🎙 BETTER DECISIONS PODCAST

How Artefacto Turned Design Into a Billion-Dollar Real Estate Engine

Time is the one luxury you can’t buy back. In this episode of the Better Decisions podcast, David sits down with Paulo Bacchi, CEO of Artefacto, the Brazilian luxury furniture house that quietly helps move over $1B in real estate every year across Miami and beyond.

You’ll hear how Brazilians helped rescue Miami’s condo market after 2008, why ultra-wealthy buyers will always pay a premium for time and service, how Artefacto turned crisis into its most profitable year ever, and why Paulo believes philanthropy and service are secret weapons for long-term success.

Miami Luxury Real Estate Market Update 2024: Truth and Lies Uncovered11 Nov 202400:53:48

#BETTERDECISIONS PODCAST! 🎙 🔥 The Best Miami Real Estate Podcast! 💻 Read the full blog article - https://luxlifemiamiblog.com/november-2024-miami-luxury-real-estate-market-update-truths-and-lies-uncovered/ Our latest analysis and conversation on the Miami luxury real estate market as of November 2024. Breaking down the essential trends for the luxury condo and single-family home markets: Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Surfside and more. In this update we are joined once again by real estate analytical expert Ana Bozovic. We explore why Miami's major neighborhoods is experiencing robust demand and record-breaking sales, despite misleading media coverage on market slowdowns. We’ll uncover the truth behind cash-dominated transactions, explain why buyer interest is shifting from Latin American investors to U.S.-based end-users, and analyze the critical role of new, larger luxury condos in meeting demand. Conclusions: We'll also address major concerns for today’s buyers and sellers, including rising HOA fees, insurance costs, and limited inventory in luxury single-family homes. We discuss why some older beach condos face increasing competition, how new construction fits into this evolving landscape, and why myths of a market “bubble” are vastly overstated.
