As a topic that is not often spoken about and sometimes shy’ed away from I was MORE than happy to bring ben on the show when he suggested it to me. For some people talking about these topics and this subject, in particular, can be hard especially when it comes to sharing personal experiences. Me and Ben, however, felt comfortable to sit together and share our thoughts and our feelings towards mental health swell as the stories of our own struggles. This was such a real serious podcast to do but honestly ben was the BEST possible person to do it with because we were able to make jokes and add humour to the mix to lighten the mood when it got little dark!.
