The season has come to an end, and what a finale we got to witness. Empoli survived thanks to a late goal by Mbaye Niang to beat Roma. Davis' goal for Udinese against Frosinone saw the latter drop to Serie B.

It's come down to the final Matchday, as the Scudetto, a Europa League spot, a Conference League spot & that dreaded relegation spot are all still up for grabs. Milan get past Atalanta in impressive fashion, as we enjoyed this victory with front row seats at the San Siro. Inter, however, ensure that they won't go down without a fight, & put 3 past the struggling Cagliari. Aside from this, 2 points still separate Salernitana & Cagliari, as they face Udinese & Venezia respectively in the final Matchday. To kick this one off, we take a look back at the career of Chievo Verona legend, Sergio Pellissier.

The battles at each end of the table persist, as Milan & Inter both come from behind to defeat their opponents in Hellas Verona & Empoli respectively. Venezia put 4 past Bologna in dramatic fashion, as a last minute Johnsen stunner leaves them with at least the slightest of chances to stay afloat. On the other hand, Genoa get a dramatic victory over Juve, with a 96th minute penalty from Criscito, making amends for his miss in the Lanterna in the same minute. We also take a look back on Javier Zanetti's career, one of the greatest gentlemen in the history of the league.

We have officially entered the most decisive part of the season, with each & every team doing all they can to reach their season's target. Milan maintain 1st after yet another late victory over Fiorentina, whilst Inter manage a 1-2 away win in Udine. Napoli turn things around after their loss to Empoli & absolutely destroy Sassuolo with the score of 6-1. On the other end of the table, Salernitana hold Atalanta & are now just 2 points from survival with a game in hand, whilst Sampdoria celebrate victory in the Derby Della Lanterna, with Audero saving Criscito's vital 96th minute penalty. We take a look back on the career of the only defender to ever win a Ballon d'Or in history, which was the 5'9 centre back Fabio Cannavaro.

At the death. Sandro Tonali scores in added time to give Milan a hard earned 1-2 victory against Lazio in Rome. Inter manage to get past Spezia away from home, but fail to earn a single point against Bologna in a shock midweek 2-1 defeat. Napoli face a similar feat, after they conceded 3 goals in the 10 final minutes of their home match against Napoli, which they won 3-2, their second league victory this season against the Partenopei. This once again puts the league in Milan's hands, this time, with just 4 matches to go. Salernitana defeat Sampdoria, Udinese & Fiorentina in an impressive attempt to avoid the drop, as they find themselves 3 points from safety, with a game in hand. Tune in for a full update, and also to enjoy our intro on Kevin Prince Boateng's career, particularly during his spell at Milan in that league winning side back in 2011.

Could it be? Salernitana get their second win in a row after beating Udinese 1-0, as Verdi slotted past Silvestri with the last kick of the game. Some more midweek mayhem included Inter's 3-0 victory in the Derby Della Madonnina second leg fixture, as Juve get past Fiorentina, forming yet another Derby d'Italia final. Inter remain consistent in the league, as Milan finally manage to put pressure on them with a 2-0 victory over Genoa, whilst Napoli gain just a point in the Derby Del Sole.

Matchday 32 - 7 Serie A matches to go. Napoli lose out to Fiorentina, Milan held at Torino & Inter put 2 past Hellas. The tide shifts again, & the league is now in the very capable hands of the Nerazzurri. Atalanta are now in 8th place after collecting just 13 points from a potential 36, & the relegation battle continues to intensify. It was a week of tight affairs, upsets & stunning goals, so tune in & enjoy our company whilst we narrate the events of Matchday 32, & take a look back on Nakamura's stint at Reggina in Serie A.

Just like the gash on Zlatan's face, the title race is wide open, with Inter & Napoli both getting all three points away from home to Juve & Atalanta respectively, whilst Milan slipped up to a 0-0 draw to Bologna. Speaking of Bologna, we took a trip down memory lane to appreciate the career of Sinisa Mihajlovic, who is once again preparing for another battle with cancer. Did you know that Sinisa holds the record for most freekick goals in Serie A? Or that he once scored a hat-trick of freekicks for Lazio against Sampdoria? Tune in to hear more!

We are joined by two life-long Juventus fans for this special episode. We discuss all things Juve, from the chaos that surrounded the club when Ronaldo left, to their most recent 16 game unbeaten streak. We enjoyed listening to Steve and Karl’s takes on Juve’s Champions League failure, Dybala and Bernardeschi potentially departing on a free, and Allegri’s tactical approach.

Atalanta have done it! They’ve beaten the unbeatable bayer Leverkusen in immaculate fashion to secure their first ever Europa League trophy. Join us as we run you through that match, the coppa italia final, matchday 37 in Serie A, the Serie B playoffs, and the Serie B playout between Bari and Ternana. We also take the time to give Ranieri, Allegri, and Gasperini their flowers.

The Derby Della Capitale took place this time round, & the outcome wasn't exactly what we expected. Roma jump Lazio & take their short trip back home knowing that they secured 5th place, whilst Milan will also be happy to stay in 1st after their 0-1 victory over Cagliari. Inter & Fiorentina were held at a stalemate during quite the exciting encounter, as Genoa get their first win under Blessin. Matt celebrates yet another victory in the Prediction Series, as he is now just 1 victory behind Jake, making the comeback a realistic outcome.

There are many hot debates within Milan's fanbase. From star players leaving on a free, to the famous banter era & a current title charge with 9 games to go. We got together with a couple of outspoken Milan fans in Beppe, Flynn & Maeglas , who have a tendency of disagreeing with each other more often than not. Join us while we make no effort whatsoever in keeping this Milan Special civilised.

BREAKING: Milan are now 3 points ahead of Napoli & 4 points ahead of Inter, cancelling out Inter's game-in-hand cushion. The tight affair travels all the way down to the bottom of the league, with a relegation 6 pointer taking place between Spezia & Cagliari, resulting in a victory for Motta's men. As if that wasn't enough, we also had the pleasure of covering the Derby Dell'Appenina, along with a feisty affair between Napoli & Hellas Verona. Another episode, another reshuffle in the top 3. Inter went top on Friday night after their 5-0 thrashing of Salernitana, as they were hoping for a draw between Napoli & Milan on Sunday night. The Rossoneri spoiled their party with a 0-1 win, placing them at the top of the table. Lazio & Roma continue to impress, setting us up for a brilliant Derby della Capitale in the coming weeks. In a tale of twists & turns, Napoli find themselves in 1st place after a dramatic 94th minute Fabian Ruiz strike sank Lazio's hopes of salvaging a point. Atalanta are back to winning ways as a Miranchuk stunner sealed a 4-0 win for the Nerazzuri, but Juventus maintain the 3 lead gap after a 3-1 victory over struggling Empoli. Twists & turns in the tale of the 2021/2022 season have become a guarantee, particularly throughout the second half of the campaign. Matchday 26 saw Fiorentina being the only team in the top 10 that went home with all 3 points after their home victory against Atalanta. Milan & Napoli edge closer to gold as they each gain 1 point, whilst Inter lost 3 to their dark horses in Sassuolo. Matchday 25 hit us with a number of fixtures that would normally be considered instant classics. Napoli faced Inter in an intense battle for the top, Juventus & Atalanta battled it out for that 4th spot, Roma & Sassuolo tested each other's consistency & Genoa & Salernitana faced each other in the relegation zone.
