🧠 Navigating Conspiracy in the Digital Age: Between Critical Thinking and Certainty17 avr. 202500:28:36

🚨 Disinformation isn’t new. But today, it’s faster, stickier, and more dangerous than ever.

This week, I attended a thought-provoking event in French on conspiracy theories in the digital age, featuring Rudy Reichstadt, founder of Conspiracy Watch, and hosted by Gabrielle Sabourin of Radio-Canada. Students from the Université de l’Ontario Français also joined the conversation, adding a fresh digital perspective.

📸 I’ve shared a few moments from the event below ⬇️

The discussion touched on everything from algorithmic amplification, to Brandolini’s Law, to the evolution of conspiracies—from 9/11 to flat-earthers, from vaccine myths to climate change denial.

But what stayed with me was this:

Fighting misinformation takes rigor—but when does that rigor become dogma?

In a world where truth is complex, algorithms reward outrage, and trust is eroding, how do we preserve the space for healthy doubt?

✅ Why conspiracy theories resonate emotionally
✅ How misinformation spreads faster than truth
✅ Brandolini’s Theory and the asymmetry of facts
✅ The risk of “certainty traps” in our fight against disinformation
✅ How to stay critical—without becoming cynical

🎯 This one blends psychology, technology, communication, and the future of civic discourse.

I’d love to hear:
How are you navigating the flood of information (and misinformation) in your world?

🤖Reflections on AI, Startups & Venture Capital from an Introduction Capital Panel15 avr. 202500:23:33

🤖 AI is moving fast—and not just in the startups it powers, but in the venture capital firms that fund them.

Last week, I attended a fantastic panel hosted by Introduction Capital on The Role of AI in Startups and Venture Capital, moderated by Kathryn Wortsman and featuring insights from Eva Lau, Matt Cohen, and Peter Shi.

Here’s what struck me:
We’re no longer in the era of “AI as a tool.” We’re in the era of AI as infrastructure.
And it’s transforming everything—from how founders build to how investors deploy capital.

A few insights that stood out:
✅ Customer service, legal claims, municipal systems—AI is driving efficiency everywhere
✅ VCs are automating sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management
✅ Defensibility matters more than ever (AI wrappers ≠ sustainable business)
✅ The lines between VC and PE are blurring fast
✅ Tech is no longer the moat—the relationship is

And maybe most importantly:
⚠️ AI safety, misinformation, and trust are real, growing risks.

🧭 My full breakdown of the panel—including the biggest opportunities, hard truths, and what’s coming next—is live in my latest newsletter:

🧙The Illusion of "Follow Your Bliss"10 avr. 202500:21:59

🔥 Is “Follow Your Bliss” Really the Best Career Advice?

We’ve all heard it: Follow your bliss.

It’s a seductive idea. Quit your job, pursue your passion full-time, build a life that doesn’t feel like work. You’ve seen the success stories—artists, creators, tech founders, athletes—who bet on themselves and won.

But what about everyone else?

👉 What if your passion doesn’t pay the bills?
👉 What if the opportunity cost is massive—financially, emotionally, professionally?
👉 What if "bliss" becomes burnout when it becomes your job?

This week’s newsletter was inspired by a conversation with a friend whose 8-year-old daughter loves to dance. She’s already hearing, “If she loves it, she’ll find a way to make a living from it.” Sound familiar?

💡 In the latest post, I dig into:

  • The real cost of turning your passion into a paycheck
  • The myth of the financially viable “portfolio career”
  • How social media success often masks financial struggle
  • Why the "exceptions" aren't the rule—and usually start with generational wealth
  • A more grounded take on work, creativity, and fulfillment

💬 “It’s not about becoming an accountant out of fear—it’s about being realistic about how economics work.”

Whether you’re an artist, entrepreneur, or corporate escapee, this one’s for you.

👩‍💼Why I Don't Let My Identity Dictate My Beliefs (And Why That Matters Now More Than Ever)08 avr. 202500:13:45

👩‍💼 Why I’m Not Running for Office (And Probably Never Will)

People sometimes ask me why I don’t run for public office.
It’s flattering. But here’s the truth: I have a hard time with the idea that if you buy into one belief, you’re expected to adopt ten more—no questions asked.

Party lines, political jerseys, organizational echo chambers—it’s all the same pattern: pick a side, stick to the script.

But real leadership doesn’t live in binaries. And innovation? It thrives on friction, not agreement.

🧠 I’ve built my career around independent thinking.
Not to be contrarian—but because complexity demands it.
Because blind consensus leads to blind spots.
Because the best ideas often come from respectful disagreement.

This is why I loved Janan Ganesh’s recent FT piece on Denmark: a country that dares to be pro-welfare and pro-market. That thinks case by case. Issue by issue. Not vibes by vibes.

