Originally from Islington in London, Joe Black is a music and football legend. 👑

He initially gained fame as a rapper, achieving millions of views on YouTube and is now considered one of the true pioneers of UK Rap. 🎶🔊Rick Ross, Potter Payper & Tion Wayne are just a handful of big names Joe has worked with. 🤩

But following a stint in prison, Joe’s ambitions changed and he decided to pursue another passion: football. ⚽️

In an unlikely turn of events, Joe worked hard to break into the football industry and began scouting for Chelsea. 🤯 He is credited with scouting one of Chelsea’s many top academy products, Clinton Mola. 👏

After spending over 5 years in the recruitment team at Chelsea, he is now scouting for Arsenal. 🔴 From London street rapper, to Premier League scout - that is not a career journey you hear every day. 🤝

Joe tells us about his early life as a rapper, the realities of going to prison and how he turned his life around to work for some of the biggest football clubs in the world. 🙌

Endrick has one of the craziest transfer stories we’ve seen in recent years. 😮 He caught the attention of the world at just 15 years old whilst playing for Palmeiras. 🌍 Instantly, reports of a new wonderkid emerging in Brazil began to excite football fans around the world. 🤩

Within a few months, it was announced that Real Madrid had agreed a transfer deal to sign Endrick on his 18th birthday. 🤯 The fee would rise to roughly to €72 MILLION! 🤑

Fast forward to 2024 and Endrick is officially a Real Madrid player with a weight of expectation on his shoulders. 🤝

We caught up with Endrick at the launch of his latest “Rising Edition” New Balance boots, just days before his big unveiling as a Real Madrid player. 😎 He gives us his perspective on what it’s really like to sign for Real Madrid as a teenager, and his goals for the future. ✅

In May 2007, Matthew Briggs made history becoming the youngest Premier League player ever. He was 16 years & 68 days old when he came off the bench for Fulham.

He was one of England’s most exciting young players, but things did not go to plan. The pressure of making his debut so young got the better of him and his career began to spiral.

He gives us his perspective on what happened. The mistakes he made and the truth behind what it’s like to be a Premier League footballer. Learning from his own experiences, Matthew is now dedicated to helping the next generation of young players.

Anthony Elanga is one of the most exciting young players in The Premier League right now. Still only 21 Years Old, he has played with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and many more. He left Man Utd for Nottingham Forest last summer for around £15 Million. With 12 goals and assists in The PL, The Skechers Athlete is having the best season of his career so far. He sat down to share his perspective on his journey, what it’s like to play with CR7 and what he hopes to achieve in the future.

Originally from a small town in Ireland, Evan Ferguson has made a big impact in The Premier League this season with Brighton. The adidas athlete has 8 Goals and Assists so far and could be Ireland’s next star 🇮🇪🤩 With transfer gossip surrounding his future, we sat down with him to get his Perspective on life as a Premier League baller. 🗣

Chelsea Academy is known as one of the best in the world 🌎 Players such as Reece James, Conor Gallagher, Mason Mount, Jamal Musiala & Declan Rice all grew up at Cobham. Over the last 10 years, the club won 5 FA Youth Cups in a row and has consistently produced Premier League players 🏆 Chris Robinson was a crucial part of Chelsea's scouting team during this period and is here today to reveal to us exactly what goes on behind closed doors in an elite Premier League academy. ⚽️

This one is deeper 🙏 There’s far more to being a footballer than meets the eye. Injuries, criticism, pressure, disappointment, depression. 😔 We only hear about the players who make it, rarely about the ones the industry leaves behind. 🙏 Big respect to Tyrique for overcoming all the obstacles life has thrown his way and becoming a huge success away from football.

Last season, Nathan Tella had the best year of his career at Bayer Leverkusen. Playing for Xabi Alonso, he was part of the first Bundesliga team to go an entire season without losing a game. 

Leverkusen won their first ever Bundesliga title, ending Bayern’s 11 year winning streak. They made history, and Nathan played a big part in that. He’s had a great season, but his journey has been far from easy. 

Nathan was released by Arsenal’s academy and left without a club at 18 years old. He suffered a near career-ending knee injury when he was just 19 years old.

But despite all the adversity he faced, he never gave up and managed to turn his career around. In this episode, Nathan talks about working with football legends like Vincent Kompany and Xabi Alonso.

He opens up about the reality of being a professional footballer, and gives us the behind the scenes on this incredible Leverkusen team. This is Nathan Tella, and this, is his story.
