Jörg Geiger, a chef turned drinks innovator, has been creating alcohol-free beverages from heritage apple and pear varieties since 2003. Renowned internationally for his expertise with MeadowFruit trees, he blends traditional methods and modern science to craft unique, sustainable drinks. His mission is to preserve ancient orchards, enhance biodiversity, and inspire renewed pride in these exceptional fruits.