In a world that rewards tribal loyalty, nuance has become an act of courage.

We don’t need more people who “toe the line.” We need more people willing to say:
"I agree with you on this. I don’t on that. Let’s keep talking."

That’s not disloyalty. That’s integrity.

💬 Curious to hear from others:
Where have you seen independent thinking lead to better outcomes—in politics, leadership, or business?

🔄 From Burnout to Alignment: The New Path to Sustainable Success03 avr. 202500:08:45

💥 Burnout isn’t a failure of willpower—it’s a signal.

After two decades in finance, tech, and venture capital, I’ve seen too many high performers quietly struggle with disconnection, overstimulation, and burnout. We’re praised for pushing through—but rarely encouraged to realign.

That’s why I’m thrilled to be a featured speaker at The Roots Of Our Being, a free global summit running April 14–18.

🌀 It’s not your typical wellness event.
This is a gathering of 20+ thinkers—shamans, healers, economists, and consciousness leaders—exploring how ancient wisdom can inform modern leadership, performance, and purpose.

🤑Silicon Valley & Washington: A History of Power, Wealth, and Selective Memory01 avr. 202500:15:42

🧠 Big Tech was built by government—and branded as rebellion.

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending a fantastic event at the Munk School’s Innovation Policy Lab: “U.S. Politics and Big Tech Power: Past, Present, and Future.”

The conversation (led by Margaret O’Mara and Tom Kemeny) unpacked the long, complicated marriage between Silicon Valley and Washington—a relationship built on mutual benefit, selective memory, and increasing tension.

We love the myth of the lone genius in a garage. But HP, Fairchild, even the internet itself? All born from government contracts, procurement pipelines, and public investment. Fast forward to today, and Big Tech still relies on the state—from bailouts to lobbying to regulatory arbitrage.

And yet, the Valley continues to posture as anti-government and post-political. It's a convenient narrative—until democracy becomes inconvenient.

The question isn’t whether tech should engage in politics. It’s:
What kind of political power is acceptable when it’s unelected, unregulated, and operating at planetary scale?

As we enter a new era of AI, private space, and digital governance, we need to reassert a fundamental truth:

👉 Democracy isn’t a bug in the system. It’s the operating system.

Would love to hear your take:
Where do you see the relationship between Big Tech and government heading next?

🤝Cooperation in Conflictual Times: Can We Reimagine a Different Way Forward?25 mars 202500:26:30

Can Cooperation Outperform Competition? 🤝

We live in a world of increasing division—politically, socially, and economically. But what if there was another way?

I recently attended a thought-provoking talk by Bernard Harcourt at the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, exploring an alternative model of governance: cooperatism—a system where collaboration, not competition, drives decision-making.

💡 Key takeaways that stuck with me:

🔹 Cooperatism challenges our default economic model, advocating for democratic self-governance in businesses, communities, and even policy-making.

🔹 It’s not a utopia—some of the most successful financial institutions (think Desjardins, Crédit Mutuel, and Mutual Farm) are structured as co-ops.

🔹 Moving from a punitive paradigm (low investment in prevention, high spending on crisis response) to a cooperative one could redefine healthcare, education, and justice.

🔹 Is cooperation always possible? I raised this question during the event—comparing Gandhi’s nonviolent resistance to the Black Panthers’ community-driven self-defense. Can cooperation thrive in an inherently conflict-driven world?

This discussion left me with additional thoughts:

❓ Can a cooperative model scale without being exploited?

❓ How do we fund parallel systems while transitioning from competition to collaboration?

❓ Would cooperatism limit individual mobility—trapping people in a system they helped build?

Cooperatism is already at play in parts of our economy—but could it be the future of governance and business?

📩 Read my latest newsletter where I unpack these ideas, my questions to Bernard, and my own reflections on how cooperatism could work (or fail).

What do you think—is competition essential, or could cooperation build a stronger, fairer society? 👇 Let’s discuss!

💸 Billions & Jobs Lost: Why Are Canadian Pension Funds Hiring Foreign Money Managers?18 mars 202500:11:56

Every year, Canadian pension funds deploy billions into public equity, private equity, and debt markets. But instead of channeling these assets through Canadian money managers, a substantial portion goes to foreign firms.

👉 Meanwhile, Canadian fund managers are pitching their expertise abroad—because our own institutions aren’t always giving them a fair shot.

Every dollar sent to a foreign money manager is a dollar not supporting Canadian economic growth.

🚨 What’s the real cost?
❌ Fewer high-paying jobs – Asset management is a massive employer, and growing it at home could mean thousands of new finance & tech roles.
❌ Less tax revenue – Canadian firms pay taxes here. Foreign firms? Not so much.
❌ Weakened financial sector – A thriving domestic asset management industry strengthens our economy and keeps Canada competitive.

