Everyone we got some really big news going on right now and that is Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is getting a complete remake. This is very big news for gaming, this is a iconic franchise of the Star Wars series. So, a lot of excitement surrounds this remake the only catches it will only be on PlayStation, as an exclusive so Playstation has bought the rights to Star Wars Knights Old Republic but many people can go back and remember playing this game in the past, and just the great RPG elements that BioWare created to make this game, such a great game. And we see a game like this come out. There is tremendous excitement. Regarding the Star Wars franchise and this is arguably one of the best Star Wars games ever. And we're seeing it being remade from the ground up. We thought we were just going to get an HD remake. That is not the case. This time around, guys, we are getting a complete from the ground up. Star Wars remake, and this is great news for Star Wars fans, this is great news for a new generation of Star Wars fans, and this is great news for RPG fans. The Knights Old Republic is one of the best campaigns in all of gaming. And it came out, way back in the early 2000s, and here we are in the year 2021 And they're going to be remaking this game, and I cannot wait to see the graphics, most likely look a lot like Mass Effect, be on par with those graphics, but it's going to be exciting. There's no doubt about that. It's going to be something that we've waited for for a long time. And that's where it's all about guys. That's what it's all about here is that we are getting this RPG remake that many people will be able to enjoy for this new generation of systems on PS five. It will undoubtedly have next generation graphics, because they are remaking it from the ground up, it's super exciting guys I wanted to get this news out to you guys and let you know that we have a huge, and I repeat, a huge release in the future of Star Wars Knights Old Republic, and I'm assuming this is going to be their main target, because it will take a lot of work to get this game remade, to make it look nice but it's going to look awesome, I can guarantee that. And the lightsabers in the game were done so well. Back in the day. And that's one of the things you're going to find out about this game if you do some more research on it, but a lot of excitement coming out as the original Bioware Star Wars Knights of the Republic is now getting a complete ground up remake, hit that like and subscribe button to the YouTube, and the podcast channel next gen video game theory, And I'll talk to you later.

Are Mobile Games on Par with AAA video games on gaming systems?09 Sep 202100:01:14
So people think that mobile games are not on par with Triple A games that are on systems for instance. I like to preface this question was saying well streaming games are now on handheld devices. So what that means is mobile gaming has changed from just Angry Birds, to now we have full fledged gaming systems that are able to be played on a phone, through the cloud. We now have Xbox Game Pass, then G force now. Along with PlayStation Now, and a few other services out there that are absolutely dominating like stadia and Luna, which will be coming out very soon. So as you can see the mobile market has completely changed when it comes to video games. It was honestly do because what was happening was the mobile market was kind of creating these pay to win games. And I think what's going to happen here is we're going to see less of these games due to the streaming platforms, having a pay package. So if you pay a certain amount per month, like Netflix, you're then gonna be able to play those games on your phone or streamed to your TV. So, The portability is a big thing right now so mobile gaming is not what it was 10 years ago, it has drastically changed to include bigger time titles. And the end, this is awesome because it opens up more gaming to people who maybe cannot afford a gaming system or a high powered PC to run games, so in the long run it's good news for allowing gaming to become even more mainstream among everyone. So expect mobile gaming to definitely be a gamer type thing from now on, this is going to change and the stigma that mobile gamers are not gamers is absolutely not true anymore. What is happening is, everyone is a gamer now, because of all the opportunities to be able to play games, please click that like and subscribe button on the podcast, and the YouTube channel.
