Before You Set Your 2027 Goals, Listen to This14 Oct 202600:24:50

What if your biggest business goal for 2027 isn’t actually about making more money?

In this episode, I’m challenging the way we think about business planning. Because if you set bigger goals but keep operating with the same habits, systems, and daily activities, why would you expect different results?

I’m breaking down my 4-part framework for planning 2027: Vision, Math, Execution, and Systems, and showing you how to build a business that supports the life you actually want, instead of building a life around the demands of your business.

Things I Cover:

  • Why most agents don’t have a goal-setting problem—they have an execution problem
  • How to define what you actually want your life and business to look like
  • Working backward from your income goal to the conversations and activities required
  • Why your goals need to show up on your calendar
  • The power of a weekly “Review + Preview”
  • How systems and AI can help you grow without requiring more of your time
  • Why you shouldn’t automate a broken process
  • How to create more capacity instead of simply adding more to your plate
  • The four questions I want every business owner to answer before 2027

If you’re ready to stop doing more just for the sake of doing more—and start building a business with more intention, freedom, capacity, and options—this episode is for you.

And if you’re ready to go beyond experimenting with AI and actually install it into your business, DM me “INSTALL” to learn about our upcoming AI Install Workshop.

AI Has Eliminated the “I Didn’t Know How” Excuse07 Oct 202600:14:53

What if “I don’t know how” isn’t the end—but the beginning?

In this episode, I’m breaking down why resourcefulness is one of the most valuable skills in the AI era. I’ll share my Act → Learn → Adjust framework for moving through uncertainty, making faster decisions, learning from feedback, and avoiding becoming the bottleneck in your business.

Things I Cover:

  • Why waiting for certainty slows your business
  • The Act → Learn → Adjust framework
  • Using AI to move from ideas to action faster
  • Building a team that takes initiative
  • Turning feedback into better decisions

Your challenge: Think of one thing you’ve been delaying because you don’t know exactly how to do it. Build the smallest responsible version, put it into action, see what happens, and adjust from there.

When the Opportunity Is Bigger Than the Version of You Who Said Yes30 Sep 202600:17:34

What happens when the opportunities you prayed for finally arrive—but you’re not sure you’re ready to carry them?

In this episode, I’m sharing what it’s like to step into a season of bigger opportunities while asking the hard questions: Is this expansion or overload? What am I willing to sacrifice? And how do I grow without losing myself?

I break down the four questions I use before saying yes: capacity, alignment, support, and season—and why playing bigger isn’t about collecting more commitments, but building the structure to lead them well.

Things I Cover:

  • Expansion vs. overload
  • The real cost of every “yes”
  • The 4 questions to evaluate big opportunities
  • Building capacity through systems and support
  • Knowing when it’s the right season to say yes

Listen now and share this with someone standing at the edge of their next big chapter.

The Timing Wasn’t Perfect. I Said Yes Anyway23 Sep 202600:20:22

What if the reason you keep delaying that opportunity isn’t because you’re not ready—but because you’re waiting to feel completely confident?

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on a season where I’ve said yes to several unexpected opportunities, including launching an app for solo agents, stepping into an AI startup, and saying yes to a real estate partnership in my hometown. And honestly? The timing is far from perfect.

I’m sharing how I’m deciding what deserves a yes, what I’ve learned from seasons when I had to say no, and why waiting for certainty can sometimes cost you more than moving forward before you have every answer.

Things I Cover:

  • How to recognize whether an opportunity actually fits your bigger vision
  • The questions I ask before saying yes
  • How to make room for new opportunities without overloading your capacity
  • Why the people you build with matter
  • What you can test before you try to perfect it
  • How AI can help you move faster and learn through real-world feedback
  • Why confidence often comes after you take action
  • How to know whether your delay has a purpose—or is simply fear

If there’s an opportunity you’ve been putting off, this episode might help you look at it differently.

Take the next step: DM me on Instagram at @itsRaquelQ and tell me what you’re thinking about saying yes to—and what’s holding you back.

What if the next level is with who you're around?16 Sep 202600:17:14

Your next level might not require more work—it might require a different room.

In this episode, I’m sharing why the people and environments around us can shape how we think, grow, and build. I talk about the mastermind I almost skipped in 2020 that led to a meaningful relationship and eventual business partnership, and why showing up can create opportunities you could never have planned.

I also explore how AI is changing the way we work—and why, as everything gets faster, human connection may matter more than ever.

Things I Cover:

  • Choosing environments that challenge your thinking
  • Building meaningful relationships without constant communication
  • The power of showing up
  • AI, productivity, and human connection
  • Knowing when discomfort is actually an invitation to grow

Your next opportunity may begin with a conversation you haven’t had yet.

The Next Generation of Businesses Will Be Built Differently09 Sep 202600:18:54

I’ve been asking myself: Has AI actually changed your business—or are you just using AI inside the same old business?

In this episode, I break down why using AI to write faster, create content, or automate small tasks isn’t the same as creating real leverage. I’m sharing the four reasons AI may not be changing your business yet—and how to rethink what AI should actually do.

Things I Cover:

  • Tasks vs. outcomes
  • Giving AI the right business context
  • Removing yourself as the constant trigger
  • Measuring what AI actually changes
  • Building a business that requires less of you

Your Play Bigger Move: Ask yourself, “Why am I still doing it this way?”

The goal isn’t to use more AI. It’s to build a better business.

You’re Using AI. So Why Hasn’t Your Business Changed?02 Sep 202600:19:54

I’m seeing a major gap in how entrepreneurs are using AI: they’re learning it, but they’re not actually installing it into their business.

In this episode, I break down the 3 levels of AI adoption, why adding more tools isn’t always the answer, and how to identify where AI can create real leverage—not just more activity.

I’m also sharing what I learned from bringing top-producing real estate agents and entrepreneurs together for our AI workshop and why the future isn’t about replacing people—it’s about giving you more room to focus on the work that only you can do.

Things I Cover:

  • The 3 levels of AI adoption
  • Why you should diagnose before you automate
  • Where AI can create real business leverage
  • What work should stay human
  • My Play Bigger Move for implementing AI

Ready to stop using AI as just another tool and start building a smarter business with it?

You’re Not Behind on AI. But You Are Probably Using It Wrong26 Aug 202600:12:04

You Might Not Have an AI Problem—You Might Have an Operating System Problem

I’ve spent a lot of time teaching AI this week, and I noticed something that completely changed the way I think about AI in business.

Almost everyone is using AI—but very few entrepreneurs are actually building with it.

If you’re using ChatGPT or Claude to write emails, brainstorm content, research ideas, or help with a random task, you’re not doing anything wrong. I do those things too. But there’s a much bigger opportunity hiding beyond the one-off prompts.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the four levels of using AI in your business: from simply chatting with AI, to giving it context, building repeatable systems, and ultimately integrating AI into the way your business actually operates.

