Hooray. You made it. Say goodbye to the palm trees. The Hilton Starbucks goodbyes are so hard. It's so hard to say goodbye. I know some of you have been up very early to make flights or maybe some of you are just making your way to an Airbnb because staying in California a few more days. Oh dear friends, what a week we have shared together where the Lord has shown up and so clearly has shown off, and maybe that's been in obvious ways, like time with your roommate or with your spouse or dear friends you don't get to see. Maybe that's in time from our general session and worshiping the Lord together or laughing so hard moments of pure joy.

Yesterday was full of amazing surprises and joy and excitement and so much goodness. Oh Lord, we are grateful people. Let’s collectively hold a space and a moment of deep gratitude, telling God we are thankful.

It is another beautiful day that the Lord has given us and he's inviting us to rejoice and be glad in it in his reaches and glory. He has generously provided us with every resource that we need and graciously preserved our lives so that we can experience a day like this here in Anaheim. Our prayer and encouragement for us is that we will not miss glimpses and gentle reminders of His goodness and generosity upon us as we go through this day.

In this episode, we navigate the balance between feeling overwhelmed and embracing gratitude on this second day of 1YL. Whether you find yourself marveling at the prospect of three more days or reveling in the beauty of worship with the mission, we're here to share this moment together!