🍁 Canada First Doesn’t Mean Canada Only—But It Should Mean Canada More.

This isn’t about shutting out global firms—it’s about giving Canadian money managers a fair shot at managing Canadian capital.

With an election on the horizon, it’s time to ask: Why aren’t we investing in our own talent?

💬 Drop your thoughts below. Let’s talk. 🚀 #Canada #PensionFunds #InvestLocal #Finance #Economy

🚀 The Future of Aging: Can We Reverse Time?13 mars 202500:37:11

My scale says I’m 12 years old. Science—and my 47-year-old body—might disagree. 😂

But what if aging wasn’t inevitable? What if we could slow it down—or even reverse it?

That’s exactly what I explored with Marco Quarta, longevity scientist & co-founder of Rubedo Life Science. His team is tackling one of aging’s biggest culprits: senescent cells (aka “zombie cells”)—which refuse to die and accelerate disease.

💡 What’s coming next?
🔬 Targeted longevity treatments—Eliminating zombie cells to reduce inflammation & extend healthspan
🧬 Aging biomarkers—Tests that predict diseases before symptoms appear
🏛️ Regulatory change—Aging isn’t yet classified as a disease, slowing innovation. That could soon shift.
🌍 Big picture—This isn’t just about looking younger. It’s about preventing our healthcare system from collapsing under an aging population.

The bottom line? Aging doesn’t have to mean decline. The science is moving fast—are we ready to embrace it?

👉 Dive into the science & listen to my convo with Marco here. [Insert link]

📢 5 Strategies to Dodge Tariffs: How Smart Businesses Stay Ahead11 mars 202500:15:33

Tariffs aren’t just taxes—they’re economic weapons. With new trade restrictions looming, businesses have two choices: absorb the cost or get creative.

💡 Smart companies don’t just pay up—they strategize.

Here’s how they do it:

🔹 Tariff Engineering – Tweaking product designs to fall into lower-taxed categories. (Converse cut tariffs from 48% to 7.5% just by adding a thin fabric layer under its insoles!)

🔹 Country of Origin Maneuvering – Shifting production or final assembly to tariff-friendly regions. (Hyundai assembles parts in South Korea instead of China to lower trade costs.)

🔹 First-Sale Pricing – Paying tariffs on the manufacturer’s price, not the retail markup. (A little-known loophole that many global brands use.)

🔹 Bonded Warehouses & Temporary Bonds – Deferring duties by storing goods tariff-free until sold or re-exported.

🔹 Strategic Inventory & Order Timing – Pre-ordering goods before tariffs hit and adjusting stock levels to minimize exposure.

Governments create barriers. Businesses find loopholes.

🩺 The Future of Early Cancer Detection: A Game-Changer for Women’s Health07 mars 202500:28:12

🚨 Women’s Pain Is Being Ignored—And It’s Costing Lives

30% of women who are ultimately diagnosed with ovarian cancer were first referred to a mental health specialist and prescribed antidepressants—as if their pain were all in their head. Let that sink in.

Ovarian cancer is one of the deadliest cancers, yet there is STILL no reliable, widely available test for early detection. The result?
❌ 80% of cases are diagnosed too late (stage 3 or 4)
✅ Early detection (stage 1 or 2) raises survival rates from 28% to 90%

But here’s the game-changer: A simple blood test using liquid biopsy technology could revolutionize early ovarian cancer detection. This isn’t a distant dream—it’s happening NOW.

I recently had an incredible conversation with Oriana Papin-Zoghbi, CEO of AOA Dx. She and her team are developing a liquid biopsy test for ovarian cancer, a potential breakthrough that could change the future of women’s health.

🔬 Why hasn’t this existed before?
➡️ Symptoms are vague and dismissed as IBS, perimenopause, or stress
➡️ Imaging isn’t reliable for detecting ovarian cancer
➡️ A biopsy requires surgical removal of the ovary or fallopian tube

💡 The biggest barrier? Not science—policy.
Even with cutting-edge diagnostics, reimbursement policies and insurance hurdles keep these life-saving innovations out of reach. It’s time to shift from a reactive healthcare model to one that prevents diseases before they become deadly.

💭 So, what needs to happen?
✔️ Women must advocate for themselves—don't settle for “It’s just stress.”
✔️ Doctors need better tools—and AOA Dx is leading the way.
✔️ Public policy must evolve—early detection saves lives AND reduces costs.

It’s time to start taking women’s health seriously. Let’s not wait another 30 years for action.

🔥 What are your thoughts on the state of women’s healthcare? Let’s discuss.