Are Single Player Games Better than Multiplayer Ones?09 Sep 202100:01:33
Alright guys, let's talk about are single player games better than multiplayer games and I would have to say that I would say that single player games are better and the reasons for single player games being better is that the story tends to be more immersive and there tends to nowadays be over 100 hours of gameplay. Most of my fond memories in gaming come from single player games outside of Halo, which had great multiplayer during the land days of gaming, but outside of that guys I cannot say that single player games are going anywhere else, but staying multiplayer games do have their places they allow you to connect with your friends and also play against other players when you're feeling lonely but outside of that guys leveling up and multiplayer games can be very high, you really have to put in the time in a multiplayer game to level up and level up your skills, sometimes it's just really nice to just sit down and be able to play a single player game and go relaxingly through a campaign with some dramatic moments and having a good story. It's almost like sitting next to a campfire at times in the old days you just want a good story by the campfire and single player games tend to hit the target exactly on this so I would have to say that single player games are most definitely better than multiplayer games, curious if you guys would agree on this approach, feel free to go to the YouTube channel and comment in the discussion area, because one, and also I think this is different for everyone. Some people are just really good at multiplayer games enjoy the atmosphere of multiplayer games and being with their friends playing with their friends having that social aspect and then also leveling up and collecting new items can be a very addicting thing about multiplayer games, single player games have one goal get you to the end of story with a great story and that's what I like about single player games is games like Mass Effect have very deep stories, and then Dragon Age Skyrim they've all hit this point where their stories are just so deep that you're going to have countless hours to be able to experience in them. If you're someone who is more introverted single player games are probably where you would fall. if you're more extroverted, you're probably going to like those multiplayer games even more. So it does differ upon the person but for me personally, it's definitely going to go with single player for the reasons that I have outlined. But, of course, to each their own.
Using Youtube Shorts to Create Your Video Game Youtube Channel to Grow Channel Faster09 Sep 202100:02:45
Hey guys, so I want to talk to you about creating your video game YouTube channel and I know I have a fairly new YouTube channel but I'm going to show you how I got 500 subscribers and less than three months and what you need to do is you need to get on YouTube shorts, immediately, and what I do I say get onto YouTube shorts immediately well the reason you want to get on YouTube shorts immediately is that it's going to get free advertising basically for your channel, and it's going to give you that practice when it comes to creating your video game channel videos, and if you do that it's just gonna be that much easier from that perspective so if you can create high quality videos, then you're gonna have more success on YouTube but YouTube shorts is a great way to practice, trying different video editing concepts very quickly that will not take a lot of time, so you can figure out how certain editing software works and then post those on to YouTube shorts so that you can get your channel content out there for people. And so that you can get eyeballs on your content which results and views and in the end you want to be able to have views right YouTube shorts is by far the easiest way to have views on your YouTube gaming channel if you can do this, then it's going to set you apart. It's going to allow your content to be found versus just having your content sit there for a while until someone searches for a key word on the YouTube platform or your video gets suggested. So if you can jump into YouTube shorts and create a channel that will be very helpful. We've seen big YouTube channels like Stevie's Minecraft channel that has taken off and gotten over 2 million subscribers in less than two months, so it's definitely possible to use shorter videos to be able to do this, you just need to really try to create content that people are going to watch a long time. A lot of you guys may already know how to do this. So that's the key there with creating YouTube shorts just really think about something creative you can do that will keep people watching the entire video, whether it's 15 seconds long, or up to one minute for a YouTube short, If you can keep them watching for a long time you're going to be able to get more views very quickly. And if you do that over and over the algorithm for YouTube is gonna be like hey we need to check out this video game channel a little bit more and promote their content a little bit more because you're producing good content. So let's say you produce. 10 really good YouTube shorts in a row well YouTube's gonna see that and just launch your content into the stratosphere basically and that's going to be awesome for you. So just focus really early on, on creating that content practicing but if you might just get lucky once you nail a few shorts or rope in a row, and then you're going to really be able to watch your content on YouTube and you may be able to get 500 subs in two months like me, or you can also potentially get 2 million subs like some YouTube channels out there do in a very short amount of time with YouTube shorts. There's also been many YouTube channels that have grown bigger, because of YouTube's shorts and gotten a lot more subscribers so definitely something you need to be on. If you're starting a YouTube channel because it's basically really good advertising for starting a YouTube channel, and getting your content out there, hit that like and subscribe button for more video game theory, and we'll see on the flip side.
