The wilderness is actually a space prepared by God to "change us." Salvation leads us out of hardship, but the refinement of the wilderness is meant to remove our reliance on the world. Whether it is addiction, fear, or self-rejection, these behaviors often stem from the deep roots of "condemnation." In the Bible, Paul calls us to "put off your old self"—just like taking off dirty clothes—and to no longer be burdened by a yoke of slavery. Changing your life doesn't require struggling to survive on willpower alone; instead, it requires turning to God’s "unmerited favor." When we believe that the blood of Jesus has cleansed us and that God is always on our side, the power of the Holy Spirit (the anointing) follows that blood into our lives. This allows us to naturally produce the fruit of love, joy, and peace. Just as Jesus said to the woman, "Neither do I condemn you; go!" today, this freedom from condemnation is available to you as well. Let us stop focusing on our failures and instead focus on the finished work of Jesus, receiving a total transformation from the inside out. 很多時候我們以為信仰只是「我跟神」之間的事，但其實真實的信仰，更多是體現在我們怎麼與身邊的人相處。 從馬太福音，看耶穌如何重新定義「不可殺人」這條誡命：耶穌在乎的不只是我們有沒有「動手」，更是我們心裡的狀態。當憤怒、委屈或衝突發生時，我們習慣用規條去評斷對錯，這反而讓人與人之間築起高牆。但耶穌帶來的福音，是讓我們能用「新人」的眼光去看待情緒。 神給我們的「新人」身分，最特別的特質就是「和睦」，學習在怒火升起的時刻，靠著福音的大能，活出不一樣的生命樣式。 參考經文：馬太福音5章21-26節 We often think that faith is only about "me and God," but in reality, true faith is most clearly seen in how we treat the people around us. In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus redefines the commandment "do not murder." He cares about more than just our outward actions; He cares about the state of our hearts. When anger, resentment, or conflict arise, we often use rules to judge who is right or wrong, which only builds walls between us. However, the Gospel brings us a new perspective—allowing us to face our emotions as a "new humanity." The most distinct quality of the "new self" God has given us is peacemaking. Let us learn to rely on the power of the Gospel to live out a transformed life, even in moments when anger rises. When we let go of self-centered legalism and begin to realize that the Heavenly Father was willing to sacrifice His only Son for us, we move from simply having the "status" of children to truly living out the "life" of His children. This gift isn't something we earn; it is something God has already prepared for those who seek Him. Let’s stand with our Heavenly Father in prayer and, within that sense of divine security, receive the truly good things He has in store for us. 你是否也曾有過這樣的時刻？看到別人的行為，在心裡默默給他貼上了標籤，覺得對方就是不夠努力、不夠愛主…。我們常告訴自己：「我是在愛裡說誠實話」、「我是在關心他」，但很多時候，我們其實是帶著一種自以為義的優越感，悄悄坐上了上帝的審判席。 其實，容易論斷人是因為我們的「心」受傷了。可能是過往的創傷讓我們築起防線，也可能是內心的自卑讓我們必須透過抓別人的毛病，來平衡自己的軟弱。耶穌說，我們總想挑掉別人眼中的小刺，卻看不見自己眼裡巨大的梁木。 這不是要我們盲目地不分對錯，而是邀請我們放下法官的姿態。當想評論的衝動湧上時，試著先跟聖靈連線，把「我早就知道他是這樣」換成「主啊，祢怎麼看？」當我們挪開了眼中的梁木，才能真正用神的眼光，看見彼此生命中的珍珠。 參考經文：馬太福音7章1-6節 Have you ever had a moment like this? You see how someone else is acting and silently label them in your heart, thinking they just aren’t trying hard enough or don’t love the Lord enough. We often tell ourselves, "I’m just speaking the truth in love" or "I’m just concerned about them." But more often than not, we are actually slipping into God’s judgment seat, carrying a sense of self-righteous superiority. In reality, a tendency to judge others usually means something is hurting in our own hearts. It might be past traumas causing us to build up defenses, or internal insecurities that drive us to point out others' flaws just to balance out our own weaknesses. Jesus said we are always so quick to pick at the tiny speck in someone else’s eye, yet we fail to notice the massive log in our own. This isn’t a call to blindly ignore right from wrong; it’s an invitation to step down from the judge’s bench. When the urge to criticize rises up, try connecting with the Holy Spirit first. Swap the thought "I knew they were like this" for "Lord, how do You see them?" Only when we remove the log from our own eyes can we truly see the pearls in each other’s lives through the eyes of