It has been a month since we last talked with Richard. He has been ill but finding his way back to some running with the weather is continuing to improve in Nashville. His target is still a Christmas parkrun in the UK. Damian has recovered from the marathon and getting back into some proper training.

Over in the South of England, Damian had to navigate the barmy 10 degrees- warm compared to Stockholm. He was pleased to finish Brighton Marathon in one piece. He talks us through his marathon debut and what he learnt.
