There is evil out there, and I'm gonna kick its ass! We’ve got a late ‘90s Halloween movie for y’all — Idle Hands! The one has a rare issue; there wasn’t a costume designer credit, but a kickass wardrobe department still put the cast in fun 'fits. We get into the [Devon] Sawassance and discuss his underrated, incredible performance in this movie. Hello, that hand acting? Oscar-worthy. We love you, Devon! We also discuss Seth Green as a ‘90s style icon, vintage bowling shirts, hesher style, and…Pornstar clothing (memba them?).

We're kicking it off with a deep cut: Cursed, the 2005 werewolf horror-comedy that stars Christina Ricci, Jesse Eisenberg, Joshua Jackson, Judy Greer, Mya, and more! This movie really went through it, though. So many rewrites, recasts, reshoots. WHEW!

Happy Libra Season! We’re discussing the feel-good 1990’s film Mermaids, which stars Cher as a single mom to a teen Winona Ryder and lil’ Christina Ricci in early 1960s New England. Costumes were by the incredible Merit Allen who also did Eyes Wide Shut, La Vie En Rose, and The Witches, and who was also  a fashion journalist and editor at British Vogue and icon of the Swinging Sixties era. Ryder’s Catholicism-obsessed character wears prudish Peter Pan collared shirts with knee-length skirts, while Cher is a brunette Peggy Bundy in capri pants, cha cha heels, polkadot dresses, and, of course, an iconic mermaid costume. We also talk about finger foods and have an impromptu segment about "Famous Slaps." Tune in now and dance around the kitchen with us!

"She always felt like half a person. Half a person with half a soul." We’re closing out stripper month with the 2007 Lindsay Lohan cult classic I Know Who Killed Me (aka Parent Trappin’ per Blaire). Lohan plays a college student who is tortured by a sadistic serial killer, then when she is found, claims to be a stripper named Dakota. This movie has everything: Twin Peaks vibes, a decent amount of gore for horror heads, the woman who plays the nun in The Nun, an Art Bell cameo for Coast to Coast fans, two Real Housewives, and a Sphynx cat with big balls. Costumes by Rachel Sage Kunin (Jane the Virgin, Dallas).
