Week 2 Start/Sit: All 15 Fantasy Football Matchups18 Sep 202600:55:45

Brian and Mario are going fast and furious through all 15 remaining Week 2 games to help you make those final fantasy football lineup decisions.

The guys move matchup-by-matchup through the Sunday and Monday slate, breaking down starts, sits, injuries, changing roles and the players they're willing to trust—or avoid—after what we learned in Week 1.

Along the way, they debate some of the tougher fringe starters, look at where consensus rankings may be too high or too low and make their picks for each game.

Plus: Brian puts a bold Packers/Jets prediction on the record, Mario continues embracing underdogs, and the guys try to figure out which ugly offenses actually have fantasy starters worth trusting.

Sit/Start Week 2 | QB List Podcast16 Sep 202600:53:08

Nobody wants to overreact after just one week of football, but at the same time there are some players out there who had concerning Week One performances. Remember how hard we were hyping the Los Angeles Chargers offense? Well, the panic meter in LA is "no longer at 0.0," and now wide receiver Ladd McConkey is dealing with an injury.  Is there any other offense that managers should be slightly worried about this week or moving forward? All that and more on this episode of the QB List Podcast.

Week 1 Booms & Busts + Week 2 Waiver Wire Targets15 Sep 202601:11:00

One week down. Now comes the hard part: figuring out what actually matters.

Brian and Mario react to the biggest injuries, booms and busts from Week 1 and try to separate real fantasy football signals from one-week noise.

The guys work through the early positional leaders and disappointments, then turn to the Week 2 waiver wire, where injuries and unexpected usage have already created opportunities.

Mario breaks down his favorite waiver targets by position, including Tyler Shough at QB, Tyler Allgeier and Devin Singletary at RB, Devaughn Vele and Jalen Coker at WR, T.J. Hockenson and Michael Mayer at TE, plus deeper options to stash before the rest of your league catches up.

Who deserves your top claim? Who is just a one-week wonder? And which Week 1 performances should actually change the way we value these players?

Week 1 Fantasy Football Matchups: Start/Sit Advice for Every Game11 Sep 202601:13:40

Week 1 is finally here, and Brian and Mario are going game-by-game to help you set your first fantasy football lineup of 2026.

After reacting to the NFL opener, the guys go rapid-fire through all 14 remaining Sunday and Monday games, spending roughly three minutes on each matchup to identify the fantasy decisions that actually matter.

Which injured players are worth starting? Which backfields should we avoid until we know more? Who has a matchup worth attacking? And where should fantasy managers trust the players they drafted rather than overthinking Week 1?

Brian and Mario cover Bears-Panthers, Buccaneers-Bengals, Saints-Lions, Bills-Texans, Ravens-Colts, Browns-Jaguars, Falcons-Steelers, Jets-Titans, Packers-Vikings, Dolphins-Raiders, Commanders-Eagles, Cardinals-Chargers, Cowboys-Giants and Broncos-Chiefs, with game picks along the way.

The Ultimate Draft Guide02 Sep 202601:29:03

Episode Summary It’s an annual tradition on the QB List Podcast Network! Pitcher List founder Nick Pollock steps out of the baseball cave and into the fantasy football studio to play the ultimate "stooge" as QB List Lead Analyst Jay Felicio walks him step-by-step through the 2026 draft landscape.

Together, Jay and Nick strip away the rigid consensus of ADP to talk real value, roster construction, and how to build a stress-free roster without falling for pre-draft landmines.

What We Discuss:

    •    Draft Strategy & ADP Illusion: Why rigidly following consensus draft boards ruins teams, and why picking "your guys" is better than trusting last year's data.

    •    The Offensive Line Factor: Jay teases his deep-dive research into how top O-lines (Colts, Broncos, Eagles, Buccaneers) elevate skill players while bad units (Titans, Browns, Jaguars) create trap assets.

    •    Wide Receiver Hot Spots: Why the elite wideout tier has shrunk, evaluating AJ Brown's projection with Drake Maye in New England, and why Christian Watson & Terry McLaurin represent draft-day steals.

    •    Quarterback Value vs. Draft Capital: Nick’s obsession with Josh Allen’s floor versus Jay’s strategy of waiting late on rushing upside QBs like Jaxson Dart.

