#3 - Max Hagenbach (Live from Come Bye Festival): Sharing is caring30 Nov 202400:55:11

In this episode of Peel It Back, Jack takes you live and direct to the enchanting Come Bye festival at Three Pools Permaculture Farm in Abergavenny. Jack sits down with Max Hagenbach, the head herder behind this one-of-a-kind, non-profit festival, to uncover what it takes to create such a warm, hilarious, and truly unforgettable event.

With tier-two tickets dropping in February and another sellout on the horizon, Come Bye is quickly becoming a must-attend in the festival season. Tune in to hear about Max’s passion, the festival's unique vibe, and what makes Come Bye truly different. Plus, we’re already plotting our return for another episode or even a live talk next year. Don’t miss it!

See Come Bye ethos below...

"| OUR ETHOS |
Come Bye was founded on the premise of creating a space where individuals can share their talents, interests and passions.
Unlike a traditional festival where you turn up and spectate; at Come Bye you’re invited to be an active participant and get involved in any way you want. The festival is built on contributions and each year is unique as the programme depends on you, the attendees and what you decide to bring.
There is absolutely no obligation to bring or do anything, it’s totally up to you. Rather you're invited to get as involved as you please.
Have you ever wanted to be part of a festival?
Got an idea but never had the opportunity to do it?
Have a skill that would benefit others?
Well now’s your chance!
We'll do our best to facilitate anything you want to do, you just need to tell us what it is.

| GIFTING |
If you’d like to contribute something but you’re unsure what to do then we invite you to bring something to gift to new friends you’re going to make. This could be anything, a cocktail, some cake, a sticker, a tango lesson???
If you have ever given a gift to someone you will know how nice the feeling is to give and not expect anything in return. That is a key part of gifting at Come Bye, gift whatever you want, when you want and expect nothing in return.
Again, gifting is not compulsory, it is totally up to you, no one is going to ask you what you’re doing when you arrive and nothing is expected of you other than being nice.
So please don’t feel pressure to come up with something to contribute or bring. Just by getting involved in someone’s workshop, watching someone’s show or dancing to someone’s music you are gifting them your presence which is the most important thing of all."

In episode two of Peel It Back Jack sits down with B.Love (@buddylovemusic). Founding member of @bizarretrax, producer, DJ, label owner, and graphic designer. I sat down with Adam way back when towards the tail end of last year and discuss topics such as how Bizarre Trax came to be, upcoming and now released projects, the work/dj/producer life balance, tales on the road and all round good chat. Very glad to have B.Love on the show so now it's time Peel It Back with B.Love...

#1 - James Andrew - Eureka moments, digging inspiration and tour horror stories29 Apr 202401:12:28

In episode one of Peel It Back Jack sits down with James Andrew. Producer, DJ, label owner, music production course teacher and all round good guy, James was a no brainer for our kick off episode as Jack and James discuss topics such as James’ new production course Nothing But Knowledge, his and Charley's label Nothing But Nice, tour horror moments, through to dance floor defining memories. A “nice” way to kick off the series and certainly not the last time we sit down with James. Get ready to Peel It Back…