💼The Business of Politics: Why Lobbying is a Power Play, Not a Dirty Word04 mars 202500:22:14

💼 Business & Politics: The Game You NEED to Play

Politics isn’t just about governance—it’s marketing, influence, and strategy. And in today’s world, business leaders who ignore politics are playing a dangerous game.

I recently attended Intersection of Business and Politics: Insights for Leaders with Dr. Ken Chan, and the insights were eye-opening:

🚀 Lobbying is a business strategy, not a dirty word.
💰 $4 billion was spent on lobbying in the U.S. in 2023.
📜 Even governments hire lobbyists—because navigating policy is complex.
👥 Trade associations = strength in numbers. If you can’t lobby alone, join forces with an industry body.
🔄 The Trump Effect threw traditional lobbying playbooks into chaos. Unpredictability changed the game, and companies are still adapting.
🥂 Want the best political insider for your team? Head to the bar. Young former political staffers know the system inside out—and they’re your best bet for influence.
⚖️ Non-market strategy = leveraging relationships to shape policy. It’s not just about competing in the market—it’s about shaping the rules of the game.

If you’re in business and not thinking about how policies affect your industry, your competitors are.

Let’s talk—how is your business navigating government relations? Are you shaping the game, or reacting to it?

💪It’s Time for Canada to Leverage Its Own Investment Power28 févr. 202500:11:23

Canada’s $2.5 Trillion Question: Why Aren’t We Investing in Ourselves?

For 15 years, I’ve been asking the same question:

👉 Why don’t Canada’s pension funds (except CDPQ) have a mandate to invest in our own economic strength?

And for 15 years, I’ve gotten the same answer:
❌ “It’s not in the mandate.”

To which my response has always been:
Well, why not change the mandate?

Meanwhile, our largest trading partner—the U.S.—is doubling down on economic nationalism while we keep funneling billions into foreign infrastructure, private equity, and real estate instead of backing Canadian industries, innovation, and independence.

📊 Some facts to consider:
💰 Canadian pension funds manage $2.5 trillion—more than our entire GDP.
🏗️ We build highways in Texas, but not in Ontario.
🏢 We fund private equity in Europe, but underinvest in our own manufacturing sector.
⚡ The U.S. is our biggest investor—but also our biggest competitor.

If CDPQ can prioritize Québec’s economy and still deliver strong returns, why can’t other pension funds do the same for Canada?

I recently applied for the Chief Investment Officer role at OPB because I believe we need to move the needle on this. Economic resilience isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.

The real question is: Do we have the political will to act?

Let’s discuss. 🚀

The Best Career Book I Read in 2025 (So Far!) 🚀25 févr. 202500:35:18

Most people chase quick wins. The real game-changers? They think long-term.

I just finished The Long Game by Dorie Clark, and it’s a must-read for anyone serious about building a meaningful career.

💡 Biggest Takeaways:

🔹 Optimize for Interesting – Don’t just chase the next title; follow what excites you. That’s where real innovation happens.

🔹 Relationships Have No Expiry Date – The best opportunities come from genuine, long-term connections. No agenda. No transaction.

🔹 Give & Take (Without Being a Taker) – Networking isn’t extraction. Respect time, give value, build trust.

🔹 Play the 20% Rule – Spend 1/5 of your time on projects that pay off years from now. It’s how real success compounds.

📖 If you’re tired of short-term thinking, read this book.

What’s one long-term bet you’re making on yourself this year? Let’s talk. 🚀

🧑‍🔧The Upside of Trump: Improving Business and Trade Within Canada21 févr. 202500:17:18

🚧 🧑‍🔧 The Upside of Trump: Improving Business and Trade Within Canada 🚧

Love him or hate him, Trump’s trade policies had an unexpected effect: forcing Canada to confront its own internal trade barriers.

While we obsess over external trade deals, interprovincial trade restrictions are silently bleeding the Canadian economy—to the tune of billions in lost opportunities.

📊 The Numbers Don’t Lie:
💰 Internal trade barriers increase the cost of goods by 30% on average
🚛 In some regions (like the North), trade costs exceed 60%
📈 Removing these barriers could boost GDP per capita by 4%
🇺🇸 Meanwhile, Canada relies on the U.S. for 63% of its total trade—a risky position as U.S. policies become more protectionist

The Fix?
✅ Streamline provincial regulations – Why does the same product need different certifications in different provinces? Mutual recognition agreements can fix this.
✅ Invest in infrastructure – Remote regions are cut off from economic opportunities due to poor roads, rail, and connectivity. A Northern Transportation Corridor could reduce trade costs and unlock economic potential.
✅ Strengthen provincial trade agreements – The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) is a step forward, but enforcement is weak. Provinces still impose protectionist policies, especially in energy, construction, and alcohol distribution.
✅ Create a national trade data hub – Unlike international trade, real-time data on interprovincial trade is almost nonexistent. How can policymakers fix what they can’t measure?

