Seher Yilmaz är ordförande för nätverket Rättviseförmedlingen som hjälper till att hitta kompetens för att öka mångfalden.- När jag träffar en ledningsgrupp och håller utbildning en hel dag kan jag känna att jag gör skillnad, att några fler cv:n blir lästa och får chansen att få jobb.- Det är naturligt att vi kategoriserar människor, att vi tänker läkare lika med man eller kvinnor lika med dålig på att köra bil.
