In this episode of Prepared for Parenthood, part two of a two-part series, we interview Lynn Schulte, a pelvic health physical therapist, who discusses the importance of supporting the pelvic floor muscles and organs during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Lynn discusses common issues faced by women, such as postpartum pain during intimacy and Cesarean scar tissue pain, and how pelvic floor PT can help alleviate these.