    •    Backfield Tiers & Bell-Cow Options: Digging into Kenneth Walker's potential RB1 overall ceiling in Kansas City, the messy Denver backfield committee, and DeAndre Swift's high floor in Ben Johnson's Bears offense.

    •    Tight End Stashes & Sleepers: Navigating the elite volume profile of Brock Bowers, evaluating Sam LaPorta's rebound, and finding late-round gems like Isaiah Likely.

10-Team Fantasy Football Mock Draft: Building a Team Together From the 1.0725 Aug 202600:43:59

Brian and Mario are back with the latest fantasy football news before putting their draft strategy to the test in a 10-team fantasy football mock draft.

The guys catch up on the latest NFL developments, including the Browns' quarterback situation, Houston adding Kayshon Boutte, injury updates, Malik Nabers returning to full-contact work, and other news that could impact your upcoming fantasy drafts.

Then Brian and Mario do something a little different: build one fantasy team together from the 1.07.

Using a blended ADP from Sleeper, Yahoo, and ESPN, they work through every round together, debate the best players available, test different roster-construction strategies, and identify where the biggest values are showing up as draft season reaches its final stretch.

Which platform has the strangest ADPs? When should you attack quarterback and tight end in a 10-team league? And how aggressive should you be when one of your guys falls past his normal draft price?

AFC North Fantasy Football Breakdown | Ravens, Bengals, Browns & Steelers 2026 Preview15 Jul 202600:54:09

Jay and Brett break down the 2025 performances and 2026 outlooks of all four AFC North teams, discussing key offseason losses and additions, coaching shifts, fantasy values, sleeper and bust candidates and the players they're most excited for in 2026.

What We Discuss:

What will the Ravens' offense look like in 2026?: Will the new coaching regime bring an increased efficiency or will Lamar Jackson and company fall flat again this season?

Can Joe Burrow stay healthy?: It's an even year, which means Burrow is poised for a huge season... we think. How are the rest of the Bengals' skill position players stacking up against the field?

Is Cleveland worth a look this year?: With former Ravens OC Todd Monken in charge, the Browns' offense may improve but Jay and Brett have concerns about all the different mouths to feed in Cleveland.

Another year wiser?: Aaron Rodgers is back under center in Pittsburgh, this time with old friend Mike McCarthy on the sideline. Jay and Brett talk about what pieces of this offense might be worth a lottery ticket pick at the end of drafts.

Jay and Brett break down the 2025 performances and 2026 outlooks of all four AFC West teams, discussing key offseason losses and additions, coaching shifts, fantasy values, sleeper and bust candidates and the players they're most excited for in 2026.

What We Discuss:

How does Jaylen Waddle change the Broncos' offense?: What becomes of Courtland Sutton's alpha wide receiver role and where do guys like Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant factor in now that Waddle is in town?

The Week 1 Kansas City Chiefs: Will Patrick Mahomes be ready to go at full strength for Week 1? Will Rashee Rice be able to avoid a suspension as a result of his off-field troubles? Can Xavier Worthy step into a larger role in his third season?

Las Vegas is a two-horse town: Fantasy managers are being forced to pay a premium to acquire running back Ashton Jeanty and tight end Brock Bowers in fantasy drafts. Is there value anywhere else in this offense?

Super-charged Offense: Jay and Brett have both gushed over parts of the Los Angeles Chargers' offense coming into the 2026 season with new Offensive Coordinator Mike McDaniel calling the shots. What pieces are they most excited for?

What Went Wrong? Re-Evaluating Jeanty, Irving, Jefferson & MHJ | The QB List Podcast01 Jul 202600:41:11

What We Discuss:

The Ashton Jeanty Dilemma: How bad was the Las Vegas situation under Pete Carroll? Jay previews his upcoming offensive line research article and evaluates whether Clint Kubiak’s zone-heavy concept scheme can salvage Jeanty’s first-round ADP.

Bucky Irving's Trap: Differentiating between a talent decline and structural injuries in Tampa Bay. With Sean Tucker taking goal-line carries and Kenneth Gainwell arriving in town, can you safely buy the fifth-round value dip?

Justin Jefferson with a Baseline Quarterback: Looking past JJ McCarthy’s historic struggles between the numbers. The guys compare Jefferson's metrics with Carson Wentz versus McCarthy, and debate passing on wide receiver at the 1.10 turn.

