It is a known fact that new vehicles are hard to come by, however that does NOT mean selling a car is impossible. Sean also discusses challenges with pricing and leasing.

Despite the lack of inventory, Crystal’s team successfully sold 146 units with little to no new inventory on the lot. Part of their success can be attributed to communication. The team immediately calls, texts and emails leads as they come in to answer questions and get the customer in the door.
