Crossing the finish line with her father for the first time transformed her and she fell in love with the sport. Twenty-four years later, she has completed 149 marathons with 76 Boston Qualifiers, 110 half marathons, 16 Ironmans, 16 ultra marathons, and several adventure races, frequently in the top of her age group or overall women. She has traveled the world to 27 countries exploring challenging events, cultures, and connecting with people around the world to reach over 500 lifetime races.

It is a great way to bring services to those who find location, time, and privacy a problem! Shannon Mick is a LPC who was on the frontlines of tele therapy to see her business grow during the pandemic!
Not to mention, her form of therapy is Ultra Running with an incredible story of overcoming mental and emotional struggles during her incredible race!
Shannon is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping people better manage anxiety. She meets with people via telemental health and witnesses how invaluable it is. Shannon is also an endurance athlete mindset coach, supporting athlete's mental wellbeing. "Finish Stronger" is the slogan and name of her two businesses, but more importantly, it is her approach to life. Ultramarathon running is Shannon's favorite activity, it makes life interesting and fills it with memories. Officially, Shannon has completed eight 50 mile races and holds three Fastest Known Time records. The furthest distance she has ever ran in a single effort is 85 miles. When she isn't grinding out miles, she's spending time with her family and playing with her daughter.

Chelsea London Lloyd is a comedian & grief activist who uses humor to help people cope with their pain. Lloyd grew up with two sick parents; at age 8 her parents were diagnosed with ALS and breast cancer. Her dad died of ALS when she was 19 and her mom -- who lost her own mother to leukemia at 19 -- currently combats stage 4 metastatic breast cancer which returned after 17 years in remission.
Lloyd volunteers / hosts peer-lead grief groups via The Dinner Party, mentors a 9 year-old girl (whose mom has stage 4 BC) via Walk With Sally, and volunteers at OUR HOUSE: Grief Support via their grief camps and groups.
