Sonia is joined by her Irv's partners, Larry Longo and Brad Slater to review the menu, breakdown the must-orders, and listen to Jordan go on and on about lettuce wraps, BLTs, and a new idea for "The Burger Roll."

Ben enters the Sherman Oaks Food Building to breakdown the first episode, which you know had to be L.A., as he covers the food, vibes, and stories behind Chifa, La Casita Mexicana, and Mother Wolf.

Jordan talks with the couple about how it all started with a mohawk on Melrose, Nancy Silverton's role in the relationship, Bavel as the best the bakery in Los Angeles, Saffy menu highlights, the patio, the lunch menu, and what will actually be the best bakery in L.A. if it isn't Bavel. 

The scripted restaurant show you needed is finally here with FX/Hulu's The Bear, and Jordan is joined by its creator Chris Storer, and his sister chef Courtney Storer to talk how it all went down. Then, they debate Chicago hot dog ingredients, the best pizza in the city of wind not being deep dish, Italian beef's vs. French dips, and talk the grueling life of a chef.

Jordan returned to Pizzeria Mozza for the first time in forever to figure out why it's not as popular as it once was, and it was all hot hunks of olive oil dripping bread, Max having thoughts on Nancy's chopped, those meatballs, a truffle cheese vs. truffle oil discussion, the welcomed proteins, Jordan attempts to learn Italian, the only miss of the night, and no notes for Nance on the new dessert. Nowadays it's all thai tacos, dry-aged fish, weekend caviar topped omakases, fried chicken, natural wine, a growing following, some asshole customers, 90's R&B, and lots of love.