🛡️ Why This Matters NOW
As the U.S. ramps up Buy American policies, tariffs, and subsidies, Canada needs a stronger domestic trade network to stay competitive, resilient, and independent.

The Bottom Line? Internal trade reform isn’t just an economic play—it’s a national security strategy. 💡

So, will policymakers step up? Or will we keep paying the price of inefficiency?

What do you think? What’s the biggest trade barrier holding Canada back? Drop your thoughts below. ⬇️

🧭5 Strategies to Navigate Business Transformation Amid Political Uncertainty and Protectionism18 févr. 202500:25:57

🔊 NEW PODCAST: 5 Strategies to Navigate Business Transformation Amid Political Uncertainty & Protectionism

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve noticed the drastic increase in political uncertainty and protectionism. If you’re a business leader, this isn’t just an interesting topic—it’s a direct threat to your supply chains, revenue streams, and market positioning.

With tariffs, federal budget cuts, and shifting regulations reshaping the playing field, the old "wait-and-see" approach is no longer an option. But here's the good news: the best businesses use these challenges as catalysts for transformation.

💡 In this episode, I break down 5 winning strategies to help leaders not only survive but thrive in this shifting environment.

🔹 Diversify Supply Chains – The days of relying on one country for manufacturing are over. Apple’s move to India & Vietnam isn’t random—it’s a masterclass in risk management.
🔹 Invest in Political Risk Intelligence – The smartest companies don’t read the news; they influence it. Understanding policy shifts before they happen is a superpower.
🔹 Reallocate Capital for Growth – Cutting costs won’t save you—reallocating capital into innovation, R&D, and expansion will.
🔹 Strengthen Market Position Amid Protectionism – Tariffs and "Made in USA/Canada/France" policies are here to stay. Winning companies are already pivoting.
🔹 Build an Adaptive Leadership Culture – Agility isn’t just for startups. Netflix didn’t dominate by accident—it mastered reinvention.

🔥 I share firsthand experiences from my work in private equity, government advisory, and corporate innovation, plus real-world examples of companies leading the way.

🎧 Listen now and take control of your next strategic move.

🎙️ Dishing in D.C. — Kentucky Colonel Honors, Diplomacy Gossip, and Canada as the 51st State?15 févr. 202500:19:57

Ever wondered what’s really being said in Washington’s power circles? My recent trip to D.C. offered more than a chance to celebrate my friend Nikhil Palli, now a proud Kentucky Colonel alongside icons like Lincoln and Churchill. It was also a fascinating window into the undercurrents shaping diplomacy, politics, and perceptions of Canada on the global stage.

Here are some of the intriguing takeaways I uncovered:

🔹 Diplomacy in “Interesting” Times
Caution was the vibe of the moment. Conversations in diplomatic circles felt unusually hesitant—people were careful about voicing opinions, especially on the Trump administration. Yet, even in whispers, sharp critiques emerged: comparisons to Putin, debates over China’s growing influence, and reflections on empathy (or lack thereof) in leadership.

🔹 Canada: A 51st State?
Here’s one that caught me off guard. Many Americans see Canada’s current struggles—immigration, healthcare, crime—as signals that the U.S. could “help out.” The idea of Canada as the 51st state wasn’t shocking to them. Some even called it an opportunity. How’s that for a perspective shift?

🔹 Immigration Woes
Canada’s “open door” image isn’t winning points. Stories of fake documents, infrastructure strains, and underemployed immigrants are turning once-eager families elsewhere. Middle-class Indians, for example, are reportedly less interested in Canada due to career stagnation and high living costs.

🔹 Budget Cuts and Civil Servant Angst
The mood among civil servants was grim. Federal budget cuts, including to USAID, sparked frustration and quiet unease. Many are in wait-and-see mode, hoping for interventions that may not come.

🔹 Trudeau, Freeland, and…Who?
Justin Trudeau’s firm stance on tariffs was well-received, while Chrystia Freeland earned praise for her diplomatic finesse. Mark Carney? Mostly positive vibes. Pierre Poilievre? A complete unknown. It’s clear that leadership perception plays a critical role in shaping Canada’s international reputation.

🔹 Canada’s Declining Glow
I wasn’t expecting this level of pessimism. Rising crime rates, an overwhelmed healthcare system, and strained infrastructure dominate perceptions of Canada. Even Toronto’s lower crime rates (compared to Chicago’s) didn’t budge the narrative much.

