One take away from the lock down days of the pandemic for me, was that I am moving way too fast for myself in this world.  We all could use a dose of “stop and smell the roses.” Or at least we can do without that panicked rushing feeling we all get when we are overwhelmed and moving too fast to get everything done.

What if we slow down our minds while still getting everything done? If you’re rushing to get somewhere in your car, we all know that feeling like we are trying to get our car to go faster, it’s not gonna help, why not just slow down your mind and get there at the exact same time. That’s exactly what we’re going to be practicing in this week’s session slowing down.

Don’t we all feel as if the world is moving too fast these days? I have to admit there were aspects of the lockdown period of the pandemic that I miss. Of course I would trade it all for those we lost, but maybe we can find a touch of meaning in all the chaos and loss we experienced during those few years. The slow really felt good. The ability to find quiet and function in the slowness was enlightening, for me at least. Our world moves so fast and there’s so much information thrown at us all the time, it’s hard to find enough peace to focus on one task, and get things accomplished. It’s almost counter productive sometimes. 

In this week’s episode of Self Hypnosis for Healing,  we are going to find our inner quiet, and our motivation to stay focused. 
Of course if you have been listening you know we are going to throw in some NLP exercises to help us anchor into that feeling of focus, so that’s later in the day or week we will have tools to easily recall the focus and get out tasks done!

She gives us life and everything we need to survive.  Lately I find myself in a state of appreciation for the earth and everything she provides for us. The earth gives us a place to belong to,  air to breath, food to eat, we literally cannot exist without her. 

In this week’s episode we talk about our blue beauty, and experience a the healing energy that the earth provides for us through a guided self hypnosis session.  In this session we will also connect with the soul of the earth and feel her intentions of love protection and support for human kind.

The message we hear over and over when we ask the earth,  what can we do? Is Love. Share more love with each other, and all the beings of the planet. So there is it.
