We have used this episode to introduce you to one of the most beautiful poems we have ever heard - She Let Go which is written by Saffire Rose. When Natalie first stumbled upon this poem she was taken with it immediately and knew she had to share it with our community. The words depict so beautifully the opportunity and struggle for us women to simply let go. And you might have a different perception of the words and resonate with them for different reasons but the the simplicity of deciding to let go as per the words, gives the sense of hope, choice and power.
