. Amy says that they call her crazy - SOUND FAMILIAR? YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS AND CALL ANY PARENT CRAZY THEN EXPECT ANY TYPE OF CHILD SUPPORT OUT OF THEM. This is HUMAN TRAFFICKING at its FINEST.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes back Elizabeth Harding Weinstein to the show.  She was last on the podcast  Season 2, Episode 144. She  is a mother, a graduate of Columbia University, a previous ER/ICU nurse as well as a previous hospital administrator at NYU Hospital for Joint Disease.
     Elizabeth is the survivor of severe domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, and a previous well-known and respected resident of Briarcliff Manor, NY.
     Her husband, is a high profile Davis Polk attorney, with connections in the judiciary, and a lifelong history of pedophilia.  When Elizabeth  exposed her spouse’s existing practice, she went to the domestic abuse unit and the DA with this information and 'legal' retaliation occurred immediately.
      The ex immediately hired a company, O’Connor Professional Group, to falsify medical documentation and have Elizabeth falsely committed to a psych hospital, to give him a cover for his pedophilia, Elizabeth reports.  When that failed, her ex used bogus “Orders of Protection” and the criminal coercion of the police to kidnap his children, evict Elizabeth from the house, and EXTRACT her from her children’s lives.  
     The judicial system and law enforcement were weaponized against her.  Suddenly this Mother with no prior history with the courts or police for 48 years was kidnapped, lost contact with her children,  has been falsely arrested multiple times, taken into custody and placed in solitary confinement while in jail and then on a psychiatric ward and has been made homeless. It has taken her THREE years to get her clothing back.
       Elizabeth discussed how her husband and Defendants in her case than filed for “Guardianship” over Elizabeth, petitioning the Court to seize all of her assets, assign her a lawyer in all cases where they were the Defendants, and have Elizabeth placed in a long term care facility and forced medications.   Judge Janet C Malone held ex parte hearings and trafficked Elizabeth into this “Guardianship of Property.”  This illegal Guardian, Kenneth L Bunting, now NOT ONLY keeps Elizabeth’s monthly support payments, he found Elizabeth’s private account with her only money used to feed herself, confiscated the money and closed the account, leaving her destitute and dependent upon the kindness of friends.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Ryan Kolar to the podcast. Ryan's case began with 50/50 shared custody of his then ten year old daughter with a proven ABUSIVE ex-wife.
    However, when she REMARRIED, his daughter reported molestation from the  STEPFATHER while Ryan, a survivor of sexual abuse himself, saw patterns emerging of the grooming of his daughter. Through the well-oiled machinery of the 'family court' system he then LOST CUSTODY 17 months ago after reporting the ABUSE to DCFS.
  Opposing counsel, the Guardian ad Litem as well as the school system spun a web of deceit, creating a false narrative that the judge ruled a temporary suspension of his parenting rights that still haven't been restored a YEAR after Ryan PROVED his innocence and the COLLUSION is court documents.
    Ryan explained that this is a systemic corruption issue. Judges have full discretion. They don't have to honor our civil rights. Ryan wanted to understand WHY, but there is no WHY. It was extortion get money out of both parents.  The abusive one will defend their reputation with money. The protective parent will fight to death for their children with money. It doesn't explain WHY that lawyers and judges choose to do this to children. There is nothing in the human soul that  would make them want to let little children to get molested or worse. We discussed Title IV-D funding and how this  contributes and compounds the problem within the 'family court.' They are letting you PROVE the case against the abuser and you are doing your job FOR THEM. 
   The next phase is to erase her father out of her life and destroy his life.  The judge is refusing to let him present evidence of molestation by the Stepfather.  The GAL is of no help, knowing this ABUSE was happening and did NOTHING. If the judge doesn't rule on anything, then Ryan can't appeal it and get JUSTICE. Parents aren't getting their day in court. The judge would not let witnesses speak in his case. Ryan thoroughly explained his case and how the school also got involved and disturbed evidence. This is such a big case that he cannot get an attorney to take it on. And there is millions to be made.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Amanda Story to the podcast. Her case takes place in Forsyth, North Carolina, where as a mother, she only sees her children four days out of the month. Amanda has gone through five attorneys who did nothing for her, but only made things worse by not presenting evidence while in court. In the beginning, her ex had told her, "I will not pay you anything." But it gets much worse than that. This is a family violence situation, she has been threatened by her ex the entire time she was married to him. Amanda had been diagnosed with breast cancer when her ex left. Amanda was taking care of her children as well as his ex wife's children.
    Amanda was face-timing her son and took screen shots of what was going on as she saw a gun going towards her child's head. Prior to mediation, Amanda showed her attorney and right after that she got an Exparte Emergency Custody Order ON HER CLAIMING that she was the ABUSER. She was not allowed to go to court. They claimed there was no court. She NEVER got to show evidence or have her say. They took 50% of her custody away from her. Apparently, her ex has friends. Her ex's goal is to have Amanda on supervised visits.
     Going back to court, her ex now wants to take away ALL her time with her children. The only four days she has with them for the MONTH. He is also demanding that she get a psychological evaluation. Amanda is trying to find a way to end the litigation. There are so many moving parts to her case such as the Parent Coordinator who won't take the evidence of abuse. Amanda knows this is about power and control and there is NO recourse and NO remedy.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Sean Keenan to the podcast. He is a husband and father of two teenage children living in Connecticut. His experience in family court is not unique, as PERJURY and FALSE ACCUSATIONS as well as EXTORTION in the form of LIFE - TIME ALIMONY are ACCEPTED; NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
     Sean's divorce case has been ongoing since he filed for divorce in 2010 and it is still a very active and contested case. Sean has suffered through false sexual abuse allegations made by the mother AFTER he filed for divorce as well as other false criminal charges made by the mother. However, Mother "recanted her accusations" at trial as they were contradictory and unsubstantiated by MULTIPLE DCF investigations with no accountability AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE, along with GAL, Sharon Dornfeld and her antics.
     The EXTORTION began when the judge AWARDED Sean's ex LIFE-TIME ALIMONY only after being married 3.5 years based on her STILL unsubstantiated claim that she had terminal "brain cancer" that has been ongoing for the last 20 years. She claims if she goes to work, she will get a headache.
