Saison 2 · Épisode 78

mardi 12 novembre 2024Durée 01:04:47

Today we are joined by mother/son duo, Kim and Rogan, who graciously agreed to share their PANS/PANDAS story with you all! It is always so incredible to hear parts of the journey through lived experience and have that perspective to look back on when things are going SO much better now! This will be another great episode to share with your teen or young adult.

They cover:

• Kim's memories of Rogan in the early days and the point in which she knew something just wasn’t right.

• The long road through symptoms, doctor appointments, many labels/diagnoses, and a determined search for the right kind of help.

• What life looked like at home during these difficult times.• Rogan shares his recollection of the early days.

• The ups and downs of healing with homeopathy, and the growth of self-awareness.

• Puberty regressions, how that felt, and how long it took to get back on track.

• Rogans school experience and his struggles with ADHD, social skills, and friendships.

• Beautiful words of encouragement from Rogan that he hopes will reach other young individuals struggling in the midst of PANS/PANDAS.

Episode #77 - Homeopathy & Mold Toxicity

Saison 2 · Épisode 77

mardi 5 novembre 2024Durée 35:36

Come join us this week to discuss healing with homeopathy from mold toxicity!Dr. Bahr & Jody cover:• Jody shares a little bit about how mold impacted her family.• It all comes down to susceptibility in how mold will affect you as an individual.• Detoxing mold… how forcing the body to detox faster than it’s able to, might not be the best option.• How homeopathy can be used to address mold toxicity by healing the body slowly and gently.• How ultimately, living in a moldy environment isn’t healthy for anyone and how it can actually be an obstacle to achieving full healing with homeopathy.• Even though we shouldn’t be living in a moldy primary environment, mold is everywhere and part of this planet - the goal is to become more resilient to future exposures.—--------------------------------As always, we invite you to be our partners in advocacy and education by following, sharing, rating, and reviewing.
