Ray Bratcher shares the energetics of personal transformation and “embodied enlightenment,” primarily through Sacred Breath–the culmination of nearly 30 years as a professional Rebirthing-Breathworker.

Ray served as Lead Trainer with Rebirthing’s discoverer, then as Executive Director of Rebirth International. He was led to Sacred Breath, recently being recognized as a “Global Breathwork Leader” by the International Center for Breathwork. He has served on the board of directors of a Unity Church and as a founding board member of both the Church of the Father-Mother God and Kagyu Shenpen Tharchin, a Tibetan Buddhist Sangha, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Spiritual Integrity.

He has explored a wide variety of paths, both Eastern and Western, and has taught many classes, workshops, and seminars. He is also the host of the “Children of the Sun” program.

In this episode, I thought I would share my own direct experience of self-realisation. If that may help anyone realise and live the human experience from their True Nature in all its simplicity.

Today is April 1st, 2023 and I realised my True Nature exactly 2 years ago, on April 1st, 2021. Rhonda Byrne is the one that did it for me.

As I listened to her book “The Greatest Secret”, the greatest secret was revealed to me. Our True Nature is the impersonal presence of pure awareness. It is not moving, it is not changing and it is always present.

After our conversation, I was curious about the mention of Darryl Anka so I did watch one video where he had a conversation about Bashar’s channelling of information. This “channelling” are still done from the point of view of the belief in being a person trying to ascend to a higher state of consciousness. But if we look closely from the right side up point of view of Truth, there is no ascending anything because Truth is already here now. The highest state is already what we are pure consciousness experiencing itself in different aspects of itself, including experiencing being a person trying to ascend.
