Recapping Season of The Pitt!

Amanda and Maggie are together again! Maggie makes a guest apperance in the Dallas studio and they have the most fun talking about the best show, The Pitt. They loved this "ER meets 24" medical drama. Very real. Very intense. Very exicted for Season 2. They talk about their favorite doctors and who they would and would NOT want to treat them from the cast of The Pitt. They even introduce a new character to the show: Aunti Chianti. Reapping Season 1, Part 2 of All's Fair

There's nothing fair about the fact this show is actually on TV but it's 2026 and here we are. Amanda and Maggie discuss this show in detail, much to Amanda's dismay. Maggie tries to convince her of all the redeemding qualities of this show while the only thing Amanda can get on board with is a nice, monochromatic dress code that really pulls an outfit together. Amanda is still floored there will be a season 2, but she's committed to this podcast, and more importantly, her wonderful sister-in-law, so she will through. Turns out, All is not Fair when recapping tv shows for a famous podcast. 

Recapping episodes 1-4 of The Chair Company 

If ever there was a show that was the voice of literally everyone, it is this one. During every bit of the first four episodes of The Chair Company, the girls couldn't stop saying "this is me. THIS IS ME!" And it kind of is everyone. They talk about the last time they went to a mall and how they would handle the HR complaint if they were in HR. Tim Robinson is one of the greats and he had the girls on the edge of their seats in the first four episodes of this customer service story that takes a wildly different turn. 

In just four more weeks, they'll recap the last four episodes of season 1, so pull up a chair (Just not one from Tecca!) and get all caught up on this inevitable cult classic.

Recapping S2E16: WA

Season two goes out with a bang, literally! Maggie can't stop laughing about the file room fornication. The girls discuss spoilers and one of them hates spoilers and the other one is totally into them. Maggie speculates exactly where the mud goes in the sport of mudding and also talks about how much she loves the Fox and the Hound. Amanda shows her true Texas roots when her spelling is so Texan that Google doesn't even recognize it! Recapping S2E15: Normandy 

Scoot on into your seats to hear Maggie sweep the briefies in this epsiode! The ladies discuss whether or not PJs on a BJ would be allowed on their PJs. They also reveal if someone ever did them wrong by incorrectly guessing their age. Kyle, (Maggie's husband/Amanda's brother) decides to (by proxy) join them at Prediction Town™ with some hot takes! Maggie is very pleased at Rachel's overdue good cry and Amanda might be obsesed with Jessica Pearson's bag. 

Recapping S2E14: He's Back 

This episode really does slap, as the kids are saying these days. Maggie and Amanda obviously tackle Donna's slaps heard around the world and whether or not they've ever been in a real brawl! They also talk about the logistics of being a 1st year vs 20 year associate, and whether or not this is truly the first scene Jessica and Rachel have shared on screen? Maggie is pretty worked up about the way Michael (yep, he's Michael again) tried to downplay Monica Eaton's case and Amanda highlights one of her favorite scenes in the entire season happens IN THIS EPSIODE! 

S2E13: Recapping: Zane vs Zane

Easter may be over but Easter ASSkets are all the rage in this episode. And it's Big Business around here when Amanda confuses her movie stars immeidately after shaming Maggie for not having seen Beaches. They also discuss the only acceptable places to find fingernail clippings, Maggie's son's discovery of urinals, and Maggie's new favorite Dallas-based bagel shops. And after a really good run, Maggie has to put one of the original OSF sponsors on notice this week. We're all waiting to see if they try to right their wrong and keep their piece of the OSF (pizza) pie.  

S2E12: Blood in the Water 

Blood may be in the water, but the writing is all over the walls with the bizarre writers' choices in this epsiode, according to Maggie. The girls talk about earlier jobs and we discover one of them has never been fired and one of them has been fired twice! Maggie describes how some days are better suited for a kidnapping. And Yosemite Samanda says her and Harvey would definitely exchange words if he never saw Big Daddy Cats. 

