The first stage being the original thought which has a tremendous amount of power in itself, but then, when you add words to that vibration, giving it an even stronger energy, it becomes even more powerful. We all know the vibrations of sound are easily measured. Even more impactful is when you add action to that thought, often altering our physical world in irreversible ways
In this weeks episode we will explore the power of thought and do a little experiment to see how your thoughts can positively effect others.

One take away from the lock down days of the pandemic for me, was that I am moving way too fast for myself in this world. We all could use a dose of “stop and smell the roses.” Or at least we can do without that panicked rushing feeling we all get when we are overwhelmed and moving too fast to get everything done.
What if we slow down our minds while still getting everything done? If you’re rushing to get somewhere in your car, we all know that feeling like we are trying to get our car to go faster, it’s not gonna help, why not just slow down your mind and get there at the exact same time. That’s exactly what we’re going to be practicing in this week’s session slowing down.

Whether we feel run dow because of medical conditions, or stress, or just plain to many things on our plates, I think most of us can use an increase in energy.
This weeks episode focused on just that, creating space in our minds to allow any extra energy we may be capable of to flow. At the very least we should see an increase of energy, and at best -perhaps we even see we have all the energy we need!