How to Create Your Own Video Game Youtube Channel Tips in 3 Minutes09 Sep 202100:03:31
Hey everyone welcome back to next gen video game theory. And what I want to talk to you today on the YouTube channel podcast is about creating your own YouTube channel and how it's very possible. If you set your mind to it, and being able to create your own YouTube channel a lot of people feel like they cannot create their own YouTube channel, and that's one of the biggest mistakes people do make, is they feel like they can do it or they just can't get started on it and the fact of the matter is you can it's one of the best times right now to get started with a YouTube channel you just really have to think about it, and just start upload some videos upload a match of gameplay and Call of Duty for instance upload a mission, so it's searchable upload a YouTube short, those are very hot right now and can really help you out when it comes to creating a video game channel and don't underestimate yourself. I think a lot of people feel like they have to be perfect. Don't do that, you grow over time as you upload more videos and the thing about videos for video games is you're going to upload a lot of content and then you can kind of branch off into different games and different content. It is said that if you niche down more which is like choosing a specific game you might have more success, but I would say do your own thing, do what you like to do when it comes to video games and creating your own content. Don't feel like you have to follow someone else's idea, because it's your idea and that's one of the great things about creating content on YouTube when it comes to video games, and just get creative, just try to be really creative, maybe do some news items for gaming do new games do a playthrough just do something fun, and it can take a few months on YouTube for stuff to build up so don't feel like just because you have no views now you're not going to have more views later. That is not the case on YouTube YouTube things kind of grow over time. So if your video performs poorly. At first, that doesn't mean it's gonna perform poorly later, as people start searching for a specific topic or the algorithm tends to change over time. So just know that it's, it's a it's a long process but it's a fun process and if you're already gaming and why as we'll upload some videos why not guys, I think that's the thing is if, if you have a chance to do your passion and maybe get it out there, build a community around your passion, meet some new people who are like minded like you, YouTube is a great opportunity because it's a huge search engine and it goes to the top of Google search and I think a lot of people feel like they can do it but just get started. Do something big. And when you get started everything kind of changes from that point. So I would highly recommend that you go out there, you start a YouTube channel today, and you may be shocked at how far you can actually go when it comes to YouTube because there is a lot of opportunity out there guys. It's not too crowded. You can choose something that you absolutely like whether it's Madden Football, whether it's Call of Duty, Halo all these different franchises fortnight. All these different franchises have an opportunity so start today, and you can go check out the next gen video game YouTube channel and see what exactly I did to kind of get that I started off with YouTube shorts and that's why it's kind of grown my channel a little bit, so try it out yourself and see what works but have fun, would they be creative and go start your own video game channel guys hit that like and sub button if you can to support, and I'll see you guys on the flipside, if you have any questions feel free to reach out on the YouTube channel on the go to answer them. In the discussion section.
Call of Duty World War 2 Game History Learn About the History of Call of Duty Leading up to Vanguard08 Sep 202100:01:14
Call of Duty van guard is a very exciting game that's coming out because it's harkening back to the tradition of Call of Duty. What do I mean by the tradition of Call of Duty we'll talk a Call of Duty got its roots in the war to genre. Call of Duty has always been known for its war to way before any other Call of Duty's came out way before Call of Duty was ever popular. Call of Duty. Finest Hour is one of those games that definitely did do a lot when it came to gaming and really establishing Call of Duty as one of the best games that you can possibly buy. Call of Duty then took off from that point it was on alongside Halo. There are very few franchises that have had this kind of success for the long term, as now there are numerous Call of Duty's that are now out, we can expect many more releases of Call of Duty's in the future but it was very simple, back in the day. Call of Duty was all about World War Two. It really wasn't about anything else for years. So for the younger generation looking back at Call of Duty, go play some of those older Call of Duty games and you'll be surprised at how different Call of Duty is these days. Call of Duty is one of the greatest franchises ever because it got established as a war to franchise, then it branched out from that point, a really good idea for game companies to get really good at one thing then branch out into different ideas. There's a lot of excitement, following Call of Duty Vanguard and we are looking forward to call it a calling back to World War Two.

