While investigating a complaint about an oversized house, which mysteriously appeared in his neighbourhood, Ken meets the eccentric and angry owner who rather than conforming to city building codes tries to bribe Ken by granting him four wishes. At first, Ken dismisses the peculiar home owner’s suggestion as nonsense but soon learns, when a careless wish threatens to consume Leaf’s backyard greenhouse and the entire neighbourhood, that the homeowner is more than what he seems. To save Leaf’s heirloom tomatoes Ken is forced to make a carefully worded wish, but the results are not exactly as in intended.
