Pharmacists demonstrate courage in many different ways, but can often feel inadequate to call it courage. Today, we are talking to the clinic’s newest team member, Tiana Tilli, who has worked in various pharmacy practice settings since graduating in 2017. These changes and experiences have had an important impact on her career, and are exemplary of stepping outside of one's comfort zone with courage.  

Innovation is the action or process of creating something new, or making changes to something established. No matter where you work or practice, there are opportunities to innovate. However, change can either be enticing or intimidating. This episode explores the unique ways that we incorporate innovation into our pharmacy practice, both in the way we work and the way we think.
