Show Notes from the Keto Kamp podcast with Ben Azadi: Today, I am blessed to have here with me Shana Hussin. She grew up in Wisconsin, and earned her dietetics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1999. While very active throughout her entire lifetime, she struggled with weight gain in college, despite following conventional nutrition recommendations and exercising extensively. It took many years to figure out why she was so much bigger then, but the truth revealed itself when Shana discovered hormonal connections between weight gain, and eventually growing sick and fat. Shana has worked in the medical nutrition therapy field for 20 years.
