When I get scared, I remind myself of what is. There are only 2 choices - we are choosing fear or we are choosing love.

It's that simple.

Healing the Witch Wound and encouraging the sharing of Witch Wisdom are (in my journey) the two most important and needed actions on the table for transforming the error in belief that the world is fragmented and hierarchical.

This healing and wisdom sharing hits all points of intersection that spark my joy: Land + Spirit, Ways of Knowing, Re-connection to Roots, Land + Ancestors and a general speaking of Earth and Spirit in tones of Presence and Warm Welcome.

This whole thing that I’m doing is called Beloved Presence for a reason. Because the Presence of Spirit is here. Right now. Not gone. Not separate. Not held apart for later. Here. In the World of Form. Land + Spirit together forever and WE ALL BELONG.

Pretendians are European settlers who take on false Indigenous identity. It comes from wounding. It comes from being cut off from Land and source.

We are called by Land to Belong, but this is not the way.

I talk again today with Bogs, a Mi'kmaq student of Environmental Sociology at McGill University in Montreal. Bogs has started a non-profit in service of Mother Nature called Good Native Plants. We covered a variety of topics and tangents on this podcast, including the supremacy of Indigenous Traditional Knowledge, Animal and Plants as Nations, engaging with and connecting to Passion + Purpose, Native plants as a process to decolonize, plant systems as exemplars of good social systems and so much more. I feel like this title needs an explainer.

Pretanī is a more accurate title for the people and land of the original indigenous “Celtic” people of Ireland and the UK. Apparently, “Celtic” was a term applied to the people in the 18th century to differentiate them from Anglo-English.

Desiring a greater connection to Spirit means paying attention to what roots us in identity and Place. “Celtic” descendants will gain from rooting into our Ancestry and how that is revealed on Turtle Island.

We talk Witches and Witchcraft as the remnants of our “Celtic” cultural and spiritual heritage + why I don’t resonate with Wicca. I share what I think are the 2 most important tasks asked of us to become Authentic Expressions of Soul at this time.