Are we going to get another Sonic Adventure game like the Dreamcast Days?08 Sep 202100:01:48
One of the questions I think that's worth talking about today is whether or not we're going to get a Sonic game that is like Mario Odyssey and there really hasn't been one since Sonic Adventure, which came out on this Sega Dreamcast, and I think taking it from that point of view is, maybe someday they'll create another Sonic Adventure, and it won't necessarily be like Mario Odyssey in that aspect, but it'll be fun to be able to play a game and go back to Sonic Adventure, so I could definitely see them, creating another Sonic Adventure games like Sonic Adventure three since there are now two Sonic Adventure games, and if they really did this right, I really do think they could do it especially since they just release Sonic Colors on the Nintendo Switch and it was like the game of the year, or Gold Edition with everything in it. So if they do this correctly, this might be a good time where they've revitalized Sonic to release a new Sonic Adventure game such as Sonic Adventure three. So, in that aspect, it is possible that we could get another Sonic Adventure in the future. and most likely it's not a matter of if it is a matter of when we get Sonic Adventure whether it's going to be this generation or the next generation but I don't see how they can't revitalize Sonic Adventure. One of Saygus most popular games of all time. I just don't see how they can't revive it. So I do think down the line, we are most definitely going to get a new Sonic Adventure Game, and whether or not it comes down on the PS five or Xbox series X that's a matter to be seen, but I would guess it would come out on these systems and then also, you would see a downgraded version onto the Nintendo Switch, just to be able to fit those graphics on there, so they probably make it more for the Nintendo Switch potentially but if they really wanted to, they could go all out on the graphics, and really put together a great Sonic Adventure game that has better graphics then say Mario Odyssey because it's on a higher powered system. And if they go that route, they can really knock it out of the park with a Sonic Adventure game for sure. So it may be just a matter of time until this happens guys, but it's definitely something that could, and most likely will happen in the near future we'll be seeing a Sonic Adventure, three. Alright guys hit that like and sub button to the YouTube channel and the podcast.
Why Would You Buy the $70 version of Horizon Forbidden West?08 Sep 202100:01:08
We have a little bit of a strange situation going on with horizon forbidden West and it really comes down to this, why would you upgrade to the PS five version for $70 when you can get the ps4 version for $60 and then have a free upgrade. So this is the conundrum that's going on and I think this is why Playstations now reeling back the reins in regards to pricing. And what do I mean about rolling back the reins in regards to pricing well PlayStation said the horizon for Ben West is the last game, that they're going to offer a free upgrade on and I think it has a lot to do with this issue, right here, as people can just buy that ps4 version and then get the free upgrade. So unless you want to support the developer there's really no reason to buy the PS five version at this point in time is definitely a little bit of a change up in comparison to what we normally see with gaming, as we see PlayStation kind of scrambling to correct these price issues, as it could cost some money in regard to horizon for Ben West at the $70 price range. However, one could argue that why is it $70 When all they're doing is maybe doing some minor graphical upgrades in comparison to the ps4, maybe this is an entirely different argument but hey, it is worth having because why would they upgrade charge. If it's just a minor graphical update is the $10 really worth it in the end if the ps4 can still run the game. That's the argument like if the ps4 can still run the game. Then what are you really getting besides higher resolutions and some better HDR lighting. I know the developer needs to get paid, but the $7 price point will continue to be a problem for many developers.
