Even as a child, most photos depict me with animal soft toys. There were signs aplenty way back when of me working with animals as a major part of my life.

So much more I could have shared, but one thing I didn't was that you can, and I have, used Parts Therapy with pets. It was a really lovely result and one I may share as the season progresses.

Parts Therapy is also great for people suffering with trauma as it is a client-led approach where they are in control (which makes people feel safer) as I guide them through the session.