And if you’ve been feeling like you’re “behind” on AI, I want you to hear this: you probably aren’t behind. You may just be using AI at the wrong level.

Things I Cover:

  • Why most entrepreneurs don’t actually have an AI problem—they have an operating system problem
  • The 4 levels of AI in business: Chat → Context → Systems → Integration
  • Why giving AI better context can be more powerful than searching for the “perfect prompt”
  • How to turn AI from a tool you occasionally use into a role within your business
  • The difference between using AI for a single task and building a repeatable AI system
  • How AI can support your calendar, inbox, CRM, meetings, content, team, and client follow-up
  • Why chasing every new AI tool could actually be slowing you down
  • The one question I want you to ask before hiring another person or adding another tool
  • How to identify ONE repetitive process in your business that AI could help you build once and use repeatedly
  • Why the biggest AI advantage may not belong to the entrepreneur who knows the most tools—but to the one who knows where AI belongs

Your Challenge

Pick one thing you do over and over again in your business.

Instead of asking, “How can AI help me do this today?”

Ask: “How can I build this once so AI helps me do it every time?”

That shift—from using AI to building with AI—could completely change the way you operate.

If this episode gave you a new perspective on how you’re using AI, share it with another entrepreneur who needs to hear this.

And if you’re ready to start building AI into your actual business, connect with me on Instagram at @itsraquelq for resources, workshops, and ways to start building the systems behind your business.

Build better. Live bigger. Play Bigger. 🎙️

What If It's Better?19 Aug 202600:14:29

What if the opportunity you keep talking yourself out of isn’t actually misaligned—but simply unfamiliar?

In this episode, I’m challenging one of the biggest traps I see in successful entrepreneurs and real estate agents: confusing discomfort with discernment. Sometimes we tell ourselves we’re protecting our time, staying focused, or waiting for the “right” opportunity when, underneath it all, we’re simply afraid to step into something we’ve never done before.

I share a recent opportunity that stretched me outside my comfort zone and forced me to become a beginner again. It reminded me that growth doesn’t always come with a guaranteed ROI, a clear path, or certainty. Sometimes the return is a new skill, relationship, perspective, confidence—or simply the clarity to know what’s not for you.

Most importantly, I want you to start asking a different question. Instead of “What if this doesn’t work?” ask yourself:

“What if it’s better?”

Because your next level may require a version of you that doesn’t exist yet.

Things I Cover:

  • How to tell the difference between misalignment and discomfort
  • Why success can make fear sound more logical and sophisticated
  • Why your next level may require you to become a beginner again
  • Why you don’t need to know the payoff before you say yes
  • The different forms of ROI beyond money
  • How to stop prejudging opportunities before gathering evidence
  • Four questions to ask when you’re tempted to say no
  • Three common entrepreneur mistakes that keep you playing smaller
  • How to give possibility the same attention you give fear
  • My Play Bigger Challenge for the week: identifying one opportunity you may be talking yourself out of

Your Play Bigger Challenge

Think of one thing you’ve been talking yourself out of. Write down every reason you’ve been saying no, then ask yourself:

Fear or fact?
Evidence or assumption?
Misalignment or discomfort?
What’s the smallest step I can take to find out?

Maybe you don’t need to say yes yet. Maybe you simply need to stop saying no before you have all the information.

The Calendar Mistake That's Costing You Growth12 Aug 202600:09:18

Stop Letting Your Calendar Run Your Life | Design Your Week Like a CEO

I used to think that being busy meant I was making progress. My days were packed with meetings, emails, phone calls, and endless to-do lists. I was constantly moving—but I wasn't actually building the business or life I wanted.

Everything changed when I stopped asking, "What do I need to get done today?" and started asking, "What would the CEO of the business I'm building prioritize this week?"

In this episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest mindset shifts that transformed how I lead my business. Your calendar isn't just where you schedule appointments—it's a reflection of your priorities, your leadership, and ultimately, your future.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed, constantly reactive, or like there's never enough time, this conversation will help you stop chasing productivity and start designing your week with intention.

Things I Cover:

  • Why being busy doesn't always mean you're making progress
  • The hidden reason your calendar reveals your true priorities
  • The difference between reacting to your schedule and leading it
  • The five questions I ask every week to stay focused on growth
  • How to schedule revenue-generating activities first
  • Why CEO Time is one of the most valuable appointments you'll ever make
  • The importance of protecting your health, family, and personal life before filling your calendar
  • The biggest calendar mistakes entrepreneurs make (and how to avoid them)
  • Why eliminating tasks is often more powerful than becoming more productive
  • A simple weekly habit that will completely change how you plan your business and your life

Your future isn't created by your to-do list—it's built one calendar block at a time. If you want more freedom, more growth, and more impact, it starts with intentionally designing your week instead of letting it design you.

The Future Belongs to AI-Powered Entrepreneurs05 Aug 202600:15:10

Everyone is talking about AI—but I believe most entrepreneurs are asking the wrong question.

In this episode, I share why AI isn't just another productivity tool or a collection of prompts. It's a completely new operating system for business. The entrepreneurs who thrive over the next decade won't necessarily be the ones using the most AI tools—they'll be the ones building smarter systems.

I'll walk you through the exact framework I use with entrepreneurs and real estate agents to eliminate chaos, simplify operations, create scalable systems, and strategically implement AI where it actually creates leverage.

If you've been experimenting with AI but still feel like you're working harder than you should, this episode might completely change how you think about the future of your business.

Things I Cover:

  • Why every major technology shift creates winners and losers
  • The three types of entrepreneurs in the AI era
  • Why prompts aren't enough to build a scalable business
  • My 5-step framework: Eliminate, Simplify, Systematize, Automate, and Scale
  • The biggest AI mistakes business owners are making today
  • How to use AI to remove bottlenecks instead of replacing people
  • Why leadership—not technology—will determine who wins

🎯 Call to Action

If this episode gave you a new perspective on AI, share it with another entrepreneur or real estate agent who's serious about building the future. Be sure to subscribe so you never miss an episode, and if you're ready to move beyond experimenting with AI and start building real business systems, let's connect.

The Stories We Tell Ourselves About Success29 Jul 202600:13:09

I used to believe success came after reaching a certain milestone—a bigger income, a dream home, or even a Porsche. But when I finally bought the car that had been on my vision board for years, I realized something surprising: achievement doesn't create identity, identity creates achievement.

In this episode, I share the personal story behind that realization and the lessons it taught me about limiting beliefs, investing in yourself, and becoming the person capable of creating the life you want.