     Sean has spent 12 years trying to protect the kids from their unfit and abusive mother, and the DCF report substantiated that the children had been seriously abused by their mother. But in 'Family Court,' judge, Judge Winslow, would not let DCF testify. Even though DCF took the case of abuse to Juvenile Court, it was shut down because the judge told the Juvenile Court judge to not hear it. DCF gave the kids to Sean.
    'Family Court' is still 100% backing the mother by a female judge. This judge has debilitated Sean and his family with PUNITIVE alimony, threatening mandated reunification  and EXCLUDING EVIDENCE of the mother's abuse. ALSO, the judge ruled that Sean doesn't need to know where the mother is, but still has to keep paying the ALIMONY.
      Sean encourages others to seek support from others and that people need moral support. Also parents should write letters to legislation and continue to write complaints not only to the judicial board but to the Bar in CT.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Hope Wagner to the podcast. She was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 46. Hope is a Grandmother to three granddaughters. Her own daughter was murdered by the children's father. However, she has been ordered to not see her own grandchildren, but the father that has committed the murder has access to see his daughters.  
     Hope talked about her daughter being an excellent teacher who looked forward to her full-time position as a teacher, making a difference in children's lives, prior to her murder. Now Hope has to be the voice for her daughter and her children. "When policies cross over to law, then we have problems," Hope states. Hope went to the court clerk with a paper to produce her grandchildren and was met with resistance. Apparently, her grandchildren are living with the perpetrator of her daughter's murder and the children are being EXTORTED for PROFIT. 
    She first learned about court corruption from Francesca Amato, Hope explained. This is criminal, not a broken system, proving intent to cause harm, the perpetrator was in front of 12 jurors, however Hope and her grandchildren's rights were not protected. Hope, the grandmother is the next of kin, and her grand-daughter was being silenced. This was an extreme case of FAMILY COURT FAILURE.
      Hope has refused to participate in the very schemes of the system that gives it oxygen to thrive, know your rights and stand your ground. Demand the upholding of the Constitution and to step out of the emotional box. We have to change this, Hope says, as the system thrives on dysfunction that supports its coercive persuasion  and enriches itself on the the despair of others.

    A child/adult is half of each parent. Talking about the Trans movement, Ken connected that "some" alienated children may choose to be gay or go trans to avoid acknowledging the other parent who has been erased out of their lives.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes back Mark Andrews to the podcast. Mark Andrews has been on the podcast Season 2, Episode 80 and Season 3, Episode 13 and 23, and Season 4, Episode 116. 
     In the last podcast they discussed that their case was  in the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals in California. Attorney Eric Wafer is having them look at fraud upon the court on the entire proceeding. The court proceeding has been corrupted. Mark had evidence of Fraud on the Court.
    We had talked about the cesspool of corruption of the 21 years he had been in court through 76 hearings and 15 judges later he had been in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in California with fraud on the court. He has not seen his kids since 2008.
     The court summarily dismissed the evidence of fraud on the court and then tossed it out of court calling it "insignificant." There was no legal substance as to why the case was dismissed. How do you have a fraud upon the court claim and then they dismiss the evidence of the fraud upon the court claim? If the evidence is so clear, don't they want to shut it down? 
     Mark and Mark's attorney are working with their investigator and currently got a call yesterday, the local police department went down to do a follow up interview because they had sent them over emails that they had gotten from the transcriptionist who DOCTORED the transcripts and she said she knew right where they were but this wasn't what she told the police officer. The police officer went over yesterday and the transcriptionist had acknowledged  that there is now an investigation by the Transcriptionist Bureau and that she did have her notes but she could not release anything while an investigation is pending and has invoked a lawyer......
    The Police Department is seeing if they are going to submit the complaint itself as it is clear evidence, with TWO copies of the same transcript SAME DATE, SAME TIME SAME HEARING---BUT NOT THE SAME and that's a FELONY. Mark is hoping that they will send the complaint to the DA's office. Where it belongs.
      MORE to follow up on Mark's case as he has come so far and will never give up until justice is brought forth.

ORDERED that Former Wife's Fifth Verified Motion to Disqualify/Recuse Judge is GRANTED. The Court requests the Chief Judge appoint a successor judge as quickly as possible in this case. DONE in Chambers, at Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida on July 31, 2023."
     This means a TOTAL SUCCESS for a Targeted parent with a case that has been long drawn out. It's not fair to the parent and not fair to the CHILDREN. Now, on to the next judge that in hopes WILL DO THE RIGHT THING.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Dolores Feliciano from New York back to the podcast. Dolores is a wonderful and tenacious advocate/activist for Alienated parents since 2015. She has coverage on YouTube, olive of which is called, "Family Unjustifiably Torn Apart," (Part 1 and Part 2).
     Also on YouTube Dolores has videos regarding protests in front of the Department of Social Services, in front of the UN building and has even spoke to Legislation regarding Family Court Corruption and CPS.    Updating her case, Dolores explained that she has not seen her child in ten years and has been dealing with Parental Alienation since 2013. Dolores explained that the hardest thing was stepping back and giving it to God, to do the right thing for her child when the courts use leverage and collusion any way they can in order to use the children as pawns. "We don't want to become angry or bitter. We need to think about the child," Dolores states. Dolores also stated that the, "Family Court is not created for We The People." 
     Dolores spoke about the leverage that takes place in the 'family court,' via Guardian Ad Litem, CPS and collusion that took her daughter away from her and caused child psychological abuse/Parental Alienation.  We discussed the fear tactics the Alienating parent uses against the Target parent to keep the child away in fear of consequences. 
    The future generations are now thinking twice on the role of marriage and creating a new life to bring into this world. Dolores states, "STOP FEEDING THE MONSTER," of 'family court.' And there are ways to do it until family court is ABOLISHED.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Kathy Watrel to the podcast. She has been suffering through Family Court for six years. She has been with Judge Bass for the last four. Apparently Judge Bass has some 'doodling,' that has been raising alarms with Kathy. 