God. Throughout Scripture, from Daniel to the book of Acts, fasting is never portrayed as an occasional spiritual practice, but as a way of life for those who walk with God. It strengthens our faith, sharpens our ability to hear the Holy Spirit, and prepares us to be sent and renewed. And fasting is not only about abstaining from food. What steals our focus may also be our phone, social media, binge-eating, shopping, or any habit that delivers a quick hit of dopamine and slowly becomes an addiction of the soul. Start with one meal or a short period of time. Pause the very thing you are most attached to, and give those 30 minutes to God. Say to Him, “Father, I want to see You more.” When you seek Him in secret, He will surely respond. 當有人冒犯你，你會怎麼做？多數人選擇報復，但耶穌卻說：「要愛你的仇敵，為逼迫你的禱告。」這不是叫你成為「沒有原則的好人」，而是邀請你終止仇恨的循環。因為真正的問題，不是恨太多，而是愛太少。 -Love ends the cycle of hate. 愛仇敵不是縱容，而是拒絕讓邪惡操控你的反應。這是一種力量，一種來自神國的生命法則。 -Love is our Father’s DNA. 天父的愛無分界線——祂讓日頭照好人，也照歹人。祂的兒女，就是那群在傷害中仍選擇愛的人。 -To forgive is to trust God’s rule. 愛仇敵不是靠自己的慷慨，而是出於對神的信靠——相信祂是掌權者、是供應者，祂必親自報答每一份不對等的付出。 讓我們從一個簡單的行動開始：為那個曾冒犯你的人禱告。讓愛，不只是感覺，而是你生命的選擇與見證。 參考經文：馬太福音 5章38-48節 When someone offends you, how do you respond? Most people choose revenge — but Jesus said, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” This is not a call to be a “nice person without principles,” but an invitation to end the cycle of hatred. Because the real problem is not that there is too much hate, but too little love. -Love ends the cycle of hate. Loving your enemies is not tolerance or weakness — it is the refusal to let evil control your reactions. It is a strength, a life principle that comes from the Kingdom of God. -Love is our Father’s DNA. The Father’s love knows no boundaries — He causes His sun to rise on the good and the evil alike. His children are those who choose love even in the face of hurt. -To forgive is to trust God’s rule. Loving your enemies is not about your own generosity, but about trusting God — believing He is the Ruler and the Provider, who will personally reward every act of love that seems unequal. 很多人喜歡用「發誓」、「再三保證」，好像語氣越重、承諾越大，就越能被信任。然而耶穌在馬太福音 5:33-37 卻說：「什麼誓都不可起。」祂點出的不是誓言的問題，而是「誠信」的問題。 耶穌提醒：「信任不是靠誓言堆出來，而是靠真實累積的。」 「是，就說是；不是，就說不是。」神呼召我們活出一個新的生命——棄絕謊言、說實話、心口合一。祂知道我們的軟弱，也按真實的我們來愛我們。 如果你曾因破碎的信任而不敢真實，耶穌今天給你一條新的路：不用靠誓言證明自己，只需要活出真實。 參考經文：馬太福音5章33-37節 - Many people like to use phrases such as “I swear” or “I promise for sure,” as if the heavier the tone and the stronger the commitment, the more trustworthy they become. Yet in Matthew chapter 5 verses 33–37, Jesus says, “Do not swear at all.” He isn’t targeting vows themselves, but the deeper issue: integrity. Jesus reminds us: “Trust is not built by piling up vows, but by living in truth.” A vow may win temporary trust, but only truthfulness builds lasting relationships. “Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ be ‘No.’” God calls us into a new kind of life—one that rejects falsehood, speaks truthfully, and aligns heart with speech. He knows our weaknesses, and He loves us as we truly are. If broken trust has made it hard for you to be real, Jesus offers you a new way today: You don’t need vows to prove yourself—just live in truth. He reminded us that the root of sin is not only in our actions but in our thoughts and intentions. When love and desire are distorted, people easily treat others as tools for their own satisfaction. But Jesus came to restore within us the true capacity to love. He teaches us to courageously cut off the entrances of temptation, stay away from the gray areas, and set healthy boundaries, so that our hearts may once again return to the light of God. True love is not self-centered or consumptive—it is faithful, honoring, and giving. When we turn to God and admit our need for His help, He can heal our wounded hearts, set free the spirit bound by lust, and empower us to live once again with purity and dignity. 耶穌來，不是要廢掉律法，而是要讓我們重新回到生命的「原廠設定」。 天國近了，不只是宗教的口號，而是一種新的生活方式。耶穌帶來的，是「從裡到外」的翻轉——祂不是修理外表的行為，而是處理我們心裡的「根」的問題。 祂用愛，用國度的價值觀，親自示範什麼叫「神的國」： 當我們讓祂進入生命裡，祂就會幫助我們、修剪我們， 讓我們真的被祂改變、被祂更新。 律法不再只是刻在石板上的文字，而是被寫進我們心裡的真理。 