Things I Cover

  • Why success starts with identity
  • Letting go of limiting beliefs
  • The power of betting on yourself
  • Three mistakes entrepreneurs make
  • Four questions to help you grow

Why the Best Entrepreneurs Keep Investing in Themselves22 Jul 202600:09:27

Have you ever looked at the price tag of a conference, mastermind, or coach and wondered, "Is it really worth it?" I’ve asked myself that same question every single time I’ve invested in my own growth.

In this episode, I’m sharing the biggest mindset shifts I took away from attending the Forward Conference—and why I believe the greatest return on investment isn’t the information you receive, but the person you become. From watching successful entrepreneurs think in real time to hearing honest insights from leaders who are still figuring things out, I was reminded that confidence isn’t built through certainty—it’s built through action.

If you've been waiting until you feel "ready" to make your next big move, this conversation might be exactly the perspective shift you need.

Things I Cover:

  • Why the best entrepreneurs never stop investing in themselves
  • The real ROI of conferences, masterminds, and coaching
  • How confidence is built through action—not having all the answers
  • Why the right room can change your business faster than another course
  • The hidden power of proximity and surrounding yourself with high-level thinkers
  • How investing in yourself transforms your identity as a leader
  • The "Play Bigger Principle" that has shaped my growth for years
  • A challenge to help you identify the room you've been avoiding—and why it may be the one you need most

If this episode encouraged you, share it with another entrepreneur who needs the reminder to bet on themselves. And if you're looking for a community that challenges you to grow, implement, and truly play bigger, I'd love to connect with you.

What if the biggest win of my weekend wasn't the business opportunity I landed... but the one I intentionally let go?

In this episode, I'm sharing a moment that completely changed how I define success as an entrepreneur. While celebrating one of the proudest milestones of my son's life, I missed out on a $3 million client opportunity—and for the first time, I didn't regret it.

That experience reminded me that building a successful business isn't enough. The real goal is creating a business that gives you the freedom to be present for the moments that matter most.

If you've ever struggled to balance ambition with the life you're trying to build, this conversation will challenge the way you think about opportunities, priorities, and success.

Things I Cover:

  • Why every opportunity isn't meant for you
  • The mindset shift that changed how I make business decisions
  • My 4-question "Freedom Filter" before saying yes
  • The biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make that steal their time
  • How to build a business that supports your life—not consumes it
  • Why your calendar reveals your real priorities

The Real Reason I Spent $10,000 To Attend a One-Day Workshop01 Jul 202600:09:40

I didn’t spend nearly $10,000 on a one-day AI workshop in New York because I needed more information.

I went because I was tired of something most entrepreneurs quietly struggle with: knowing a lot, but not moving fast enough on any of it.

And somewhere between the flight, the hotel, the ticket, and stepping into a room full of builders, something clicked for me in a way no YouTube video ever has.

This episode isn’t about AI.

It’s about what actually changes your business when you stop learning in isolation and start building in the right environment.

Because the truth is, information has never been easier to access… yet execution has never felt harder to maintain.

And I had to ask myself: What am I really paying for when I invest like this?

In this episode, I break down:

  •  Why I chose a $10K room over “free” content online
  •  The real reason most entrepreneurs stay stuck (and it’s not lack of knowledge)
  •  What shifts when you’re forced to build in real time instead of planning forever
  •  Why being the smartest person in the room is a slow death for growth
  •  The difference between consuming strategies and actually becoming the person who executes them
  •  What I noticed about high-level entrepreneurs that changed how I make decisions
  •  Why clarity, speed, and feedback are the real currencies of growth

If this episode makes you rethink how you’re learning and executing, share it with someone who’s been stuck in “preparation mode” for too long.

And if you’re ready to move from learning to actually building, message me WORKSHOP on Instagram: @itsraquelq

We’re not collecting ideas anymore, we’re building momentum.

What the Knicks' Comeback Taught Me About Success24 Jun 202600:10:22

I watched the Knicks come back from a 29-point deficit... and it reminded me of a lesson every entrepreneur, leader, and parent needs to hear.

Too many of us focus on the scoreboard, our revenue, goals, health, confidence, or results - instead of focusing on the next play.

In this episode, I share 3 powerful lessons on momentum, preparation, and the impact of your environment, inspired by an unforgettable comeback and watching my son compete on one of basketball's biggest stages.

If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or behind, this episode is your reminder: success is built one possession at a time.

AI Didn’t Replace People, It Exposed Broken Businesses17 Jun 202600:08:52

In this episode of the Play Bigger Podcast, I’m sharing a hard truth that I believe many ambitious entrepreneurs need to hear right now: AI is not fixing broken businesses. It’s exposing them faster.

Over the past few years, I’ve tested countless tools, platforms, automations, and AI solutions. Like many business owners, I believed that adding more technology would create more leverage. Instead, I found myself dealing with more dashboards, more subscriptions, more confusion, and more operational complexity.

What I realized is that most businesses don’t have an automation problem. They have a clarity problem.

Before you automate anything, you need a clear foundation. Otherwise, you’re simply automating confusion.

In this episode, I break down the exact framework I use to simplify operations, create scalable systems, and build a business that generates freedom instead of exhaustion.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

  • Why AI can amplify business problems instead of solving them
  • The hidden cost of stacking too many tools and systems
  • How operational complexity creates decision fatigue
  • The difference between reactive businesses and intentional businesses
  • Why clarity must come before automation
  • My Five C Framework for creating scalable systems:
  • Clarity
  • How to identify which tools are creating leverage and which are creating noise
  • Why simplifying your business can increase both your energy and your income
  • The key to building a business that creates more freedom, not more overwhelm

If you've been feeling buried under systems, software, automation, or operational chaos, this episode will help you step back, simplify, and focus on what actually moves the needle.

Nobody Tells You This About Building a Business and Raising a Family10 Jun 202600:12:23

There was a season in my life where I thought success meant learning how to juggle everything perfectly. The business. The family. The clients. The goals. The schedules. And honestly? I kept waiting for the day things would finally feel balanced.

But over time, I realized something powerful: balance isn’t something you eventually arrive at. It’s something you intentionally build.

In this episode, I’m sharing a real and honest conversation about what it actually looks like to grow a business while raising a family, protecting your peace, and trying to stay present through all of it. I talk about the emotional weight ambitious people carry, the chaos that silently drains our energy, and why systems may be one of the most underrated forms of self-care for entrepreneurs.

I’m also walking you through the exact framework I use whenever I feel overwhelmed, overcommitted, or stretched too thin what I call the Play Bigger Freedom Filter.

Because the truth is: you cannot build a beautiful life on top of a chaotic business.