     Kathy had made a Public Record Requests for the court for the judges notes, phone calls, hand written notes and texts and found a distressing note written by the judge from last April 6, 2022 the judge wrote, "former wife is represented by her lover (and gave the name of her then attorney) and they are after money." This is what the judge concluded from a hearing that was related to getting services for their older child where child support wasn't being paid and the child was struggling and needed other supported living services and there was an escalating crisis of their youngest child. NOWHERE in that hearing that they were  they talking about lovers or dating. Kathy asked the judge, through tears, "please help our family, we are in crisis and that there wasn't a day, a minute, an hour that went by that I wasn't fearful for both of her children or their well-being." Judge Bass then told her that that was very inappropriate, rude and not to talk to her and didn't want to know anything about it. She said that Kathy was distracting as Kathy's crying on mute on ZOOM distracted her a lot.  In the transcripts there was nothing about being lovers with the attorney.
     Kathy obtained these notes by messaging the public informations officer of the whole city who then referred Kathy to the General Counsel for the Duval County Courthouse. They went back and forth and it was a process, the more specific the request the less expensive it will be.  It was amazing that Kathy found this note as she was looking for exparte communication. Kathy is saddened by this whole situation because this is what the judge concluded instead of her children's needs. Kathy feels this judge is not fair prejudicial and fabricating fantasies about her. Kathy filed a Motion to Disqualify her July 21st, 2023 and haven't heard back and forwarded the motion to the chief Judges and hasn't heard a response back as of yet. Another concern is that another judge could read her FABRICATION and take on her perspective as well. Judicial Canons do not support this behavior. BEING A JUDGE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.
     Back in 2013 when Judge Bass was newly elected as a judge, she was in criminal court.  She was presiding over the nationally televised, "Loud Music Case."  She called the victim's father on her cell phone this was discovered when the father was talking to opposing counsel. There was more to this case as she also prevented a witness from testifying.
     This judge's bias is shining through this note, and justice cannot be brought forth. Kathy has a court date in August.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Tim McIIwain to the podcast. He discussed the Family Court in general as a lawyer looking in and a father looking out and having to deal with two different states in order to see his child while battling false accusations.
   We discussed that in America, everyone believes in DUE PROCESS and have it ingrained in their mind that they will one day have DUE PROCESS and that children are RESILIENT. However, there is not DUE PROCESS because judges are not following the law. There is not DUE PROCESS. However, this is FAMILY COURT.
     Going into oral argument, the lawyer Tim has been going up against, has been calling him names and filing motions , does not show up, but sends an underling who doesn't know about the case and pretends there is a conflict so they don't have to be accountable for the things they do such as mail fraud and lying to the police. Send the underling to put an appearance in and the judge hasn't read the motion and will just put out a decision.  
     Judges are not reading motions and then putting out a decisions. They aren't even looking at evidence. "You must have done something wrong....." Tim talked about what has historically happened to men but is now hearing more horror stories of women, dedicated wives and mothers, having their children taken away. There are two ways to traffic children. There are no hearings in Attorney Tim's case. They way to traffic is to accuse men of SA and accuse women of  being mentally ill.  There is no accountability to the accuser. It's a RIGGED game.
     The Judge has Attorney Tim's motion and will hold it for a period of time and for how long we don't know. Probably until his child is eighteen.

    "The Non-Custodial Parent is the most oppressed person as they are treated as THE BANK ACCOUNT in the child's life," TJ Moonan stated. We discussed the case of MORGAN V. MORGAN No. 2021-09165 Docket Nos. F-12983-08V-4454-17V-4455-17, in NY state (February 1, 2023), where, 'the mother engaged an intentional "pattern of alienation" in which she would withhold the children from parental access with the father following appropriate  and positive interactions between them, claiming that the children had been traumatized by the visit.   Slam the Gavel welcomes guest, Jennifer Hankins Lundy to the podcast. Jennifer Lundy is Executive Director at Texans for Judicial Accountability and is working towards having audio and video in all the courtrooms.
      We had a great discussion regarding issues of the unethical behaviors of judges. Jennifer brought up a win in the Court of Appeal case of a father that suffered through five to six years of court abuse and didn't get to see his son for four years and the ENTIRE case has gotten thrown out. 
     We talked about the State Commission on Judicial Conduct (SCJC) Jennifer discovered that there had been 27,000 reports and only released 212 of them and that's less than1% that we can see what judge did what. Jennifer wants all records released and we need to see who is complaining and to investigate and respond before it becomes public. Judges are elected. The judges have to respond to the complaints and Jennifer needs to see who is complaining.
     Another thing she is try to do is that they have had 531 private warnings in their reports, 212 public, but these private warnings on 4-20-2022, the judge failed to comply with the law, failed to maintain competence in the law, failed to accord parties and their counsel for the right to be heard to be heard according to the law, engaged in improper exparte communications, failing to allow attorneys to show proof when appropriate etc....yet they don't know who the judge is. What good does that do anyone?  They have 12 members to their staff with all these complaints and that is not enough. Most judges are running their courtrooms willy-nilly and making up the rules as they go along. However there are some good judges out there. That is another reason why Jennifer Lundy wants audio and video in the courtroom and ACCOUNTABILITY. Jennifer has to go to the Legislature and get their revenue up so they can hire more people to look into these issues.
    House Representatives and the Senate as well as Legislature have been working with Jennifer. Jennifer has people willing to help her and she started a 501C3. 
     It's very important  to have support and people talking about it all over so Judicial Accountability can come to fruition.

 Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Claudia Ovalles to the podcast. Claudia was last on the podcast Season 2, Episode 46 and Season 4, Episodes 33 and 86. She had great news to tell listeners that in Texas HB 969 will take affect September 1, 2023 has been passed on a municipality enacting an ordinance on creating a civil penalty for child custody orders. This will take affect September 1, 2023.
      Another law, HB 3025  is in regards to removing the statute of limitations on reporting custodial interference and impacts the statutes of limitations on parental kidnapping and aggravated kidnapping. These two bills are in sync.
   This took Claudia over two and -a-half years to get pushed through. Dr. Petra Deeter and Rael Lapenta had helped Claudia with this HB969 as well. Claudia was able to file it with the Senate and the House, which gives it a better chance of one of the bills going through. When collaborating with both offices, if one bill makes it through then that representative on that other side can carry it through. Claudia met with Senator Mayes Middleton and Claudia also chosen a representative that was on the committee that the bills go through and at the last minute her legislative packet had changed, because she had too many bills,  but Representative Valerie Swanson walked it down the hallway to another representative,David Cook who carried it in. Claudia then got in touch with the representative from the last session and asked him to co-author it, making it a Bi-partisan bill and the bill was introduced early. This must be planned in advance.
