Jasneet is a Nutrition and Fat-loss Coach based in India and the founder of Habits over Diets.

She lives in a small town in the Himalayan foothills - Rajpur, close to Dehradun, Uttarakhand and works with clients who are based all over the world.

She chose her place of living and her calling after undergoing a long stint in the financial services corporate world in Delhi for 13 years. Managing large teams and working in Operations and Product Management, she enjoyed her work but the long hours and the lack of time for her young family kept poking her to re-look at her priorities. Almost on a whim, she and her husband quit their corporate jobs and moved to the hills in mid-2018. 2.5 years later, they both have built alternative careers, work on their own terms, go on mountain hikes close by and enjoy connecting with clients based all over the world.

Jasneet works with women clients based in India, US, Canada, UK, New Zealand and helps them get fitter, gain energy and lose weight without restrictive dieting or complicated workouts.

She founded “Habits over Diets” to encourage women to ditch myopic diet-plans and instead build solid foundational healthy habits for sustainable health.

Jasneet believes that women are struggling with their health as they’re too perfection-focussed and they believe that only a total overhaul of their lives can help them. Jasneet helps them take small steps, try, be okay with failing, experiment, and accept lack of perfection - whether at their meals or with their exercise. Jasneet also helps women be more present with their meals, their hunger signals, their mood, movement and much more.
