The conversation reveals howunderstanding where your thoughts come from can shape how your brain processes them for self-preservation. Belief is key, but identity is often the hardest to change—it's not about dismissing your old self, but upgrading it. Attitude then naturally aligns as belief and identity come together. We also discuss proactive tips runners can use during a race to stay mentally strong and focused. This episode is packed with practical advice to help you master your mental game on race day!