Washington may feel subdued (hello, 4 PM dinners), but it remains a hub of insight for those willing to tune into its undercurrents. My biggest takeaway? Staying connected and curious is more important than ever. When we truly listen, we learn—and when we learn, we lead.

🎧 Tune in to my podcast for the full story, and let me know: What do you think of Canada’s current reputation?

🦸 Transformation: The Key to Thriving in Life, Career & Business12 févr. 202500:12:31

🍪 Beyond the Cookie-Cutter: A Tailored Approach to Transformation

Transformation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a necessity for growth. Over the years, I’ve transformed countries, careers, industries, and even companies. But one thing remains constant: true transformation isn’t about survival—it’s about thriving.

Whether for individuals or organizations, successful transformation starts from within. It’s not about mimicking competitors or reacting to external pressures. Instead, it’s about recognizing and deepening your unique strengths—your DNA—and leveraging them for long-term success.

📌 Inside-Out Transformation: The Key to Success
🔹 Apple and Netflix didn’t succeed by copying others—they doubled down on their core strengths.
🔹 Transformation should be embedded in your strategy, not outsourced to a never-ending cycle of consultants.
🔹 Objectivity and independence drive real change, not corporate politics or recycled strategies.

✂️ A Tailored Approach to Transformation
🚀 Whether it’s market expansion, technology integration, or capital allocation, my approach is simple:
✔ Unique, strategic roadmaps aligned with your DNA
✔ No cookie-cutter solutions—only tailored, high-impact strategies
✔ Focus on long-term, sustainable transformation

Want to move beyond the one-size-fits-all approach and unlock real transformation? Let’s talk. 😉

Musk's "Work for Free" DOGE? Calling BS! 🐂 The 80-Hour Workweek Lie: Are We All Being Played? 🤔16 déc. 202400:22:05

Elon's "Free Labor" Scheme: A Wake-Up Call for Sanity ⚡️Forget the "hustle porn" and embrace a life worth living.

🙅‍♀️ Elon Musk's latest "genius" idea – a "Department of Government Efficiency" staffed by unpaid "High-IQ Revolutionaries" – is a laughable display of megalomania. 🤡

Let's be real:

  • Working for free is exploitation, not innovation. ⚠️ Unless you're a masochist, this "opportunity" is a red flag waving wildly. 🚩
  • 80-hour workweeks are a recipe for burnout, not brilliance. 🔥 You'll be trading your health and sanity for a boss who probably doesn't even know your name. 😵‍💫
  • "Hustle culture" is a toxic lie. ☠️ It's time to reject the notion that your worth is measured by how much you "grind."

This isn't about being lazy; it's about prioritizing your well-being. 🧠 Find ways to work smarter, not harder. 💡 Explore alternative approaches like microdosing (responsibly!) to enhance focus and productivity without sacrificing your mental health. 🍄

Takeaways:

  • Don't fall for the "hustle" trap. 🙅‍♀️
  • Prioritize your well-being. 🧠
  • Question everything. 🤔
  • Demand a better future. 💪

P.S. 😜 Remember, even your cat deserves a break! 🐱

🎯 Stepping Off Autopilot: Unlocking the Power of Intentional Living11 déc. 202400:11:21

Picture this: You’re on a treadmill, running full speed, day after day. You don’t pause to ask, “Why am I doing this?” Sound familiar?

That treadmill is autopilot mode—reacting, rushing, repeating. But what if you could step off? What if you could stop running, choose your path, and live a life that feels meaningful, alive, and authentically YOU?

✨ Intentional living is your ticket off the treadmill.

When you live intentionally:
✅ You own your story instead of letting others write it.
✅ You feel empowered because you’re making choices, not following the momentum.
✅ You experience life fully, not just going through the motions.

💡 How do you start?
1️⃣ Be present. Step out of autopilot. Feel the emotions you’ve buried and start choosing differently.
2️⃣ Cultivate self-awareness. Ask, What do I truly want?
3️⃣ Embrace radical honesty and responsibility. Let go of old conditioning and align your choices with your authentic self.

🌟 Imagine starting 2025 not with a to-do list, but an intention:
“I will stay calm today.”
“I will create opportunities for growth.”
“I will experience clarity and joy.”

Whether you join the waitlist for the Legal Brain Power Microdose or embrace intentional living with small daily habits (ideally both!), this is your time to unlock your potential.

🌱 Progress, not perfection. Each small step counts.

💭 What’s your intention for today? Drop it in the comments and share this post—it’s a powerful way to start living intentionally.

