I am navigating grief, solo parenting a 7-year-old, and reinventing my multi-hyphenate career after losing my husband in June 2021. Professionally, I have over a decade of experience working with women as a yoga teacher, doula, lactation counselor, breastfeeding educator, and mentor. I have love writing since I could hold a pen, but grief has pushed me to explore my writing practice both as an outlet and as a serious creative pursuit.