Microsoft Flight Simulator was going to get a Top Gun Expansion Soon?08 Sep 202100:01:28
Some interesting news regarding Microsoft Flight Simulator Microsoft Flight Simulator was going to get a Top Gun expansion and that has been pushed back to next year so just know that Top Gun expansion is coming to flight simulator which is a really cool expansion to be honest with you guys. I wonder if there's going to be dogfights and all that other stuff so I think this is probably the reason why it has been pushed back is the reason is it's technically going to be a completely new game almost if there's dog bites and all that other stuff, and planes exploding and I think that's going to really be the pusher for this is, it's going to really bring Microsoft Flight Simulator, a new audience that they don't necessarily have right now it can bring the Call of Duty audience it can bring audiences that like action games, more than, say, flying a plane for eight hours across the Pacific Ocean. So what they're going to see is they're probably going to see an uptick if they do this right so it's I think it is the right choice for Microsoft to be delaying the new expansion the Top Gun expansion of Microsoft Flight Simulator, because in the long run it's going to give them more edge, and the ability to create a better product and in the end we want a better product after we've seen poor releases from games as of late like cyberpunk and all that other stuff. While this is something that they capitalize upon they can really expand their Microsoft Flight Simulator audience which is the entire goal. So if they pull this off, they're going to be sitting pretty good from that standpoint, if they don't pull it off then it's going to hurt Microsoft, Microsoft Flight Simulator. And the end, that's what it comes down to guys, so be on the lookout for the Top Gun expansion which will be coming out a long time from now but it's super exciting to still have an expansion like this coming out.
The 6 reasons why I chose to play Red Dead Redemption 2 for a Youtube Playthrough07 Sep 202100:02:41
I recently chose Red Dead Redemption, to be a game that I was going to play and this is Red Dead Redemption two. And the reason why I chose this game was because it is a timeless game it is a Western environment and here are some of the reasons why Red Dead Redemption two is a game that's going to be like Skyrim. First off, the scenery of Red Dead Redemption two is in the old west and there's not very many cowboy games out there. And I think with the amount of hours, also that are in this game, it's going to be a story that's going to last for a long time people are going to go back and play, and it takes a little bit of an investment to play Red Dead Redemption too but they do such a good job of creating the environment of the game. Additionally, the graphics are very well done, I do think these graphics will still look good 10 years from now, maybe on a different system but their graphics will continue to be updated over time. And I do think they have done incredible job when it comes to this and just the lighting and the game and how they put together that lighting really sets the bar high for Red Dead Redemption two. Additionally, one of the great things about this game is its attention to detail, there's so much as you can discover and Red Dead Redemption to most of the play times for this game is 160 hours for a completionist, is a very long game, and Skyrim for instance is 230 hours for a completionist, so it's getting pretty close to that amount. So there's a lot of gameplay in Red Dead Redemption too, but on top of that it's very detailed and deep gameplay that is well made, so there's animations for about everything in this game, and it really immerses you in the story. Another thing about Red Dead Redemption two is it's very relaxing to play the campaign, when you're playing the game which is fun to travel the countryside and see what's going on and then all of a sudden something will happen, and that kind of formula brings the game together to be more dramatic, yet relaxing at the same time. Finally there's also an online mode that keeps the game alive for a lot longer. Now this online mode may go away, but this just keeps the game in mind of people for a very long time, and will continue to be updated. So as you can see there's a lot of reasons why people go back to Red Dead Redemption two and why I'm doing a playthrough of Red Dead Redemption two on the next gen Video Game Theory YouTube channel that you should check out, but it's definitely a fun time, and I think the game has so much to it, that it, it's worth going back and playing. Now I have not beaten Red Dead Redemption to which I got about halfway through and could not finish so I've decided to start over, and I don't regret starting over. That's how good of a game it is. And that's one of the signs of a game that is going to last.

