In this guided meditation, Nid offers a simple yet powerful practice to support you in returning to a grounded place within your body - a steady sense of inner safety that remains available even in moments of fear, overwhelm, or uncertainty.

Rather than trying to remove or bypass fear, this practice invites a different way of relating to it. Through grounding, visualisation, and embodied awareness, you are guided to reconnect with your inner resources and cultivate a felt sense of steadiness you can return to at any time.

This is a practice you can revisit regularly to support your nervous system, deepen embodied awareness, and strengthen your capacity to stay present through life’s changes.

This month I share something that has supported my gut health - fulvic humic. DISCLAIMER - This is a personal share. Please speak with your medical professional or nutritionist before taking any supplements to make sure that it is appropriate for your wellbeing needs.

This is essentially nutrient-rich plant and animal matter in the soil. It helps to bind the minerals of magnesium, calcium, iron and more to plants for them to uptake and hold in their structure. Plants grown in this nutrient-dense soil will be more likely to enhance our well-being as they have the nutrients that we need to absorb for optimal function of the body.

Witness the mind like a movie and then make your own version of events.

This yoga nidra explores textures, different scales of sensory input and meets the universal consciousness always available for support. It will support:

  • Feelings of support and trust in synchronicities
  • An easier ability to move through experiences and sensations as shifting
  • The vision of life that is meaningful and beautiful