S2E11: Blind-Sided

In the longest cold open to date for OSF, Maggie and Amanda debate the pronunciation of more words that culminates in Amanda's rhyming magic trick! They talk about what inventive thing they'd do with coconut oil, duct tape, and a ski mask. Amanda fan-girled over Amanda Schull's appearance and Maggie determines she'll only go to a concert if someone else is footing the bill. And Maggie is so perplexed by all the kinks the writers have to work out with the female characters on this show. 

S2E10: Recapping: High Noon 

In this perfectly timed episode, we learn how Amanda used to be Yosemite Samanda in a former life and how Maggie is still concerned there aren't any pictures of King Walruses on the internet. The girls settle on the dime bag origin story and account for actual highness when turning cents in to dollars. They both agree that NO ONE walks thru the house to pick up pizza in a bed sheet unless it's in the movies or tv. And they discuss how F. Scoot Fucksgerald (or maybe Hemingway?) might have been on to something with his unconventional writing method. Thanks, Social Studies!

S2E9: Recapping: Asterisk 

We should all take a moment of silence for Grammy before listening to this episode. Knowing the inevitable was going to happen, Maggie works through the loss of Grammy, who was gone to soon. Grammy might be gone, but Donna is back and better than ever. And Louis is Hard for Hardman™ when he appoints him as the newest (secret) Senior Partner. Mark this down as a rare moment in OSF history when Maggie and Amanda both agree on how a word should be pronounced, only to find out they are BOTH wrong. And Amanda discusses the Harvey wink that lives rent free in her head for life. 

S2E8: Recapping: Rewind 

Get ready to pitch a tent and cuddle up in the rain for Maggie and Amanda's first flashback episode. Even though it's five years ago, they get to see Grammy and they'll take what they can get! They discuss their favorite kind of fish and agree that guys are much more agressive at snaking than girls are. They debate whether or not $22k is worth spending on hot thighs and they try to get to the bottom of the logistics of Mike's LSAT side hustle. And Maggie and Amanda finally extend a formal invitation to Patrick J. Adams to join them on the podcast! Zip! Zap! Zop!

Recapping Season 3 of The Diplomat 

The girls are throwing it back to their old Suits ways with Season 3 of The Diplomat where one of them konws a lot more about the series than the other one. Maggie watched just one episode before diving into Season 3 and Amanda has seen them all at least once (because of course). They talk about all the juicy relationships, how they would operate if they were President + VP, and how great a Patsy Wheel would be in the Whitehouse (or any house!). Recapping S2E7: SUCKER PUNCH

Don't mind us, we're just A FEW GOOD WOMEN recapping a very dramatic episode 7. Amanda decides it's time for Maggie to get LITT UP on the show and Maggie learns that Harvey (Gabriel)'s real life love makes an apperance. Maggie doesn't recognize the accents in the episode and Amanda is convinced her middle name is only one of two in the world. One of them reveals when they "Donna'd" someone and the other one reveals when they got "Donna'd." And the internet fans are hot on Maggie's commentary...but really what's up with Mike's lamp? 

Recapping S2E6: ALL IN 

In this episode, Maggie and Amanda are en pointe when they "releves" their thoughts about episode six. Maggie talks about her interesting eighth grade essay topic and Amanda loves all the nutcracking references. They both agree they like their weiners the same way Harvey likes his weiners. In their first ever LIVE SHOW, Maggie and Amanda recap the Season Finale for a studio audience! Maggie tries to see if Amanda CAN OPEN up the spoiler vault and tell her what Donna and Harvey's pre-trial ritual is but doesn't win with this hostile witness (host). We do learn about each of the girls' own rituals that involve getting juiced up. Maggie reveals her favorite date night movie recommendation and Amanda reveals the movie that her and Kyle (Maggie's husband/Amanda's brother) used to reinact together as kids over a bowl of microwaved eggs. The winner of the first ever Briefy Award™ winner is named and Maggie makes her predictions for SEASON 2! Leading up to the Season One Finale, we learn that Mike is Harvey's Harvey thru the Gary Cole story while Amanda and Maggie talk about how they would stage their own run-ins. In the Sister vs Sister case, we see Harvey and Louis work "together" in a familiar family fued while Mike tries to avoid a fued with Mock-Trial-Kyle™. Will Mike give in to Jenny's ultimatium? Will Maggie stick around if there's still no sighting of Grammy? Will Amanda write a strongly worded letter to the City of Dallas about the live jackhammering event that happened during the recording of this episode? Tune in to find out...