    A bill must be introduced in a hearing and some bills are prioritized above family issues. There is also CPS reform bills waiting as well as equal shared parenting.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes a mother, Tracy Armes, from New York State.  We discussed the rally protesting Family Court that was held in Yonkers on July 17, 2023 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Solidarity and strength in numbers, standing on the opposite side of the courthouse, proved fruitful, as they were interviewed by a news station in 101 degree heat. 
     This racketeering scheme that is going on in these courts and the judges will hold on to a parents' case until it turns into a vicious Ponsi scheme. GAL's, the Children's attorney all get a piece of this pie and the longer someone's pain is. But it doesn't need to be this way. To prolong a child's misery as well as an innocent parents they have a paycheck for the rest of the year. 
    We discussed the term Parental Alienation. We played a tape off of TikTok from Dad's Moving Forward LLC where a Judge called out the mother for Parental Alienation. Keisha has been going through unspeakable crimes and retaliation in order to silence her in Birmingham, Alabama. 
    It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is her story of CORRUPTION only NIGHTMARES are made of.
    Her story is multifaceted and involves MANY Child Psychological Abusers who have abducted her child from her and gave her daughter to the father in order to get the father off of Child Support. Keisha has raised her child on her own for 7 1/2 years and that all changed with jealousy and envy from several Whores of the Court. Keisha started out with Judge Alisha Ruffin MayJefferson County, Birmingham Division-10th Circuit Court of Alabama; she was the one who took Keisha's baby away stating, "No need to cry for your baby, you shouldn't have left her alone!" This was yet another lie.
     We all had high hopes for Judge Alan Summers, Jefferson County District Court in Alabama and his current term ENDS January 2025. Everyone can hear the lies and hear the recording. If he's such a "great father," where was he for the last 7 1/2 years of the baby's life?
    They gave Keisha a Court Appointed Attorney, Derrick Forbes, who instructed Keisha to give a public apology to all these individuals. That was not happening.  
     Keisha is waiting for them to return her child to her. Her case is filled with jealousy, envy, harassment, imprisonment and lies in order to keep her child away from her and with a father that really has no interest in the child. Such is Family Court not only globally but in Birmingham Alabama.

     Additionally, Tracy has been able to uncover the evidence of trafficking children through CPS and the court systems for monetary gain via Title IV incentives.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Dari Langone to the podcast for an update and overview. Dari was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 156 and 189 and Season 4, Episode 8.  Dari is a mother of three and she has explained how a foster couple utilized the BROKEN SYSTEM to kidnap her daughter at the age of eleven years old, going on twelve with selective mutism that she was growing out of in the last two podcasts. 
     Dari explained that her eighteen year-old daughter has been married off to a boy her daughter's same age. At this time Dari also found out that this, "Despicable Female," is also a defendant in a lawsuit involving the death of an elderly gentleman. Also this "Female," has had her oldest children arrested for harassment. This woman is trying to destroy her family, she has done enough damage already to her daughter Rhiannon. To add insult to injury Dari explained that this "Female," had lied and exaggerated on a police report, and on the last place report lied and said that she adopted Rhiannon.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Amanda Story to the podcast. Her case takes place in Forsyth, North Carolina, where as a mother, she only sees her children four days out of the month. Amanda has gone through five attorneys who did nothing for her, but only made things worse by not presenting evidence while in court. In the beginning, her ex had told her, "I will not pay you anything." But it gets much worse than that. This is a family violence situation, she has been threatened by her ex the entire time she was married to him. Amanda had been diagnosed with breast cancer when her ex left. Amanda was taking care of her children as well as his ex wife's children.
    Amanda was face-timing her son and took screen shots of what was going on as she saw a gun going towards her child's head. Prior to mediation, Amanda showed her attorney and right after that she got an Exparte Emergency Custody Order ON HER CLAIMING that she was the ABUSER. She was not allowed to go to court. They claimed there was no court. She NEVER got to show evidence or have her say. They took 50% of her custody away from her. Apparently, her ex has friends. Her ex's goal is to have Amanda on supervised visits.
   But the ex has connections in the courthouse that create a massive conflict of interest as the ex's father was a police officer in the court house, retired. His aunt has worked for the DA's office for 30 years, his sister-in-law worked in the clerk of court and his uncle is a state politician, House of Representatives.
     Amanda has been speaking out at TownHall Meetings with DHHS on Mental Health Issues as one of the main arguments with the opposing attorney who will say Amanda is "CRAZY." Amanda urges representatives to actually represent and protect parents and be aware of the dangers of Family Court, as no one is doing their job. Amanda's old Representative was Donny Lambeth who was over appropriations committee for NC covering DHHS and DV. Amanda now has a new representative, however, she would like them to do their best to do away to the Family Court system that is so corrupt or bring correction to it. She is doing her best to research the policies for policy change, out-reach and advocacy and have other parents tell representatives what actually is happening to their children. 
    Amanda went to the police for help, who would in turn CALL his ATTORNEY who would then tell Amanda's fourth attorney that she is trying to get protection, then the outcome would be: "because your client went to the police, we're not going to have him pay anything." ULTIMATE CORRUPTION.

  Slam the Gavel Podcast welcomes Kelly Patton to the show. Kelly explained how she became a Private Investigator as her new career in life. She felt as though she was living the wild life of a woman she would read about in a novel. She has always been a person of faith, but as she has gotten older, Kelly realized that, “if she’s not living on the edge… She’s taking up too much space.” God put it in her heart in 2015 to help assist a family in locating their four-month old infant. This is where Kelly began her advocacy for children and families.
     Obtaining a Private Detective License, Kelly started investigating the investigators. She started documenting details of cases pertaining to the welfare of children. All types of cases, such as criminal, civil and now a Federal Tort case against the United States Government. Now, she is literally living on the edge. Kelly refers to herself as a, “due process auditor.” She only accepts cases as referred by the families that she works with and they are coming in multitude. She does all of her work at no cost to the families as they come to her already made poor and broken by the courts. 
     Every player in the system has been a vampire to parent's pocketbooks and their souls. Sometimes Kelly finds herself just being the 3 a.m. therapist. Our nation is in a crisis with families being decimated by CPS, Foster Care and DA's that won't do their job, even when a child is murdered.