Using a Pomodoro Technique is a really great idea for gamers! See why!07 Sep 202100:03:04
Using a Pomodoro Technique is a really great idea for gamers and the reason why it's such a great idea is it forces you to complete certain steps and again very easily through timed techniques that have been proven to make people more productive. The Pomodoro Technique is 25 minutes on and five minutes off for a break so for instance if you're creating YouTube videos, and you go for 25 minutes you can then take a break for five minutes and then start your next part so you can get a 25 minute video of gaming and pretty easily, and just do this once a day and eventually you'll build up a big YouTube library, or you'll get closer to beating that very long game such as Skyrim or Red Dead Redemption two. These are all ways to beat those longer games and a lot of times it's tough to manage your time as a gamer, especially if you're a gamer who has a family, and you can only game later at night, well maybe just breaking it down into pomodoros can really help you get those parts and be more productive as a gamer. A Pomodoro technique is that 25 minutes on and five minutes off as I just said before, and that's all you got to do set the timer for 25 minutes then take a break for five minutes and continue on with your play session. This way you don't get as tired while you game a lot of times we'll try to game for hours and hours on end and this is just simply not healthy, a way to make gaming more healthy is the game for those Pomodoro intervals. And that's going to end up helping you really be able to have more energy as you gain over time and in the end is that not the goal is that not a goal to have more energy and be able to beat those games and really enjoy it because it's not always fun to just game for three hours on end, and then you feel a little bit more tired than normal and maybe you get burnt out with that game. So taking it in those small steps, maybe two pomodoros a day can really help you out when it comes to gaming. So really think about how you can gain more efficiently, so you can have time to do other things, and that's going to help you be a really good gamer I'd say you can easily game 15 minutes a day using the Pomodoro Technique by doing two pomodoros a day, and by using a two Pomodoro gaming technique, you're going to end up beating games a lot faster have a lot more time, and you can even create like a YouTube channel from that if you wanted to order those 25 minute intervals and just record and record yourself talking if you really want to go really far. Just some good ideas there for you guys so you can beat those long games that come out every year, and be able to be one game a month is reasonable, with using this technique, or just use a technique such as playing two matches and then being done and taking a short break playing two matches or three matches and being done and taking a short break if it's like a quick game like Call of Duty. So just some ideas here guys to help you level up your gaming and help you become more of a successful gamer, when it comes to time management, please hit that like and subscribe button to the YouTube channel. And the podcast and I'll see you guys later.
Listening to music while gaming can really give you that feeling, to really level up07 Sep 202100:03:00
Listening to music while gaming can really give you that feel, to really level up and that's really what it's all about when you listen to music while gaming, you get to that point where it's all about the level up, and when you do that, and you get in the zone, it can really help you out. First off music allows you to stay focus, it allows you to keep going when you may just quit. A good focus song can help you level up and Call of Duty fortnight or even Minecraft for that sake. So that's one of the great things about music is it can give you that extra edge, and really puts you in the zone. You see a lot of gamers using music to keep them going. You see a lot of people who work out, use music to keep them going. The same holds true when it comes to video games. If you have a good song rolling in the background, you can really keep going, and really focus in on what you're trying to do. And really that's what it's all about. If you can focus in what you're trying to do when it comes to gaming. That's going to give you that edge, and that edge will lead you to success. And success is all about giving it your best. And the end that's really what it's all about. And when you give it your best you have a better chance that improving as a gamer. And if you're able to put in the hours and the time. That's really what's going to help you get there so put in that time. As a gamer, and eventually you will get there from a leveling up perspective and that time is very important for if you do that, that will really lead you into an area that you want to be in. So, if you can get to that point where you have the focus down, and you are really improving through quality practice when it comes to playing your favorite game, you will get better at your game, and that quality practice also includes the length of time that you play so if you find a good song, or even if you find a good audio book that can help to when it comes to gaming and improving and getting better at what you're trying to accomplish. And in the end, what your focus is really does matter and if something's going to help you focus more like music. Music is going to help you focus more in the end and in the end that's really what you really want to do is focus more to get those longer play sessions and so that you can improve and get in the zone, and sometimes it takes a few games to get into the zone. And that's why music is so important as it gets you in that zone quicker. So once you get into that rhythm and your mind knows that hey it's time to play with a certain song for instance, you're going to have a lot more success when it comes to gaming. And going from that standpoint. So go listen to your favorite song, or music, and go from there and oh really help you out from that perspective and that focus music song, whether that's trance or some other type that really gets you going, everybody's different when it comes to music. So just choose something that you really like and you'll find that you get there, when it comes to that musical focus and staying in the zone, please hit that like and subscribe button!