Let’s make 2025 your year of clarity, focus, and purpose. 🎯

🎥✨ Steps to Your 2025 Quantum Leap ✨🎥04 déc. 202400:16:06

🚀 "Quantum Leap" isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a bold jump to the next level of YOU! Whether it’s a mindset shift, a habit overhaul, or a breakthrough moment, this is your sign to make big moves. 🌟

🛠 How to Start:
1️⃣ Calm Down: No big moves happen when you’re stressed or overwhelmed. Find your way—microdose, meditate, move your body, or just breathe deeply.
2️⃣ Change the Inputs: Doing the same thing won’t get you different results (Einstein said it best). Add something new—big or small—that aligns with YOU.
3️⃣ Do YOU: Forget the trends and noise. Authenticity is your blue ocean—a space no one else can occupy. Stop chasing what doesn’t matter and write your own playbook.

🍄 Curious about microdosing? Whether it’s psychedelics or The Legal Brain Power Microdose, these tools can help you calm your mind, spark creativity, and guide you toward transformative change.

💡 Your leap doesn’t have to follow the crowd. It can be in your health, relationships, career, or self-discovery—what matters is that it’s YOURS.

Let’s make your quantum leap happen in 2025! 🌊✨

💪Unlocking Resilience: How to Thrive Authentically (Without Losing Yourself!)16 oct. 202400:29:30

😊Building Strength from Within: How to Overcome Life’s Challenges with Grace and Authenticity

Have you ever wondered what it truly means to be resilient? Like, really resilient—not just bouncing back from life's challenges, but doing so in a way that feels authentic, aligned, and true to who you are?

I recently had a fascinating conversation with Dr. Kate Lund, a psychologist, coach, and all-around expert on resilience.

❤️‍🩹So, what does resilience really look like?
😌Here’s the secret: Calming the nervous system is key.
🤗Embrace who you are (and stop comparing).
😧Overwhelm is real—here’s how to navigate it.
🏗️How to start building your resilience (and thrive, not just survive).

If you’re ready to take these ideas to the next level, microdosing might be just the tool you need to help you thrive with authenticity. Whether you’re navigating career pressures, family responsibilities, or just the daily grind, The Microdose Diet can help you build resilience from the inside out.

🤔Mentoring: Myth, Magic, or Overrated?09 oct. 202400:11:22

🚨 Is Mentoring Really That Important? 🚨

I was on a panel recently, and the usual question came up: “How important is mentoring, especially for women?” And honestly… is it really that important? We’ve been spoon-fed the idea that mentorship is essential to success, but have we ever stopped to question it? 🤔

Mentoring in 2024 often feels like a quick coffee chat where someone asks, “Can you introduce me to your network and help me get a job?” before we’ve even finished our lattes. 💸

Let’s face it—mentoring today is often outdated and not actionable. Vague advice like “Work hard and stay passionate” isn’t paying the bills. 😬

Mentoring in 2024: The Quick Fix Fantasy ☕️
Senior Mentors: Outdated Playbooks, Anyone? 🏛️
Peer Power: Where the Real Value Is 💬
Sponsorship: The Rare Gem 💎
Mentoring or Bait and Switch? 🎣
Critical Thinking: Stop Following the Script 🧠

What if you could stop waiting for someone else’s roadmap? The Microdose Diet rewires your brain, calms your body, and empowers you to create your own path—no mentor required. 🚀

What’s your take—have you really benefited from traditional mentorship? Or is there a better way to take control of your career? Let’s talk! 👇

🏢Best Back to Work Ever05 sept. 202400:11:17

👑Upgrade Your Identity to More Success, Passion and Happiness

Now that Summer and Labor Day are behind us, it is time to return to real life! It doesn’t have to be a drag and this year could actually be your best Back to Work yet. Really? But How?!

🪇Shake Things Up

My first advice is to shake things up. You don’t have to go back to the same routine than last year. I know, you have read that Zuckerberg dresses in the same way everyday to avoid taking needless decisions. That is why he looks like a dork and seems to really have a lot of fun in his life (yes this is ironic!).

So what about a refresh of your wardrobe, home and office decor, or haircut? You don’t have to return to your old self!🙍

👩‍🚀Upgrade Your Identity

And this is the most important part of having MORE Success, Passion and Happiness in your life: you need to have an identity congruent with Success, Passion and Happiness. And no, Mommy or Daddy jeans don’t scream Success, Passion and Happiness. Nor does the same freaking routine day in, day out.

So, are you ready to shed the same old, same old, boring, small identity that was built for you decades after decades? Yes?! Fabulous!

Now we can do something together!💃🏻

🚀Takeoff with Me

Drumroll! I launched coaching services based on The Microdose Diet protocol to help you uplevel your identity, your life and your career.

And if you are thinking “No Peggy I don’t want to take psychedelics, they are awfully bad and I am a good person”, once again fret not! I am working with the same clinic that developed the Brain Power Microdose to develop the “MORE! Microdose”, a product 100% legal, registered with Health Canada, with no psychedelics in sight, and a formulation mimicking the results of the Brain Power Microdose.