     Kelly herself is not a litigant in this lawsuit against this syndicate of legalized, normalized child traffickers. She has stepped up to take responsibility for approximately a dozen families to serve as their power of attorney, or otherwise known by the court as an “attorney-in-fact.” Kelly has applied to the court to serve as an Amici for the family of the missing child that she still holds a torch for. This move has resulted in the Defendants motioning for the courts to place sanctions on Kelly and possibly the families she is supporting who have gotten their children removed from their custody for no substantiated reason is not enough. Now, they may face potential sanctions deemed by a federal judge.
      However, nine months into this lawsuit, 40 plaintiffs still have faith. They hope for financial restitution and to be reunited with their children again. Kelly stays in the game to validate these families in hopes that their pleas be heard. Kelly also prays that more bystanders become more involved as all parents must work together to SAVE OUR CHILDREN.

    We discussed how "Catfishing" is one of the zones a CYBERCREEP  trolls and how it can quickly turn into a cyberbully that in turn evolve into PREDATORS. It could be a catfish predator, a financial online predator, sexually motivated predator, all of these cyber-type criminals that do harm are CYBERCREEPS. A troll is there to bring out a negative response and could be a one or two time occurrence. When they start becoming more frequent that is now cyberbullying or cyber-harassment or even a stalker. A stalker may be someone that may not be aggressive but may be infatuated, still uncomfortable and unwanted. We have to set boundaries and space also. The thread can ignite and start with a troll and end up with someone else being a bully, it starts with a troll. There needs to be accountability that trolls do not realize. It's not okay to demonize someone for a difference of opinion and then try and slam and destroy their reputation and spread that even further into the internet where it becomes viral. That's a troll that turns into cyberbullying and cyber harassment. 
   Dawn is working very hard to find a way to fix this to some extent. There is no policing on the internet. "When you start cyberbullying someone then you are breaking the law because it's unwanted content." Law enforcement needs to evolve with technology. 
     Explaining the case of Amanda Todd Story, a 15 year-old Canadian who had committed suicide due to cyberstalking and when she and her mother reported this to the police, they were told to stay off the internet. That is not solving the problem and Amanda deserved safety. Her predator was extradited from Norway to Canada, and he was given 13 years in prison. He was convicted INTERNATIONALLY. This requires INTERNATIONAL LAW to go after people hiding behind a monitor.
    Dawn even talked about her own story of a predator in her life and what could have happened if she didn't hear a certain word out of this person's mouth to send out a RED FLAG to her to go no further. This is an episode every parent should know about.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes guest Tim Goldich, an author who has devoted the last thirty years to researching, pondering, and writing a four-book series on gender issues. The first book—Loving Men, Respecting Women: The Future of Gender Politics—was published in 2011 and is available on Amazon.com. The second book—Equal Partners: The History of Gender Equality—is due out in 2023. He has also created a series of YouTube videos under the umbrella title of “Man Against the Wall.” He was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 32,58 and 80. 
     We had a great discussion on how it all balances out between men and women. Some arguments are that it doesn't balance out and men have more power and women are victims and vice versa. MVP: Most Victimized and Powerless, it goes nowhere and call it even. Another argument is how do you know it all balances out? It's an outlook, a choice. Men are more important than women, and women are more valuable than men. The last argument is that it's an assumption of it all balancing out, creating a new beginning. 
     We discussed naïveté  and how there are more personality disorders prevalent today than years ago and how there is a correlation to steroid abuse to anorexia. These things mirror each other and there is a need for gender politics to equal it out.
    Gender Equalizes take turns. What is gained in the value in it;  fairness and forgiveness or the lack of between males and females. We discussed legal abuse within the Family Court System, homelessness and the movie characters of Superman and James Bond. Yes, James Bond. Brian is a retired educator in Indiana and on the last podcast we had discussed how he had served as executive director of The Posner Center of Justice for Pro Se’s based in Chicago, Illinois for retired federal court of appeals judge Richard A. Posner. 
     Today, we discussed the fact that there are criminal statutes that pertain to judges that can be used to make judges accountable for violating the laws of the land when they violate their oath of office, but law enforcement chooses to look away and not utilize the statutes and therefore allowing corrupt judges to not only keep their own freedom but also remain on the bench not only well into their 70's but after retirement maintaining their salary as if in work-mode, but also to continue their deceit and corruption thus deceiving the common man.
   There are possible solutions to this problem in some things that the public could do to clean up the courts. Not only in writing letters to the judiciary complaint boards, take those "non-response" letters and then share them with other numerous outlets such as letters to the editor, google reviews and State Representatives.     Slam the Gavel welcomes back Emanuel Shetler to the podcast. Emanuel was last on the podcast Season 4; Episodes 17 and 117.  Emanuel had left the Amish culture back in 2018. That's the only thing he did and now he's PAYING FOR IT. He had wanted a better life and he had asked his wife to leave the Amish community with him however, she refused.  This started a chain of events in his life of harassment  and manipulation, deception and ultimately Parental Alienation from his five children.
     Today we discussed the educational level of Amish children. They are equivilently at a 3rd grade READING LEVEL EDUCATION, not the 8th grade READING LEVEL as they LEAD THE PUBLIC TO BELIEVE. Emanuel explained the SLAVE LABOR that starts at an early age for children. They are put into the AMISH WORKFORCE at the age of 8 to 9 years of age within this CULT. Emanuel stated that as soon as they can walk, they are put into working the farms and saw mills. Chores is a "different term" in the Amish world. "This is hard labor," Emanuel stated. 
     Amish parents strive to keep the children in the Amish CULT, because the more kids the Amish have, when the kids work, the parents COLLECT ALL THE MONEY EARNED by their children without paying TAXES. That's why they have large families, like "retirement accounts." Emanuel figured that from the ages of 13 - 14 years of age to 21, he had earned "at the low end," approximately $250,000.00. Emanuel never saw a penny. Amish children HAVE NO RIGHTS. This is CHILD TRAFFICKING.
    Emanuel went on to say that the Amish treat their animals very badly. At the level the Amish treat their animals is how they treat their children AND one another, so animals are lowered to another level; if they can't MAKE MONEY, THEY ARE OF NO USE TO THEM. Emanuel went on to describe how the Amish PARTICIPATE in beastiality. Unfortunately, it is very commonplace within the Amish communities.