If you’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, constantly behind, or stuck in information overload, this episode will help you simplify, refocus, and build with more intention.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

  • Why ambitious people never really “arrive” at balance
  • The reality of building a business while raising a family
  •  How chaos in your business affects your energy, relationships, and peace
  • Why systems create freedom and breathing room
  • The difference between time management and mental energy management
  • The 4-question “Play Bigger Freedom Filter” framework
  • What most entrepreneurs actually need instead of more information
  •  How to simplify your business without sacrificing growth
  • Why implementation matters more than consuming content
  • Creating a business that supports the life you truly want

Don’t forget to follow the Play Bigger Podcast so you never miss an episode.

The Hidden Cost of Being the Go-To Person for Everyone03 Jun 202600:07:50

For years, I believed being a great leader meant always being available. Answering every message. Solving every problem. Carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations. But lately, I've realized something that many ambitious entrepreneurs are quietly struggling with:

Success becomes exhausting when everyone has unlimited access to your energy.

In this episode, I'm diving into one of the most important leadership skills we can develop as entrepreneurs discernment. Because not everyone deserves immediate access to your time, your attention, or your emotional bandwidth. As your business grows, protecting your peace isn't selfish, it's necessary.

If you've been feeling mentally drained, overwhelmed by constant demands, or like your business is starting to consume your identity, this conversation is for you.

I share my own reflections on leadership, boundaries, energy management, and why I believe the future of entrepreneurship is less about hustle and more about sustainable success.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

✔️ Why high achievers often become the emotional support system for everyone around them
✔️ The hidden cost of being constantly available in business and life
✔️ How leadership can create emotional overload without strong boundaries
✔️ Why protecting your energy is essential for long-term growth
✔️ The difference between ambitious success and healthy ambition
✔️ How to identify people and environments that expand or drain your energy
✔️ Why the next era of entrepreneurship is focused on sustainability, not burnout
✔️ The power of cleaner calendars, cleaner relationships, and cleaner operations
✔️ A simple challenge to help you identify where you're overgiving your energy

This episode is a reminder that scaling your business shouldn't require sacrificing your peace. Sometimes the next level isn't about adding more it's about protecting more.

You Don’t Need More Motivation. You Need Infrastructure27 May 202600:10:22

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on something I think a lot of entrepreneurs are silently struggling with right now: burnout that doesn’t come from lack of ambition… but from lack of infrastructure.

We live in a world where information is everywhere. AI can generate content, strategies, scripts, videos, and ideas in seconds. So the question is no longer, “Do you know what to do?” The real question is: can your business actually support the growth you’re chasing?

After hosting our first Access Collective dinner experience in Scottsdale, I left thinking deeply about proximity, alignment, leadership, and the kind of businesses entrepreneurs truly want to build moving forward. Because behind the polished brands and social media highlights, so many business owners are overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, and stuck in reactive mode.

In this episode, I share my honest thoughts on the shifting landscape of business, coaching, content, AI, and why I believe the future belongs to entrepreneurs who prioritize simplicity, systems, human connection, and sustainable growth.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by constant change, exhausted from trying to keep up, or questioning what actually matters anymore in business… this conversation is for you.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

  • Why burnout is often an infrastructure problem not a motivation problem
  • The hidden cost of running your business from your head
  • How AI is changing coaching, marketing, and entrepreneurship in real time
  • Why more information is no longer the answer
  • The pressure entrepreneurs feel trying to keep up with content trends
  • What people actually crave right now: depth, trust, perspective, and connection
  • Why simplicity is becoming the new luxury in business
  • The shift from building louder businesses to building smarter businesses
  • Questions every entrepreneur should be asking in this season of growth

If this episode spoke to you, share it with another entrepreneur who needs this reminder and don’t forget to follow the Play Bigger Podcast so you never miss an episode.

The Salesperson Era Is Ending. The Operator Era Is Starting20 May 202600:10:31

There comes a point in business where you stop asking, “How do I build more?” and start asking, “How do I build better?”

In this episode, I’m diving into one of the biggest shifts happening in entrepreneurship and real estate right now: the old model of success is breaking. For years, we were taught that scaling meant bigger teams, more hustle, more chaos, and more pressure. But what if the future actually belongs to leaner, smarter, more profitable businesses?

I’m sharing my honest reflections from over two decades in business  from building large organizations and scaling teams to realizing that success without freedom isn’t success at all.

We’re talking about the rise of the modern operator era, how AI is changing the game, why implementation matters more than information, and what it really takes to build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or questioning what “success” should actually look like in this season of your life, this episode is for you.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

  • Why the traditional “bigger is better” business model is evolving
  • The difference between building a business that looks successful vs. feels aligned
  • How AI is changing entrepreneurship, visibility, and scalability
  • Why implementation is the new competitive advantage
  • The rise of lean businesses, solo agents, and micro teams
  • The importance of systems, automation, and operational efficiency
  • How to create leverage without burning yourself out
  • Why profitability matters more than vanity metrics
  • Questions every entrepreneur should ask about the life they’re building

This episode is your reminder that you do not need more chaos to create more success. You need clarity, structure, leverage, and a business designed intentionally around the life you actually want to live.

Let’s keep building smarter, scaling intentionally, and Playing Bigger.

You’re Not Behind (You Just Think You Are)13 May 202600:13:25

On this episode of the Play Bigger Podcast, I’m sharing one of the biggest mindset shifts entrepreneurs, agents, and high performers need right now. Why the people who win long term are not the ones chasing recognition… they’re the ones committed to the reps.

After watching history get made at the Kentucky Derby, where a woman trainer won for the very first time in 152 years, I couldn’t stop thinking about what this really means for business, leadership, momentum, and breakthrough seasons.

Because sometimes your next level isn’t about learning more.
It’s about staying focused long enough to master what already works.

If you’ve been feeling distracted, stuck, overwhelmed, bored, unclear about your next move, or questioning why things suddenly feel harder at this level… this episode is for you.

I’m breaking down the deeper lessons behind success, pressure, focus, environment, and why what feels “impossible” might actually just be unfamiliar.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

  • Why reps matter more than recognition
  • The hidden reason top producers lose momentum
  • Focus vs. fake productivity
  • Why shiny object syndrome is costing entrepreneurs growth
  • How to stay mentally strong during slow seasons
  • Why your “why” has to evolve as your business grows
  • The impact your environment has on your ceiling
  • How proximity changes your standards and results
  • Why impossible goals become available once someone proves them possible
  • The mindset shifts needed to finish strong in business and life

This episode is a reminder that breakthrough moments don’t happen overnight. They happen because someone stayed in the race long enough.

Your next breakthrough might be one decision, one room, or one focused season away.

Keep Playing Bigger.