當你與這位善的源頭連結，你不只是「不恨人」，而是「能真實去愛人」。 這就是一個新人（One New Humanity）—— 不再靠規則過日子，而是讓神的愛，真實成為我們的DNA。 參考經文：馬太福音5章17-20節 - Jesus didn’t come to abolish the Law, but to bring us back to the original design of life. “The Kingdom of Heaven is near” — it’s not just a religious slogan, but a brand-new way of living. 耶穌來，是要把天國帶到地上，拆毀人與神之間隔絕的牆，使我們在基督裡成為「一個新人」。這個「新人」不只是身份的更新，更是生命方式的翻轉。我們從心開始，學習活出天國的文化，進入神的國度。 憐恤人：憐憫是神最根本的性格。憐憫人、饒恕人，就能經歷神的赦免，因為憐憫遠比審判更有能力。 清心：清心的人必得見神。當我們的心被神潔淨，不摻雜，就能不只看見神，更能明白並進入祂的國。 使人和睦：使人和睦的人有福了，他們必稱為神的兒女。耶穌自己就是和平的使者，祂呼召我們在不平安中帶出平安。 為義受逼迫：逼迫並非失敗，而是天國子民的常態。在挑戰與患難中仍選擇喜樂，因為我們的盼望在於神的國。 真正的力量，不在於掌控或爭勝，而是在於憐憫、清心、和睦與堅持公義。這就是「One New Humanity」的生命呼召。 參考經文：馬太福音 5:7–12 - Jesus came to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth, breaking down the dividing wall between God and humanity, so that we may become one new humanity in Christ. This “new humanity” is not only an update of identity, but also a transformation of lifestyle. From the heart, we learn to live out the culture of the Kingdom and enter into God’s reign. Merciful: Mercy is the very nature of God. When we show mercy and forgive others, we experience God’s forgiveness—for mercy is far more powerful than judgment. Pure in heart: Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. When our hearts are cleansed by Him and free from mixture, we not only see God but also understand and enter His Kingdom. Peacemakers: Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. Jesus Himself is the messenger of peace, and He calls us to bring peace in the midst of unrest. Persecuted for righteousness: Persecution is not a failure but the norm for citizens of the Kingdom. Even in trials and hardships, we choose joy, because our hope rests in God’s Kingdom. True power is not found in control or victory, but in mercy, purity of heart, peacemaking, and standing firm in righteousness. This is the life calling of One New Humanity. 每個人都有神的命定，但能否活出命定，關鍵在於我們是否願意在基督裡成為「一個新人」，學習天國的文化，從「心」開始。天國是神掌權的地方，耶穌呼召人悔改、信福音，並活出「八福」的生命方式。 馬太福音五章揭示天國子民的內在特質：虛心 ─ 在神面前認識自己的貧窮；哀慟 ─ 因被神光照而憂傷，渴望生命的改變；溫柔 ─ 承認耶穌是主，願意順服祂的主權；飢渴慕義 ─ 極度渴望親近神。前兩者帶來自我察覺，後兩者是對神的回應，而這正是悔改帶來的生命歷程。 在基督裡成為新人，我們不僅得著新的身分，也能經歷神所賜的安慰、產業與供應，並活出充滿盼望、喜樂與平安的豐盛生命。這就是福音，也是「新人」的生命邀請。 參考經文：馬太福音5章1-6節 - Every person has a destiny from God, but whether we can live it out depends on our willingness to become a “new humanity” in Christ, learning the culture of the Kingdom of Heaven and starting from the heart. The Kingdom is where God reigns. Jesus calls people to repent, believe the Gospel, and live according to the way of the Beatitudes. Matthew 5 reveals the inner qualities of the citizens of the Kingdom: poor in spirit—recognizing our poverty before God; mourning—grieving under God’s light and longing for transformation; meekness—acknowledging Jesus as Lord and submitting to His authority; hungering and thirsting for righteousness—deeply desiring to draw near to God. The first two bring self-awareness, while the latter two are responses to God—together forming the journey of repentance. In Christ, as we become a new humanity, we not only receive a new identity but also experience God’s comfort, inheritance, and provision, living a life filled with hope, joy, and peace. This is the Gospel, and it is the invitation to live as God’s new humanity. 想到可怕的「鬼」，許多人會想到靈界的好兄弟，但真正可怕的鬼，是那些仇敵悄悄在我們想法當中放下的謊言，讓我們的生命遲遲無法往前。真正的屬靈戰場，不在外面，而是在你我的心思意念裡。 聖經帖撒羅尼迦前書5章23節說：「願賜平安的　神、親自使你們全然成聖．又願你們的靈、與魂、與身子、得蒙保守。」這正是成聖的過程： 1️⃣ 靈、魂、體全人更新 – 靈甦醒與神連結，魂需要被真理更新，身體也在盼望中順服。 2️⃣ 魂是屬靈的戰場 – 它可能被謊言建造成「堅固營壘」，或因福音真理而成為「堅固堡壘」。 3️⃣ 悔改是轉向，不是靠自己 – 悔改原文是「心意更新而變化」，不是硬是從行為上改變，而是被耶穌從心思意念全然更新。 而仇敵也常想透過傷害、偶像、咒詛、情慾等門戶來捆綁我們。但神給我們的出路是：認識在基督裡的身分，經歷醫治釋放，讓思想天天被神話語更新，活在與聖靈親密同行的生命中。 參考經文：帖撒羅尼迦前書5章23節 - When people think of frightening “ghosts,” many picture spirits from the unseen world. But the truly dangerous “ghosts” are the lies the enemy quietly plants in our thoughts, keeping our lives from moving forward. The real spiritual battlefield is not outside of us, but in our minds. The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:23: “May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through.