The girls felt like Wayward youths themselves as they went down a very windy path to recap this limited series show in Netflix. They talk about Amanda's house ghost interfering with the viewing, Maggie's love of the Paris Hilton autobiography, and their shared appreciation of the MTV hit series: Undressed. One of them really liked this show and the other one could barely get through it (she didn't!) We guess this prooves sisters-in-law may get along but they don't always agree on shows...that's what keeps it interesting!

Recapping S1E10: The Shelf Life 

The similarities between Stan Jacsobsom and Mike Ross are top and center and keep Mike in a perpetual thirst(y) trap in this Episode 10 recap. Maggie LOLs at Louis' heavy handed headshots while Amanda talks about her own headshot mishaps. Amanda offers to help Maggie with her drawers while Maggie narrows in on her predictions as we near the end of season one. Also, if you think Amanda might still be mad at you for some frivolous reason, this is this episode for you! Once again, there's still no sighting of grammy...

Recapping S1E9: Undefeated

In episode 9, Harvey meets his match in opposing counsel on the Emerson Petroleum deal and the two of them are all suits, no dogs. Just like Maggie predicted in episode 1, Bang Lady is Back! Maggie lets everyone know there is nothing more dangerous than a smart woman who has been wronged and we watch Louis Litt pay for his mistakes. And the question on everyones mind...will Amanda end up with Travis Tanner as her fictional TV husband or is Harvey Specter still number one in her heart? Once again, there's still no sighting of grammy...

Recapping S1E8 of Suits: Identity Crisis

In Episode 8, things get a little fishy on set. We finally see Harvey in a Hard Hat, Mike is still sitting at the big kid table, and Luis Litt teaches us a thing or two about embezzling money. Maggie and Amanda discuss where they were on June 3, 1997. They both realize they've never seen The Godfather...Yowswers! And the new Mike Drop segment is introduced when Mike Ross brings the heat to this episode! 

Recapping S1E7: Play the Man 

In this momentous episode, Maggie is FINALLY convinced Mike has earned a seat at the Big Kid Table™!! Maggie thinks she's already experienced Haley's Coment and Amanda is still trying to find the filming flaws in the production of this episode. The girls talk about their own personal mistakes and victories while breaking down the mistakes and victories of the staff at Pearson Hardman. Even with no sighting of Grammy, Maggie returns for this rivoting recap of Episode 6. Maggie still isn't convinced Mike has earned a seat at the Big Kid Table™ and the girls almost get into their first fight on the podcast while they hash this one out. We learn about Maggie's experiencing taking the LSAT and Amanda's love for Harvey Specter and Broadway Star Max Clayton. In Episode 5, the cast of SUITS goes balls out with three storylines and Maggie and Amanda are ready for the challenge. In Episode 4, Maggie tells us all about her behind the scenes prep for the race for 4th grade student government. Amanda regrets asking Maggie to be a one-woman-protester over a potential telephone install. THEY ARE BACK! And kicking off their new glow up with part one of Black Rabbit. And OMG the only word they can use to describe this show: INTENSE. From start to finish, this limited series starring Jason Bateman and Jude Law had the on pins and needles. The plot-wild. The acting-no notes. The nostaliga for Amanda & Maggie-maybe a little too close to home (without the drugs). In fact it's so intense it took two episodes to cover everything. SO many spoilers so make sure to watch before you listen.