I’m sharing what I’ve seen after two decades in business and real estate—the patterns, the hesitation, and the exact moment where most high performers get stuck. Because here’s the truth: it’s not a lack of information holding you back… it’s the decision you’ve been avoiding.

  •  Why your content may not be converting into clients
  •  The real reason trust matters more than reach
  •  How to create content that makes strangers feel like they know you

I’ll be honest, something major is happening in real estate right now, and most agents are completely missing it.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, behind, or like what used to work just isn’t hitting the same anymore, this is a conversation you need to hear.

I share what’s actually working right now, where most agents are going wrong, and how to start building a business that creates real freedom, income, and long-term relevance, not just short-term wins.

Because the truth is, the market is shifting fast. And the ones who combine timeless fundamentals with modern execution? They’re the ones who will dominate.

Things I Cover In This Episode:

  •  Why consumer behavior is changing and what that means for your business
  •  The difference between cutting costs vs. actually growing income
  •  What I would do if I had to start over today as a solo agent

In this episode, I break down the massive separation happening in real estate right now, the growing divide between agents who stay average and those who become the go-to authority in their market. ⚖️ S.C.A.L.E Method guide for entrepreneurs 👉🏻https://www.joinplaybigger.com/scalemethod

I’ve been in real estate for decades… and I thought I understood what success looked like.

But this conversation challenged me in a way I didn’t expect.

Before we even hit record, I found myself emotional, because this wasn’t just about business. It was about faith, purpose, relationships, and what actually lasts over time.

In this episode, I sat down with Randy Anaya, someone who’s been in the industry since 1988… built multiple brokerages… led nearly 100 agents… and still leads with something you don’t hear enough about today, heart.

And honestly? It made me reflect on everything.

We talked about what really separates agents who last from those who fade… why so many struggle with relationships even when they know it’s the key… and what it actually takes to build something meaningful, not just profitable.

This episode isn’t just strategy.

It’s perspective.

And if you’re building a business right now… especially in real estate… this might hit you differently.

Things I Cover in This Episode:

  •  Why real estate is still a relationship business (now more than ever)
  •  The biggest mistake agents make after getting early success
  •  What to do in your first 30 days if you’re starting over
  •  The truth about CRMs (and why most agents fail to use them)
  •  How to build momentum when you feel stuck
  •  The real reason some agents succeed, with the same tools as everyone else
  •  What it actually takes to build and lead a brokerage
  •  Why culture is EVERYTHING when building a team
  •  The hard truth about agents leaving (and how to handle it)
  •  How to adapt to industry shifts like AI and cloud brokerages
  •  Why faith, purpose, and relationships create long-term success

The Real Estate Business Model I’d Build Today31 Mar 202600:14:58

If I were starting my real estate business today… I would build it completely differently.

In this episode, I walk you through exactly how I’d design a modern real estate business in today’s market, not based on theory, but from what I’m seeing actually work with top-performing agents across the country.

Because here’s the truth… the strategies that worked in the last cycle don’t work the same way anymore. The market has changed. Consumers have changed. And if your business isn’t built with intention, it can quickly become heavy, complex, and exhausting.

I’ve had conversations with agents doing $30M, $50M, even $100M+ in production and many of them feel like they have less freedom now than they did years ago.

So the real question becomes…
Are you building a business that works for your life or one that runs you?

Most entrepreneurs think they have a growth problem… but what I’ve learned in this episode is they actually have a capacity problem.

How Smart Agents Are Rebuilding Their Business Right Now24 Mar 202600:14:10

I used to think the answer to growing my business was simple… just do more. More calls, more leads, more hustle. But lately, I’ve been seeing something different and if you’re in real estate or building a business right now, you’ve probably felt it too.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on a quiet shift happening in our industry. Not a collapse… but a recalibration. And the truth is, what worked a few years ago just isn’t as effective today.

I’ve been in conversations with agents across the country. Top producers, team leaders, and experienced professionals and there’s one common realization: the old way of running a business is starting to feel heavy, inefficient, and unpredictable.

So instead of pushing harder… the smartest agents are rebuilding smarter.

In this episode, I walk you through what I’m seeing on the front lines. How high-level agents are simplifying, creating leverage, and designing businesses that actually work in today’s market. If you’ve been feeling like you’re doing a lot but not getting the same results, this might be exactly what you need to hear.

✨ Things I Cover in This Episode:

  • Why doing more activities can actually slow your growth
  • The real reason your business might feel chaotic right now
  • The shift from chasing leads to building true authority
  • Why specialization is becoming your biggest competitive advantage
  • How systems—not hustle—create consistency and scale
  • The difference between earning income and building long-term wealth
  • 3 powerful questions to help you reset and rebuild your business

This isn’t about working harder. It’s about thinking differently, simplifying strategically, and positioning yourself for where the market is going, not where it’s been.

If you’re in a season of rethinking your business, I want you to know… you’re not behind. You’re actually right on time.

If this episode gave you clarity or challenged the way you’re thinking, share it with another agent or entrepreneur who needs to hear this. And don’t forget to follow the podcast so you never miss an episode.

Why Your Business Shouldn’t Collapse When Life Happens19 Mar 202600:13:45

If you’re running a business that only survives when you’re hustling every single day, this episode is for you. I’m Raquel Quinet, and on today’s Play Bigger podcast, I’m sharing a deeply personal story about how life threw me off course and the leadership lessons it taught me about building a business that truly works for you, not the other way around.

Last week, my world got shaken. My family and I made the difficult decision to move my mom back into her own home and reorganize her care. She has dementia and diabetes, and navigating this process brought intense emotions, unexpected logistics, and hard medical decisions. It reminded me very clearly that life doesn’t wait for business plans. And if your business collapses the moment life demands your attention, you’re not building freedom; you’re running another demanding job disguised as a business.

In this episode, I break down the leadership and business lessons I learned while managing this personal challenge:

🔧 Things I Cover in This Episode:

  • Why most “freedom businesses” are secretly fragile, and what to do about it
  • How structure and systems create stability, predictability, and the ability to step away without guilt
  • Why trusting your instincts, whether in business partnerships, deals, hires, or family matters is a non-negotiable leadership skill
  • How community, family, and support systems make hard seasons manageable
  • A framework for evaluating your business: What would break first if you stepped away for 30 days?

This episode is for the high performers, the hustlers, the superhumans who everyone counts on. If you want to scale your business while staying present for the people who matter most, this is a must-listen.

And if this episode brought you value, share it with a friend or post it to your stories and tag me, I’d love to celebrate with you.

Until next time, keep taking bold action, stay aligned, and always Play Bigger. 🚀

The Crossroads Many Real Estate Agents Are Facing Right Now17 Mar 202600:14:21

Have you ever hit a moment in your business where you stop and ask yourself… What am I actually building?