So what does it look like to work with me. First there is a start and end date: it lasts 3 months. Second, you will get a mix of support with a One-on-One Coaching package including:

- 6 Hours of Private Coaching with Peggy (aka ME!),

- 2 Bottles of Brain Power Microdose (more than enough to follow the protocol)

- The Book “MORE! The Microdose Diet.”

- The Online Course “The Microdose Diet.”

For a small investment of US$5,500. Yes you definitely are worth that, and if you think you don’t, then you really need to sign up right f#$%ing now!

If you have friends and decide that you want to do it with them, that is a fabulous idea. Nothing better than growing with your inner circle and the peer support is priceless. The length and content of the package are the same, it is just cheaper per person (Investment: US$3,500-4,000 per person based on group size).

You can opt for the self-directed online course (several options from US$900-US$1,900) or for the book (US$18) combined with the Brain Power Microdose (US$89/bottle). If you are interested by the new M

👋Bye-Bye Sugar Craving, Hangovers & Stress28 août 202400:08:03

🪄Two magical products serendipity brought my way: Soulera & VK from NuYgen

If you are listening to this podcast you want MORE of your life, and to get MORE in your life you need to be 💯 !

In the same vein of life-changing products I came across 2 products that have really been game changer for me. And no I am not paid to write about them🙂

Soulera helps with stress management, and it totally delivers on that front.

However this was not the only magic Soulera had to offer… it actually totally helped with curbing my sugar cravings.🧁 That, my friend, is almost better than stress management!!

VK is super helpful to boost your immunity and here as well I discovered another amazing effect - a fabulous cure to overindulgence in food and alcohol!! 😀

I highly highly recommend you give it a try. As always no downside here, just the opportunity to get MORE out of your life! 💪 Because let’s be honest, to get MORE out of life, you need to be at 💯!

🧭How To Trust Your Gut Again And Recalibrate Your Life21 août 202400:10:38

🛣️Breaking Free from Emotional Programming to Follow Your True Path

There’s a piece of advice that always makes me cringe: “Follow your gut!” This advice assumes that your intuition is perfectly calibrated.
But what if your gut has been programmed to send you the wrong signals?
When your intuition has been shaped by years of living up to others’ expectations, it can send you into a tailspin of guilt, shame, and confusion.
Instead of moving toward what lights you up, you stay in the safety of what you know, even if it’s not what you need.
So, how do you recalibrate your radar?

🔒Releasing the Emotional Charge
Therapy alone isn’t enough to break free from the emotional charges that keep you stuck. This is where somatic tools come into play. They work on a deeper level, helping to release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, sometimes for years, maybe even decades.
I didn’t develop The Microdose Diet just for kicks—I created it because I was tired of feeling good only when I was being the “good girl” I was programmed to be.
I knew I needed something more, something that would help me create space in my life to finally breathe, to finally be me.
It’s about deprogramming those outdated emotions that keep you stuck, and reprogramming them to embrace what you truly deserve.
It’s about stepping into a life that’s aligned with your true self, free from the constraints of what you’ve been told you should be.
You have nothing to lose except the outdated programs that no longer serve you.
Recalibrating your gut isn’t just about following your intuition; it’s about balancing it with reason, free from the chains of outdated programming.

✨A Journey to Unshakable Self-Worth: How to Shift from Comparison to Confidence07 août 202400:08:03

Discover the Power of Self-Worth in Transforming Your Life

Complimenting one seemed to take something away from another.
It felt like we were operating in a zero-sum game where complimenting one means criticizing another.

We’ve all felt that sting when a friend or coworker gets complimented, whether they are present or not.

In response, I often see the protective mechanism of overcompensating from the “witness” of the compliment.

I’ve been caught in similar situations, thinking that a compliment not addressed to me was an attack.

Usually, compliments are just that—compliments.

So why do we feel “less than” when someone else is complimented in our presence?

The answer is self-worth, specifically a wobbly intrinsic self-worth.

I realized that high well-being and ethical success depend on one’s level of intrinsic self-worth. In The Microdose Diet protocol, the highest intention one can have is to increase their self-generated self-worth.

I lead you through a 90-day program that supports this intention and enables you to go to the next level of self-worth.

The best way to lead a successful, passionate, and happy life is to have a high degree of self-worth.

People with high self-worth are grounded, self-confident, and don’t need to diminish others to elevate themselves.

Life is much more pleasant when you trust yourself and know you can do it, whatever “it” is.

There’s no need to feel threatened when someone else is complimented. You know your worth is independent of others. And that freedom, my friend, is an incredible feeling!