It's almost time, y'all! OSF is about to have a real, live glow up and the girls are ready for it! This week, they reveal their October watch list so you can start binge watching alongside them. That's right...comfy couch season is just around the corner and they are about to dive in and binge watch some of the top shows on streaming this month. It's a busy schedule that  kicks off with THE MOST intense show on tv...Black Rabbit! 

Line up is always subject to change because if another good show comes along, you know they're gonna watch and recap faster than you can put on your soft pants and pop some corn! 

Well it's almost time for OSF to become, well OSF. With a glow up! And more shows up (on deck) to watch. In fact, Maggie and Amanda have decided they will NEVER STOP WATCHING SHOWS because if any, they are Only Show Fans! In this quickie, the girls try out some AI-generated theme songs for their upcoming launch. Thanks, robots! Meghan Markle Rachel Sussex says that you don't need to be nervous if you're prepared. It's crazy how Amanda and Maggie show up to this podcast and neither one of them are nervous and also Amanda is totally unprepared and has her microphone turned around backwards for 3/4 of the show? Meghan would never do that and that's why they have so much love for her second season! Excellent guests, so many recipes they'll never be able to tackle them all, and the craft game is so on point. They only question here is: Will there be enough love to to around for Season 3?

As the girls wrap up this show, they've got more things in store and can't wait for the big reveal, so stay tuned! 

You thought they might be finished with OSF just because they wrapped up Suits? Hardly. They're just getting started. As they bridge the gap to their new launch coming soon, they had to stay true to their Suits Roots™ and review Meghan Markle Rachel Sussex (who knew?)'s new show. To say they have been influenced by the Dutchess is an understatmenet. Amanda and Maggie were so smitten with the show they both jumped up and made egg dishes because Meghan makes it look that easy.

These epsiodes really are all about Harvey! (and who can blame Carl the Writer...Harvey's pretty easy to write for and look at!) The girls are back at it again with a good ol' "how do you pronounce this" when route/route comes into play. They discuss the episode that Amanda's mom/Maggie's mother-in-law loves so much. They both agree Donna is giving some real bad advice in towards the end of the show. They sing SO MUCH in this episode. Recapping SUITS Season 9 Episodes 3 & 4

The girls have to cram a lot into this episode because Carl the Writer is cramming so much into these last few episodes. As the end draws near, they discuss how much they're enjoying the softer side of Harvey and how Oprah had such a great idea to tell people not to talk about work during dinner. Thanks, Oprah! They discuss their favorite country songs, how their faces aren't the same size and how Amanda is convinced she looks like someone from the American Dad family. And Amanda tries to maintain composure while sneezing and surprises Maggie with yet another weird face sneeze. 

Recapping SUITS Season 9 Episodes 1 & 2

It's the beginning of the end. The first few minutes of a bittersweet symphony. It's senior year. It's all the feels as the girls venture into Season 9 of their beloved law procedural and the wild cast of characters who find their way in and out of this wonderful world. In this episode, they talk about how Kyle and Amanda tried to pose as adults when calling their parents at work at a young age. They discuss what their "trading cards" would be if they owned a business. Maggie has a very normal sneeze on air and Amanda pretends not to be jealous. IYKYK. They discuss Amanda's arms being double joined, hence preventing her from bowling a perfect game. SUITS BONUS EPISODE-The best episode of the season! It's time for the girls to reflect back on Season 8 as the end draws near. Maggie missed the mark on her Season 8 predictions but she's feeling great about the final season and lays it all out on the table in prediction town. The girls nominate their favorite briefs for the Briefy Award and recognize where they can do better by nominating the worst breifs for the Boxer Award. And of course this PBBB episode wouldn't be complete with out some really embarssing bloopers with special guest Kyle! (Maggie's husband/Amanda's brother). 

Ony one more season of SUITS. Time flies when you're rewatching and recapping procedural law dramas that debuted in 2011!