In this episode, I open up about a season of reflection many real estate agents are experiencing right now. The market has shifted, deals feel heavier, margins are tighter, and the models that worked a few years ago don’t always make sense today. After coaching agents across the country from $20M producers to $100M+ teams. I keep hearing the same question: “Raquel, what should I be building right now?”

And if I’m being honest, I’ve been asking myself the same thing.

Over the past few weeks, between speaking at events, installing systems with agents, attending my first faith-based real estate conference, and watching both of my sons wrap up major basketball seasons, life reminded me of something powerful: business is only one part of the bigger picture.

So in this episode, I walk you through the crossroads many agents are standing at right now and the different paths you can take to design a business that actually supports the life you want.

Because sometimes Playing Bigger isn’t about doing more… it’s about getting honest about what you truly want to build.

If you’re feeling the shift in the industry or questioning your next move, this conversation is for you.

Things I Cover in This Episode

  • Why so many real estate agents feel like their business suddenly got heavier
  • How the market shift is forcing agents to rethink their business models
  • The difference between building a business by default vs. by design
  • The 4 paths agents are evaluating right now
  • Building and scaling a real estate team
  • Becoming the listing authority in your market
  • Moving into luxury or higher price points

If this episode made you pause and rethink what you’re building, I’d love for you to take the next step with me.

Let’s design a business that supports the life you want.

From Top Producer to Team Leader: The Mindset Shift Agents Must Make with David Lewis12 Mar 202600:37:27

⚖️ S.C.A.L.E Method guide for entrepreneurs 👉🏻https://www.joinplaybigger.com/scalemethod

In this episode of the Play Bigger Podcast, I sit down with someone I’ve known for nearly a decade, David Lewis. David has built an incredible career going from agent to team leader to executive leadership, all while launching multiple businesses and helping agents become confident producers and future leaders.

But this conversation goes way deeper than the typical real estate playbook.

We talk about what actually separates average agents from elite performers in today’s market and why hustle, mindset, and adaptability matter more than ever. David also opens up about hitting his own “threshold” as an entrepreneur, the lessons he learned stepping outside his lane, and the real cost of chasing too many opportunities.

If you’re an agent thinking about building a team, a leader trying to scale, or an entrepreneur looking to grow a bigger vision, this episode will challenge how you think about success, leadership, and growth.

What I love about this conversation is that it’s not theory, it’s real experience from someone who has built, scaled, and led at a high level.

Things I Cover in This Episode

  • The mindset shift required to go from an average agent to an elite performer
  • Why hustle and real conversations still beat shiny marketing tactics
  • The hidden danger of entrepreneurial “threshold” and doing too much
  • What David looks for when hiring agents and identifying talent
  • The 3 things that actually help a real estate business scale
  • Why surrounding yourself with people at a higher level of success accelerates growth
  • The importance of flexibility in business models as the market evolves
  • The future of real estate branding, social media, and mega teams
  • How AI and educated consumers are changing the real estate landscape
  • What to do if you feel stuck or plateaued in your business

How to Tell If You’re in a Transition Season10 Mar 202600:07:41

Have you ever felt like you’re not stuck… but you’re not fully settled either?

Not miserable. Not thriving. Just somewhere in between.

In this episode, I’m talking about something most entrepreneurs don’t openly discuss transition seasons. That quiet, slightly uncomfortable middle space where your old identity doesn’t fit anymore… but your new structure hasn’t fully formed yet.

I’ve been in this space. My clients have been in this space. And instead of treating it like failure, I’ve learned to recognize it for what it really is:

An upgrade.

Transition isn’t confusion. It’s recalibration.
It’s not stagnation. It’s refinement.
It’s not breakdown. It’s blueprint season.

If you’ve been questioning your goals, craving simplicity, or feeling internally pulled toward “more”. This episode will help you understand what’s actually happening and how to move through it with clarity instead of pressure.

Things I Cover In This Episode

  • How to tell if you’re in a transition season
  • Why the “messy middle” is necessary for growth
  • The difference between stagnation and recalibration
  • Signs your internal operating system is upgrading
  • Why adding more goals often delays clarity
  • How noise kills vision (and why silence creates it)
  • The blueprint analogy: why you design before you build
  • The shift from pushing harder → redesigning smarter
  • The 5 areas to audit during transition:
    • Calendar
    • Lead flow
    • Follow-up
    • Capacity
    • Energy
  • Why you don’t need clarity on everything, just the next layer

If this episode resonated with you, take a breath.

You’re not behind. You’re being upgraded.

And if you’re ready to move through this transition with intention instead of confusion, I invite you to step into a room where we actually design your next level operating system.

Why Your Business Breaks When You Get Busy05 Mar 202600:09:01

This week, a simple moment at a high school basketball game stopped me in my tracks and it sparked one of the most honest leadership conversations I’ve had in a long time.

Because what I witnessed wasn’t really about sports… it was about ownership.

In this episode, I’m sharing the question that has completely changed how I lead, how I coach, and how I build businesses:
“Where is my DNA in this?”

Most people think growth comes from better strategy or more hustle. But real leaders know the difference between blame and ownership and how systems either reinforce leadership or allow it to collapse under pressure.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated with your team, your results, or the same problems repeating in your business, this conversation is going to challenge you to look at leadership in a deeper way not with judgment, but with clarity and power.

Things I Cover In This Episode

  • The leadership lesson I learned watching a varsity basketball game
  • Why experience doesn’t always equal ownership
  • The hidden danger of blame (and why it feels so tempting)
  • The difference between self-criticism vs self-leadership
  • How high performers use systems to reinforce accountability
  • Why ownership without structure eventually leads to burnout
  • The role systems play in removing emotion from execution
  • Questions every leader should ask when something breaks down
  • How to shift from reactive leadership to intentional design

If this episode made you realize your business might be relying too much on effort and not enough on structure, it might be time to install systems that support the level you’re stepping into.

Inside my upcoming workshops, we don’t just talk about leadership. We build the systems that reinforce ownership and create cleaner execution.

When You Outgrow Your Old Way of Working03 Mar 202600:08:02

Have you ever reached a point in your business where nothing is technically broken… but everything suddenly feels heavier?

In this episode, I’m talking about the moment most entrepreneurs don’t expect when you outgrow the way you’ve always worked. It’s not failure. It’s not burnout. It’s a promotion into a new level of leadership.

I’m sharing what really happens when growth starts exposing the limits of your systems, your habits, and even your identity. Because the truth is growth doesn’t break what worked… it simply reveals that your current operating system can’t hold the next version of you.

If you’ve been feeling that “messy middle” season, where hustle isn’t working the same and you know something needs to shift, this conversation is going to help you reframe what’s happening and show you where to start redesigning your business for the next level.

