David Grusch has returned to The Joe Rogan Experience and says he believes a form of UAP disclosure could happen before Donald Trump leaves office. During the same conversation, Joe Rogan also revealed that White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller allegedly told him that information about UFOs was “going to come out”.

We also look at the strange blue-white object spotted during SpaceX’s historic Starship Flight 14. The footage quickly sparked UFO speculation online, but a closer look at the livestream may offer a much more conventional explanation.

And finally, we head to Castletown on the Isle of Man, where the Sixth Senses Paranormal Society investigated the Vintage Tea Room and reported recording what they believe could have been the voice of a child.

Three very different stories, but all raising the same question: where does the evidence end, and interpretation begin?

William C. Grave bought his first home at just 19 years old as a complete sceptic. Before he had even moved in, a friend looked towards the empty property and asked a question that would eventually change the course of William’s life:

“Who’s the lady in the bay window?”

More than two decades later, multiple people have independently reported seeing what appears to be the same elderly woman inside the house, described with grey hair, a dark cardigan, white blouse and an unnervingly piercing stare.

In this episode of Pursuit of the Paranormal, Greg and Ash sit down with William to explore the extraordinary story behind The Lady in the Bay Window.

William recounts one of the strangest episodes in the house: American one-cent coins repeatedly appearing in places where they seemingly should not have been. What began with a coin appearing on the bedroom floor escalated over several nights until William says one actually struck him on the leg while he was alone in the shower. Later, a single coin left on his bedside table appeared to have become two.

He also describes witnessing what he considers one of the most compelling incidents personally: a spring-loaded door handle moving down in front of him and his wife, the door opening, then the handle snapping back up as the door slammed shut.

We also discuss investigations carried out inside the property, including a 24-hour visit from Ghosts on Trent. Footage recorded while nobody was inside appeared to contain unexplained knocking and tapping, while another camera captured what looked remarkably like the figure of a woman standing at a window.

When William showed the image to his father, he was sent a photograph of William’s late mother on her wedding day. William admits the resemblance was difficult to unsee, while remaining careful not to claim that this proves what was captured.

Despite everything that has happened, William still stops short of declaring his house definitively haunted. He knows something unusual appears to be happening, but remains open to the possibility that paranormal experiences could ultimately have an explanation we do not yet understand.

The story has since become far bigger than the house itself. William’s first book has raised more than £57,000 for Weston Park Cancer Charity, fulfilling a promise he made to his mother before she died.

What happens when someone who never really believed in the paranormal suddenly finds themselves running a haunted location?

This week on Pursuit of the Paranormal, Greg and Ash are joined by Scott Kaye from The Daily Detour Paranormalfor a brilliant conversation about how a spontaneous paranormal investigation turned into an obsession — and eventually led Scott and the team to take over The Old Vicarage in Wakefield as their own investigation location.

Scott takes us right back to the beginning, including an early investigation at 30 East Drive, strange REM pod and music-box activity, and the bizarre story of a set of rosary beads that repeatedly disappeared, returned damaged and ultimately ended up locked away in the team’s paranormal museum.

We also get into The Old Vicarage itself and the stories surrounding the building — reported shadow figures, unexplained whistling and knocking, the feeling of being watched, physical sensations experienced by investigators and the story of a supposed Victorian boy named Jack associated with the basement.

Then there are the objects.

Scott talks about The Vault, the Vicarage’s collection of supposedly haunted and historic items, including a new object allegedly connected with a young boy — and Bob the Clown, an object with a history connected to My Haunted Hotel / The Old King’s Head in Chester before eventually finding its way to The Daily Detour.

But what makes this conversation particularly interesting is Scott’s willingness to question his own experiences. Even after moments that felt completely paranormal at the time, he talks openly about going back afterwards, looking for ordinary explanations and asking whether an experience really proves anything at all.

And there’s one experience he still struggles to explain: while investigating The Junction Inn, Scott says he heard what sounded like a young girl crying — almost immediately followed by a REM pod activating in another room. What if an alien invasion didn't arrive in spaceships?

Inspired partly by the strange social psychology Peter observed during lockdown, THE NICE ONES explores what he describes as a kind of “mind virus” — people believing they are acting for the greater good while becoming increasingly incapable of seeing themselves reflected in the people they oppose.

That idea eventually became something much darker:

“Maybe the mind virus is the alien.”

But the conversation takes an unexpected turn when Peter reveals an extraordinary personal experience.

Years ago in Camden, Peter says he looked at a man he knew and noticed something deeply strange about his eyes.

At first, Peter assumed he was wearing novelty contact lenses.

Then the man blinked.

And his eyes appeared completely normal.

Peter doesn't claim to know what happened.

He considers unusual lighting, perception, psychology and even the possibility that his own subconscious created an image to warn him about the person.

But he also leaves open another possibility:

What if he actually saw something?

That experience became one of the inspirations behind THE NICE ONES.