Marvin Harrison Jr.'s Real Floor: Jay and Brett clash on the Arizona wideout. Is Harrison a premier bounce-back target after stringing together freak health issues, or does a holding-out Jacoby Brissett and a looming Carson Beck rookie timeline mean you should fade him for guys like Jordan Tyson and Carnell Tate?

Signature Random Question: Jay forces Brett to rank his top three kid shows that he will unironically sit down and watch by himself.

  • Injury Risk vs. League-Winning Floor: Buying the dip on Green Bay's premier deep threat, Christian Watson.
  • Fading the Red Flags: Why drafting Chris Olave at his current WR11 price tag means absorbing all the risk, and why D.J. Moore's transition to Buffalo might leave target shares shorter than expected.
  • The Elite Tight End Apex: Evaluating how early you must pull the trigger on Brock Bowers under Klint Kubiak, and navigating a potential Sam LaPorta resurgence.
  • The Touchdown Anchor Discount: Why Mark Andrews at tight end 15 is one of the single biggest draft values on the board.
  • Deep Stashes & Waiver Watchlists: Digging deep into the profiles of Jalen Nailor, Jalen McMillan, short-king favorite Zachariah Branch, and Denver deep sleeper Justin Joly.

QB List Presents: Sunday Best Podcast with Jay Felicio | Week 1622 Dec 202500:13:14
What's Inside Episode 16? 🎧

The QB Injury Epidemic: A brutal week for signal-callers. Jordan Love (concussion) and Marcus Mariota (quad/hand) left early, while J.J. McCarthy (hand) was ruled out. We discuss the fallout and why you absolutely cannot start Malik Willis or Josh Johnson in the finals.

The 30-Burger Club:

Ashton Jeanty: The Raiders rookie erupted for 188 total yards and 2 TDs against the Texans. He's a smash start vs. the Giants next week.

Joe Burrow: He’s back. Burrow threw 4 TDs against the Dolphins, supporting a massive 3-TD day for Chase Brown.

Chris Olave: "Full endless breadsticks" mode with 36.8 fantasy points (10 catches, 148 yards, 2 TDs).

The Josh Jacobs Mystery: Active but absent? Jacobs scored just 4.8 points and was pulled. Head coach Matt LaFleur claims it was because Emmanuel Wilson was "running so well," but we smell a rat (or a re-aggravation).

Waiver Wire Winner: Rookie TE Harold Fannin Jr. scored twice (one rushing!) and is a "must-start" against the Steelers for championship week.

Trevor Lawrence on Fire: The Jags ended the Broncos' 12-game winning streak behind Lawrence's 4 TDs. He is an auto-start for the finals.

Devastating Injury Report: Season-ending heartbreak for Quinshon Judkins (broken fibula), plus a scary moment for rookie Pat Bryant, who was carted off to the hospital.

QB List Presents: Sunday Best Podcast with Jay Felicio | Week 1408 Dec 202500:13:13
What's Inside Episode 14? 🎧

The Justin Jefferson Crisis: It's officially time to panic. We discuss why J.J. McCarthy has made the best receiver in football a risky WR3, and why "Jet" had fewer fantasy points than Jalen Nailor.

Burrow & Higgins Connection: Joe Burrow threw 4 TDs despite two costly picks, solidifying his QB1 status. Plus, Tee Higgins made two "ridiculous" catches to prove he's a borderline WR1 for the playoffs.

The Daniel Jones Heartbreaker: A devastating non-contact torn Achilles ends Daniel Jones' comeback season. We discuss the impact on the Colts and why Riley Leonard is not the answer for fantasy.

R.J. Harvey: The unexpected RB2 you need. He just ran for a career-high 75 yards and caught 6 passes.

Tony Pollard: He came out of nowhere with 161 yards and 2 TDs against a tough Browns defense. Is it a fluke or a league-winning run?

Jerry Rice... I mean Michael Wilson: With Marvin Harrison Jr. out, Wilson erupted for 142 yards and 2 TDs. He is a "must-start" if Marv misses more time.

Quarterback Carnage: It wasn't just Jones. Jayden Daniels (elbow) and Tyrod Taylor (groin) both left with serious injuries, leaving teams scrambling for backups like Brady Cook.

MVP Watch: Jahmyr Gibbs sizzled with a 50-burger last week, but Matthew Stafford bounced back with 3 TDs to reclaim his spot as the MVP favorite.