🔑 Things I Cover In This Episode

  • Why growth feels uncomfortable and why that’s actually a sign of promotion
  • The difference between scrappy operator mode vs intentional CEO structure
  • How to recognize when you’ve outgrown your old systems
  • The “messy middle” phase most entrepreneurs don’t talk about
  • Signs your business needs a redesign (not more hustle)
  • Why chaos feels exciting… until it becomes exhausting
  • The shift from doer → designer → architect in your business
  • Where to start rebuilding your operating system without overwhelming yourself
  • Why your calendar becomes the first layer of real structure

If this episode hit home and you’re ready to stop patching growth with hustle, it might be time to build a new operating system for your business.

Inside my virtual and in-person workshops, we don’t just talk about growth, we redesign how your business actually runs so you can scale with clarity and structure.

The Truth About Scaling Real Estate Businesses Long-Term w/ Brett Sikora26 Feb 202600:48:37

⚖️ S.C.A.L.E Method guide for entrepreneurs 👉🏻https://www.joinplaybigger.com/scalemethod

Most agents say they want to build something big… but what they really mean is “more transactions.”

In this episode, I sit down with Brett Sikora, Founder + CEO of Align Real Estate Solutions, and we go way beyond team building. Brett isn’t just scaling production, he’s building a platform, thinking like an enterprise operator, and openly chasing a billion-dollar company.

We talk about what it actually takes to go from top producer → team leader → enterprise builder… and why most teams stall the second things get uncomfortable.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re capped…
If you’ve built a team but it’s not profitable…
If you’re realizing “more agents” isn’t the answer…

This conversation will shift how you think.

Things I Cover in This Episode:

  • Why most agents build a team… but never build a business
  • Brett’s journey: getting “the shit kicked out of him,” rebuilding, and thinking bigger anyway
  • The mindset shift from “volume” to enterprise + profitability
  • How Align turns agents into: producer → operator → leader → business owner
  • The question every recruit should ask: How many agents have you taken from $0 to $100K+?
  • Why big teams often run on thin margins (and how to fix it)
  • The real ceiling most teams hit: avoiding hard decisions
  • How Brett had to raise his leadership capacity as talent increased
  • Why data visibility is the competitive advantage most teams don’t have
  • The #1 scaling mistake teams make: throwing money at leads instead of building skill + infrastructure
  • How to filter bright shiny opportunities so they don’t become distractions
  • Brett’s mission behind the numbers: creating six-figure earners and real wealth for agents

Why Your Income Keeps Hitting the Same Number24 Feb 202600:08:29

What if you’re not stuck… you’ve just mastered your current level?

In this episode, I’m breaking down the real reason your income keeps landing at the same number and it’s probably not what you think. It’s not about working harder, chasing more leads, or adding another strategy. Most agents hit an income ceiling because their operating system hasn’t evolved with their growth.

I see this pattern with new agents, top producers, and even seven-figure businesses. The hustle that got you here won’t take you to the next level. And if you feel like you’re doing more but earning the same… this conversation is going to challenge how you look at your business structure, capacity, and leverage.

If you’ve ever felt plateaued, restless, or like you’re pushing against an invisible ceiling, this episode is for you.

Things I Cover In This Episode

  • Why repeating income numbers is a structure problem  not a motivation problem
  • The difference between hustle-driven growth vs system-driven capacity
  • The simple formula: Leads × Conversion × Capacity = Income
  • Where most agents unknowingly create their own income ceiling
  • The hidden role your operating system plays in scaling beyond six and seven figures
  • How decision fatigue and fragile systems limit your growth
  • The three real ways to create income jumps without burning out
  • Why high-level agents focus on capacity first, not just volume

If this episode made you realize you’ve outgrown your current structure, it might be time to upgrade your operating system. Inside my virtual and in-person workshops, we don’t just talk strategy, we install the systems and structure that raise your income ceiling.

Why Your Calendar Predicts Your Income19 Feb 202600:09:14

Most agents think their income is unpredictable.
But what if I told you… your calendar already tells the truth about your business?

In this episode, I break down a concept that completely changed the way I look atgrowth, structure, and leadership:

Your calendar isn’t your schedule , it’s your business model.

After posting a reel about this, my DMs blew up… so I decided to go deeper and unpack why your daily structure predicts your revenue, your stress level, and even your long-term success.

If you feel like you’re working hard but still riding the roller coaster of inconsistent income… this conversation is going to hit differently.

I’m not here to give you another “time blocking hack.”
I’m showing you how Agent CEOs actually design their week so revenue becomes predictable, without burnout.

Because your goals don’t determine your results…
Your calendar does.

Things I Cover In This Episode

  • Why your calendar is the most honest reflection of your business
  • How I can predict income just by looking at someone’s schedule
  • The difference between reactive calendars vs Agent CEO calendars
  • Why inconsistent structure creates inconsistent commissions
  • Revenue blocks, thinking time, and build time (and why they matter)
  • The real reason time blocking fails for most agents
  • Calendar boundaries and how they protect your income
  • Checklist vs time-blocking systems (for agents who hate rigid schedules)
  • How to create a predictable weekly operating rhythm
  • The shift from hustle-based schedules → structure-based growth

If this episode made you look at your calendar differently:

Why Most Agents Never Install What They Learn17 Feb 202600:10:59

Most agents aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do.
They’re stuck because they never install what they already know.

In this episode, I’m breaking down one of the biggest bottlenecks I see with real estate agents and entrepreneurs today: staying in learning mode instead of moving into build mode.

Learning feels safe.
Learning feels productive.
But learning without installation doesn’t change your business.

If you’ve ever found yourself consuming content, saving posts, buying courses, attending trainings… yet still dealing with the same chaos, income swings, and pressure, this conversation is for you.

I’m not here to shame you or tell you to “try harder.”
I want to show you what’s actually happening structurally and how to fix it.

Because growth doesn’t come from more information.
It comes from installed behavior.

🔧 Things I Cover in This Episode:

  • Why most agents don’t fail from lack of knowledge, but lack of installation
  • The difference between learning mode vs. build mode
  • Why learning feels productive but often isn’t profitable
  • How information overload keeps agents stuck in inaction
  • The real reason motivation doesn’t work (and what does instead)
  • Why waiting to feel ready is a trap
  • How installing too many systems at once sabotages progress
  • Why simplicity often creates more profit than complexity
  • Why implementation is a learnable skill, not a personality trait
  • A simple framework: Decide → Design → Install → Repeat
  • The identity shift required to scale: becoming someone who installs

If you’re tired of collecting information and ready to start building real structure in your business, I’ve created live and virtual workshops designed for one thing only: installation.

You won’t leave inspired, you’ll leave with something built.