     He went on to explain that they keep members in this CULT by telling them that if they are questioning the church/CULT, "you were DEEMED to go to Hell. If this is questioned by a member, they are told, 'This is the way it's always been.'"

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Johnny McNeill, author, to the podcast. He is the author of "Gaslighting Gilligan." Johnny described how he developed the book and came up with the title that explains the dark triad of Narcissism and much more.  Johnny discussed domestic violence and explained, "the white feather," and how that affected men in WW1 as well as many other examples
     Johnny talked about the historically precedented use of gender propaganda to divide society and make men more subservient to both sexes. This is all a part of demonization and the dehumanization  of even both sexes in effort to shame men into military uniform or prison.
     The "Dark Triad Model," and its six interlinked "push and pull," emotional-behavioral factors to  invalidate, emasculate, isolate, agitate and segregate the demographics which channel a society as whole into a predictable predetermined outcome.
     We discussed the the use of gender to shame men into uniform and the correlation of the courts taking children away from parents, breaking up the family to have vulnerable kids gravitate towards a strong parental figure, and either go into the military or end up in jail.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes back Emanuel Shetler back to the podcast. He was last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 17. Emanuel had left the Amish culture back in 2018.     At this point in time, picking up his children has become a depressing experience. The children have anger issues and have poor hygiene. Emanuel had driven 10 hours to get them and was preparing to drive 10 hours back, when all of the sudden three of his children began to physically attack him, kicking, punching, biting, scratching and eventually tackling him to the ground. Emanuel's girlfriend, Carrie, was running out of the house and began pulling the children off their father. Carrie was not prepared to see this and it occurred to her that their mother instructed them to do this to their father.
     Emanuel is conflicted, as this is a sad situation of Parental Alienation, but also scary because they are all master manipulators and Emanuel is questioning if they are brainwashed or just plain evil. On a Monday in March of 2023, Emanuel went to pick up his kids after driving 10 hours, and three of his children got in the car as the other two refused to go with them. The three children refused to get out of the car, so the other two decided to come as well. This was a game of cat and mouse. The reason they didn't get out of the car, was that the Amish had came up with a plan to try and have Emanuel arrested and the kids groomed on what to say. On the drive back, it became a nightmare. Around 10:00pm the Kentucky State Police and a caseworker from Flemingsburg, KY arrived in the driveway and stated they had a report that the kids were being abused. Emanuel allowed the caseworker to speak with the children one by one and they all told her what they were coached to say all along, which was to, "get dad put in jail for 1,000 years."
     Emanuel gave a background of the Amish and how they treat their families as well as their horses. He also spoke of Judge Tschannen behaving badly in the courtroom yelling as Emanuel's ex-wife was testifying. The judge stood up and screamed across the courtroom for her to come up and testify so he could hear her. This was after he announced that he had to leave briefly to go to his truck for a minute. She was sitting right next to him on the witness stand. This is why WE NEED CAMERAS IN THE COURTROOMS. 
    Emanuel has not seen his children since March, out of fear of what allegation the kids can come up with about him or his girlfriend, Carrie. NOT A PODCAST TO BE MISSED.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes Guests Civil Rights Attorney Eric Wafer and his client Mark Andrews to the podcast. Mark Andrews has been on the podcast Season 2, Episode 80 and Season 3, Episode 13 and 23. 
    They discussed their case now,  in the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals in California. Attorney Eric Wafer is having them look at fraud upon the court on the entire proceeding. The court proceeding has been corrupted. Mark had evidence of Fraud on the Court, but Rule 60 allows a person to reopen the case in one year statute of limitation. However, Rule 60 (d)(3), it allows them to reopen for Fraud upon the Court with no statutes of limitations for that crime. Mark motioned to get it open and he was denied twice and that is when Eric stepped in and filled in the 9th Circuit and Fraud upon the court is a lot more serious than they are taking it. "Keep an eye on your statute of limitations: 60(d), get out of pro per status and Federal judiciary takes their job generally speaking very seriously, depended on who nominated them, the pro per is only going to get you so far and pleading poverty will put a mark on you as well. You have to be aware of the reefs under the waterline," Attorney Wafer explained.
    Mark doesn't give up. He has had 76 hearings and 15 judges later. "I haven't seen my kids since 2008. It's fight or die and I keep swinging," stated Mark. Federal court is famous for not reading exhibits, ruling them irrelevant and dismissing the case.
    With what they have submitted they are looking at 10 years of the court itself violating the law. Corruption. Every case uncovers a cesspool of corruption. There is no oversight and no accountability.  In Mark's case, the Judge's unorthodox behavior on the bench has lasted for a long period of time and what was uncovered last week was that they have been making her behavior on the bench go away and by going away means that the transcripts, which is the evidence, have either disappeared or edited out. When you go to appeal it, it appears like everything was just fine, so there is nothing to appeal. Mark is in his 21st year of fighting in courts, 40% of his life fighting for his kids instead of being a FATHER.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Dolores Feliciano from New York back to the podcast. Dolores is a wonderful and tenacious advocate/activist for Alienated parents since 2015. She has coverage on YouTube, olive of which is called, "Family Unjustifiably Torn Apart," (Part 1 and Part 2).
     Also on YouTube Dolores has videos regarding protests in front of the Department of Social Services, in front of the UN building and has even spoke to Legislation regarding Family Court Corruption and CPS.    Updating her case, Dolores explained that she has not seen her child in ten years and has been dealing with Parental Alienation since 2013. Dolores explained that the hardest thing was stepping back and giving it to God, to do the right thing for her child when the courts use leverage and collusion any way they can in order to use the children as pawns. "We don't want to become angry or bitter. We need to think about the child," Dolores states. Dolores also stated that the, "Family Court is not created for We The People." 
     When updating her case, Dolores explained that there was to be a conference just to DECIDE a DATE for trial, however she had a sick family member to take care of and asked that she not attend. They did dismiss her, but unbeknownst to her they decided to have a conference without her. Two days later in the mail she received the decision... This is a podcast not to be missed and why parents should know their Due Process rights as well as FERPA rights in dealing with the school systems.

James discussed what happened in the hearing he had before Judge Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber, in the 9th Judicial District, Westchester Family Court, New York State on June 15th, 2023. In his hearing, they again kicked the can down the road and James will miss MORE TIME with his SON and there will be ANOTHER HEARING in September. James Schoch will be MISSING HIS SON'S FOURTH BIRTHDAY IN JULY, even when James has JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY.
     Family Court is a trap for parents and does a great disservice to the taxpayer as the State Of New York is paying for 2 18B/public defenders in his case. This case has been ongoing for the last four years. James Schoch has paid for eight attorneys, one in Florida, three in Pennsylvania and four in New York State. He now has a public Defender, Attorney Lenworth Williams. Jim stated, "don't trust these attorneys." Not only is the taxpayer paying for them, they also WORK FOR THE STATE along with the AFC for the child, Attorney David Peck who has been AGAINST James. However, Attorney Stephen Gold openly stated that, "the child needs to be in the Father's life immediately." However, Judge Scattaretico-Naber is deliberately keeping him from a meaningful relationship with his son and dragging this case out to further her AGENDA while she is also campaigning to get into SUPREME COURT. Another CONFLICT OF INTEREST is that Attorney Rackman is the Attorney for the mother's boyfriend as well and goes before Judge Michelle Shauer, Whiteplains, NY. 
     EVERYONE is questioning WHY the judge is keeping this FATHER on SUPERVISED VISITS using Claudette Lamella in Mt. Vernon, NY (who shares an office building with Attorney Lenworth Williams), who wouldn't even let Jame's son see his GRANDMOTHER. WHY is Judge Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber ALLOWING this child to be left with a mother who is living with an 8 count FELON, with Child Neglect and Child Endangerment charges. The question now is, where is Mother even living?
    The mother is coaching the child to call her live-in boyfriend "daddy." The child told his father and social worker. This is a demonstration of PARENTAL ALIENATION being groomed into the child's life. James wasn't even allowed to show his son pictures of grandma BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO RE-TRIGGER HIS MEMORIES.
   Family Court is nothing but a MONEY COURT.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Reggie and Tamsen Bowles to the podcast. They were last on the podcast December 2nd, 2022 Season 3, Episode 167. The Bowles family, like many other families in Oklahoma and across the United States, were violated by CPS unlawfully, and had their children stolen TWICE. The children were placed in kinship care at the time. Also, the foster parent was fighting against the reunification. 
    In the case of the Bowles family however, this has happened TWICE. CPS is in violation of the law and all morality. What does CPS care about families and their children who are thriving in their own homes? They are basically a rogue, three-letter alphabet soup agency that answers to no one and with no oversight.
     Reggie and Tamsen have finally gotten their boys back on January 19th, 2023. However all is not well. Their oldest is now suffering from Autism. Reggie explained that when they got the boys back the first time he was fine however, when the boys were returned the second time that's when Reggie noticed things weren't right with their eldest son and the youngest son is therapy as well.
   Also both Reggie and Tamsen discussed that they have very little family support and this whole CPS issue has caused discord within the family and victim shaming of Reggie and Tamsen.

    It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is the story NIGHTMARES are made of.
    They want Keisha Daniel SILENCED. But now that things have gone this far, Keisha will not give up. Her child has been extorted and trafficked. They want Keisha to hand over her phone to obtain screen shots, video and recordings however, they ALREADY have this information. Keisha even gave the password to her daughter's phone to get the evidence.
    We talked about her BOOK, "The Third Baby Momma," that can be found on AMAZON. Father is upset over her book and Keisha is speaking out.  Today Keisha contacted me this morning is to let them know she is not backing down what the word of God says. At 3:00 am God spoke to Keisha to get her pen: "we are living in a world and operating under a system that is so wicked that if we the parents that go against the grain they will then take our children. From the moment our children are BORN the enemy immediately starts making plans for their future. The instructions are for the parents to listen carefully, especially the mothers." Keisha went on to say, "when a child is conceived, God has a PLAN and a PURPOSE for them and so does the Devil. Just as God has a will for everyone so does the devil. If God says your child will be great and victorious the Devil is saying 'no, I plan to have this child on drugs and living in poverty.' If God says that your child will be a leader and influence for the kingdom, go figure out what the Devil is saying: that he will stop this from happening. From the moment we conceive our children  they are faced with battles between LIGHT and DARKNESS and they are constantly attacked even when we can't see it. We are to PRAY and pray without ceasing.  So many parents have become distracted and too busy with work that they don't pray anymore. Prayer is an essential and we are not TEACHING them the things of God anymore. Allowing the Devil to come in and dictate to them instead: CPS, family court system, GAL, attorney and judges, being USED by Satan, living perverted lives....."

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Chris Marino to the podcast. Chris is a resident of Los Angeles, California, a former foster child, a U.S. Navy Veteran and graduate of the University of San Diego. At the age of 51, Chris is the father to five daughters and a survivor of being a targeted parent while enduring the dark element of Parental Alienation, which he defined so eloquently in this podcast. 
     Chris was insidiously becoming erased and then excommunicated from the lives of his three daughters from a previous marriage while going through divorce and Family Court. Looking at and understanding evidence of body-cam footage of law enforcement at pick-up and drop-offs and disparaging emails from his daughter that he was providing to an unseasoned judge with only three years on the bench of Family Court was a grueling four-year journey. Finally it was the trial court judge who had 17 years of Family Law experience behind her who really understood what was happening in the family dynamics, custodial interference and coercive control.
     Unfortunately Chris had gone through three attorneys however, Attorney Robert Sainburg as Chris's third attorney helped him as long as he could and understood PA so well. Ultimately Chris became his own attorney and acting as such, managed to prove to a trial court judge the existence of Parental Alienation in his case. The judge granted Chris full custody, for a period of time, of his daughters. Chris explained that they had gone through Family Therapy with Linda Gottlieb at Turning Points For Families in NY. Chris explained that this was an immense help and upon returning to CA the family also went to counseling with Bita Tebyani. Chris encouraged alienated parents to not give up and that he is successfully reunited with his eldest 100%, and the middle child 90% and the youngest 75% and states that he is also co-parenting with his ex-wife amicably with shared custody.
     We also discussed the egregious case of Catherine Youssef Kassenoff. The law firm of Greenberg Traurig had enabled her ex-husband to put Catherine through years of legal abuse, emotional and physical trauma that led up to her assisted suicide, while perpetuating Parental Alienation.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes back Connie Reguli to the podcast. Connie was last on Season 2; Episode 98 and Season 3; Episodes 63, 70, 77 and 89. Today we discussed the Family Rights and Responsibility Act that has passed through the Senate in Tennessee. If this bill passes it has the potential to sweep through this nation, stripping parents of their parental rights via teachers, CPS and/or Department of Health.