And if this episode brought you value, share it with a friend or post it to your stories and tag me, I’d love to celebrate with you.

Until next time, keep taking bold action, stay aligned, and always Play Bigger. 🚀

From W-2 Job to 70+ House Flips in 24 Months (Real Estate Blueprint) with Gem Montero12 Feb 202600:39:01

⚖️ S.C.A.L.E Method guide for entrepreneurs 👉🏻https://www.joinplaybigger.com/scalemethod

In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Gem Montero, a real estate investor in Arizona who came to the U.S. from the Philippines, worked a W-2 job, and went on to flip 200+ homes in just six years.

And this isn’t the HGTV highlight reel.

The Most Expensive Sentence in Business10 Feb 202600:11:55

If you’ve ever caught yourself saying “I know I need to do that… I’ll get to it later,” this episode is your wake-up call.

Because “later” isn’t neutral.
It isn’t harmless.
And it definitely isn’t free.

In this episode, I break down the hidden cost of delay. The opportunities you don’t see, the income you never calculate, and the momentum that quietly slips away when you keep pushing important installs down the road.

This isn’t about motivation.
This isn’t about hype.
This is about installation.

I’m pulling back the curtain on why most entrepreneurs don’t struggle from lack of knowledge… they struggle from lack of execution and how a simple shift from busy to installed changes everything.

If you’ve been feeling behind, stuck, or like you should be further along by now… this conversation is for you.

🔥 Things I Cover in This Episode:

  • Why “I’ll do it later” is one of the most expensive sentences in business
  • The real difference between being busy vs. being installed
  • How delay quietly steals time, energy, deals, and income
  • Why clarity comes from movement, not before it
  • The compounding math most people never run
  • What high performers do differently when they get ideas
  • Simple examples of foundational systems that create momentum
  • How to identify the one thing you’ve been postponing
  • The identity shift required to scale: becoming someone who installs

🛠 Your Next Step:

Pick one system you’ve been saying you’ll get to later… and start building it this week.

And if you want help installing your structure in real time…

👉 Check out my upcoming live and in-person workshops at letsplaybigger.com

Stop waiting.
Start installing.
Design your business on purpose.

And if this episode hit home, share it with a friend and tag me @itsraquelq so I can celebrate your wins with you.

Until next time keep taking bold action, build by design, and always Play Bigger. 🚀

Why You Can’t Grow in the Same Room Forever05 Feb 202600:07:59

Sometimes the room that helped you win is the same room that’s keeping you stuck.
In this episode, I’m breaking down a powerful but uncomfortable truth every entrepreneur eventually faces: real growth often requires leaving the environment that got you here so you can step into the one that gets you there.

I’m sharing what hit me hard after flying to Atlanta. Alone, unplugged, and fully locked in to redesign the systems, rhythms, and mindset required to scale like a true CEO. Not from chaos. Not from pressure. But from clarity.

If you’ve been feeling that tension between where you are and where you know you’re meant to go, this episode will help you see why that discomfort isn’t resistance… it’s readiness.

Things I Cover in This Episode:

  • Why you can’t build vision in survival mode
  • How familiarity and comfort can quietly stall your growth
  • The difference between building from pressure vs. clarity
  • Why the CEO version of you needs a new operating system
  • Questions you need to ask if you’ve outgrown your current environment
  • How to stop reacting and start designing scale on purpose

If I Had to Rebuilld My Business in 2026, Here's Exactly What I'd Do03 Feb 202600:13:09

What if I had to rebuild my real estate business from scratch in 2026: no database, no listings, no reputation, no leverage?

In this episode, I walk you through exactly what I would do step by step to rebuild momentum, income, and trust in any market. No shiny tools. No overcomplicated systems. No chasing trends that look good on Instagram but don’t actually move the needle.

I’m breaking down the real strategies that work when you need results. The same principles I’ve used through rebuilds, resets, and reinvention seasons in my own business. If you’re feeling scattered, stuck, or overdependent on hustle… this episode will bring you back to clarity, proximity, and execution.

This isn’t theory. This is how businesses are actually rebuilt.

Things I Cover in This Episode

  • What I’d stop doing immediately if I had to rebuild in 2026
  • The 3 non-negotiables: visibility, conversations, and trust
  • How to simplify your online presence so consumers trust you faster
  • Why your database becomes sacred during a rebuild
  • The weekly “Pulse Email” strategy that still delivers the highest ROI
  • How I’d rebuild authority using property tours (even without listings)
  • Owning the lifestyle conversation in your local market
  • How to use open houses intentionally, not lazily
  • The weekly execution rhythm that creates confidence and momentum
  • Why finishing matters more than learning more
  • How one referral lane can collapse your rebuild timeline

Who This Episode Is For

  • Real estate agents rebuilding after a slow year
  • Entrepreneurs who feel overextended and under-focused
  • Agents tired of chasing every new tool or strategy
  • Anyone who wants more structure, flow, and consistency in 2026

If this episode made you realize your business needs more structure, flow, or systems, don’t do more, do what matters.

Most real estate agents are chasing the same buyers… But what if the real opportunity isn’t where everyone else is looking?

Built to Finish Why Discipline Beats Motivation27 Jan 202600:12:12

There’s a point in every goal, every business, every season… where things get quiet.

The excitement fades.
he results feel slower.
And you start asking yourself, “Is this even working?”

This episode is for that moment.

In today’s conversation, I’m breaking down why most people don’t quit because the plan is wrong. They quit because the middle gets uncomfortable. And if you’ve felt your standards slipping, your motivation dipping, or that subtle urge to renegotiate your commitments… this is your mirror.

I’m sharing a personal story from one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever committed to. Not in business, but in a fitness competition that tested my discipline in ways I didn’t expect. What I learned there changed how I approach leadership, execution, and long-term success.

This isn’t a hype episode.
It’s a finishing episode.

Because intensity gets you started…
discipline is what carries you through.

And finishers don’t quit in the quiet.
They keep going.

Things I Cover in This Episode

  • Why most people quit in the middle, not at the start
  • The difference between intensity vs. discipline (and why one actually creates results)
  • The DISCIPLINE framework I use to finish what I start:
    • Decide once
    • Install non-negotiables
    • Systems over willpower
    • Close the gap daily
    • Identity before outcome
    • Push through the boring
    • Leverage support
    • Integrity always
    • Next action only
    • Execute regardless
  • How boredom tricks high performers into quitting too early
  • The question that shifts everything: “Who am I becoming through this?”

If this episode hit home and you’re done starting over, or quietly negotiating your standards. I want to invite you into the Agent CEO Accelerator.

Inside, we don’t rely on motivation.
We install systems, discipline, and execution rhythms that hold you steady on low-energy days and keep your standards high when it matters most.