     Connie has served as an attorney for three decades throughout Tennessee and helped parents fighting for their rights and defending parents against their own government. Connie was retaliated against severely and the whole system turned against her, concocting a fake crime for strongly defending a parent. When attorneys stand up, they get BRUTALIZED. 
     There were CPS bills that came up this year and Connie went in to speak against these bills, all got passed in the House and Senate. Within one of those bills was Reverse The Standard of Proof For Parents: that if a court found that child had been severely abused (terms used loosely), the child could not return to a parent unless the court excluded the parent by clear and convincing evidence  as a perpetrator, or any other person - grandmother or anybody. CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION. 
    Within the  bill was that if  the state can put on proof by an expert that the child and the expert can reasonably "predict" that the child is going to suffer from a severe psychological event such as anxiety or depression then that is severe abuse, and the parent can't see the child. You can't predict that they are going to have injury in the future. Termination of a parent's rights should NEVER occur over MONEY.
      We discussed the bill (TN, 2024 SB2749) " Family Rights and Responsibilities Act."  It has already passed through the Senate Committee in TN. WHAT IS A PARENT?  Within  this Bill, is the way the state will define a parent. A parent is a biological, legal or adoptive parent OR an individual who has been granted decision-making authority over the child under state law. Here are parental rights: direct upbringing of the child, moral and religious training, make medical, gender and mental health decisions, to access medical records, educational records etc.. Even a non parent can make decisions for the child. They have defined decision making authority which is GRANTED BY THE STATE. We are damaging OUR rights, not ADDING to them. BAD NEWS. Also, ANY branch, agency or commission or instrumentality of the state government: so the literal reading of this is that a teacher can grant decision-making authority.......This is making our children a commodity. This will get through the House Committee

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Rob and Jaime Jolicouer back to the podcast. Rob and Jaime were last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 12. They have been married for 18 years and have been providing a loving, stable home for their teens in North Carolina. 
    Their nightmare with DSS began in May/early June 2020 when Jaime reported a person who had been a family friend to Thomasville Police Department for inappropriate behavior with their then 16yr old daughter as well as the man's own step daughter (We will call him Mr. A). Naturally, they had to contact DSS Davidson County, where they had been living at the time.
     However, they were questioned, given drug tests, and were told that their daughter would need to go in for an exam and questioning. Because of the relationship with the alleged perpetrator, they would not be able to accompany their daughter at all. It would have to be the DSS caseworker, Staci Gray, or her supervisor Kim Craver, who would take her.  NOTHING ever came of it, they simply NEVER showed up. 
     Their son who was 15 at the time, had always suffered from social anxiety. But after the shut downs, it became severe when he tried to go back to school. Jaime made a doctor's appointment for him, so they could get a referral to a psychiatrist.   
   The doctor never gave a referral.  He wanted their precious son to go to Moses Cone Mental Ward for an Emergency Mental Evaluation. 
    Naturally, their son who was too anxious to deal with a school environment, panicked at the idea of a hospital. He was in a full blown panic mode, so his parents refused to force him.  
    While waiting for a second opinion and the referral they had asked for in the first place. But when Randolph County, DSS showed up that is when their NIGHTMARE truly began. Over the last year and a half, Rob and Jaime have gained a true understanding of just how TWISTED and CORRUPT these MONSTERS truly are. 
     FALSIFIED urine drug tests, which Jaime proved were false, while describing how they perform a urine drug screen on parents (while re-traumatizing these victims), she herself would never believe this was happening. NOW she and Rob are LIVING in a nightmare that will not end.
     Rob and Jaime discussed the latest in their case. Their two children are now in a foster home together and closer to home. But their children will never be the same. Their son, once a happy child is now bitter. Once CPS removes a child from their fit, loving parents, THEY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. This legalized child trafficking of their family has been so egregious that Jaime has missed out on helping her daughter pick out her prom dress; a MILESTONE, missed. NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. They are also being DENIED their own TRANSCRIPTS. Rob and Jaime stated to warn others that, "court appointed attorneys work FOR THE CITY." The taxpayer needs to know.

Lisa talked about what her Stepmother wrote about her Mother. Trauma from the past must be handled or the same cycle will be repeated. Lisa encourages children who have been alienated to speak out. The "Entitlement Factor," "The Cinderella Effect were brought up and how stepmothers focus on the mother and not the kids. Divorce changes everything. This turns into a Human Rights issue and there should be no division between parents. Neglect happens when a man marries a woman just to watch his kids. Judges writing no contact orders on a mother and favoring a stepmother. A woman trying to give her son a hug in the hallway outside of a courtroom and is interfered with/harassed by the stepmother who is a clerk in the courthouse causing a scene. There is so much more in this podcast regarding Lisa's experience with her stepmother. This is a podcast not to be missed as explained so beautifully by Lisa Goodpaster.

We had a discussion of the legal and emotional abuse Catherine Youseff Kassenoff suffered for years..  Catherine very well documented her journey through the legal abuse in a criminalized legal system of Family Court. Not only her ex husband, but his firm, the judges, the attorney to the children, the system, the forensic evaluations and money from New York State ran her into poverty.
      It was this continual abuse of Catherine and her demise that is now shedding the light on what all of us have gone through, the legal abuse. The judges awarded the ex residential custody. Removed from her home and took her away from her daughters through judges orders and put Catherine on the streets. The ex wouldn't even allow her to get her winter coats. It is a tool of manipulation and it IS ALLOWED--favor for favor and based on evidence unseen and motions thrown out. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
     These judges have NO ACCOUNTABILITY especially in New York State. There needs to be transparency, tamper-proof CAMERA/VIDEO in these courtrooms. Judge McGinty gets paid over $300,000.00. The retirement on these judges is astronomical taxpayer expense.
   This is a systematic problem in the courts. Causing stress to parents and inflicting heart attacks, Broken Heart Syndrome, other illnesses and suicide. We need to help each other. Now is the time for unity. Fathers and Mothers must work together to help each other battle this corrupt system that must be abolished #everyparentsbattleeveryday.
