KATE HUDSON: Glorious13 Aug 202400:25:50

You're used to hearing and seeing her name as it relates to star performances in movies like "Almost Famous", but today... today we'll be talking with the gorgeous, delightful, multi-talented Kate Hudson about her debut music album, "Glorious". She's not an actor turned singer-songwriter, it's just who she's always been, but she's just now revealing this side to us.

I love that at 45 Kate is still exploring, still reaching, still challenging herself and sharing the amazing results with us. I hope there's a nugget of inspiration in there for you to spend some time on something that's been percolating for a while. Show the world what you're made of! ~ Delilah

RUTH POINTER: The Pointer Sisters, "An Evening of Icons"23 Jul 202400:31:37

After starting out with humble beginnings singing in their father’s church in West Oakland, CA, The Pointer Sisters went on to achieve worldwide success and a place in pop music history.

The eldest sister, and only remaining member of the original group, Ruth Pointer, continues to perform the music of The Pointer Sisters all over the globe with her daughter, Issa Pointer, and granddaughter, Sadako Pointer. What an absolute thrill it was to speak to this talented trailblazer. We laughed so much, especially when she caught me out on an on-air oopsie I made yeeeaaarrrs ago, and Ruth was listening!

The Pointer Sisters will be joining The Commodores and The Spinners for a limited engagement tour this summer through the fall sharing an "unforgettable evening of classics hits." What an opportunity! ~ Delilah

RACHEL PLATTEN: "Girls"27 Feb 202400:32:25

"Girls" is a love letter to Rachel Platten's children--perhaps to herself as well. And if you have daughters (or you ARE a daughter) you'll embrace it as your own. The singer/songwriter that brought you "Fight Song" always writes from her heart and we feel her music in ours.

Join us for this sweet, intimate conversation where we speak of the dark times that inspire such powerful messages, and the light that's able to illuminate the chords and the lyrics. "Girls" has been out for a while, and her newest, "Mercy", has just been released. She's so amazing, you'll want to get to know her! ~ Delilah

JEWEL14 Apr 202000:37:14

Mental health is beginning to lose the stigma its been wrapped in for much of recent history, but there is sooo much work still to be done, and sooo many conversation still to be had on this topic. Singer, songwriter, activist, and scholar, Jewel, has spent much of her adult life researching and enacting effective ways to deal with anxiety and depression, and then share her work with the world. She'll tell you (and I'll agree with her) that as obsessed as we all are with "hacks" they simply don't exist for getting through grief and emotional healing. What does work? Join us on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah as we discuss her theories and she talks about the book she's working on. This is Part 2 of the most fascinating conversations I've ever had! ~ Delilah

JEWEL24 Mar 202000:15:18

Show of hands for all of you who love singer/songwriter Jewel... Mine's up in the air! Since her break-out hit, "Hands" in the fall of 1998, this sweet and sparkly Jewel is much beloved, but I'm willing to guess that many of you are just as clueless as I was as to the absolute powerhouse of intellect this woman is!

Raised in circumstances of dire need, without the security most of us have always taken for granted, Jewel has always been a crafty survivor, but she has grown into so much more. Her philanthropy stretches across continents and is also strongly felt on our shores. She started by offering to others, who were looking for ways to bolster their mental health, the coping practices she developed for herself during a brief time of homelessness. From there, she's developed several more projects, each targeted at helping vulnerable populations. Her latest work is a film, "Lost In America" about our homeless youth, and of course, her own music provides the soundtrack. The single, "No More Tears" is out now, and we're going to talk about that and so much more on this episode of Love Someone with Delilah. It's Part 1 of 2 and I know you're going to want to join me next time to hear the rest! ~ Delilah

LINDSAY TEAGUE MORENO10 Mar 202000:41:50

Ever have the desire to be your own boss? To take a passion of yours to the next level and offer it up, and get paid for your time and talent? If so, then my guest today on LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah is definitely someone you want to get to know! Lindsay Teague Moreno is a married mama of three little ones, a successful business owner, podcaster, and author. Her book, "Boss Up!" was my book club pick for last September, and I am super happy to be able to talk with her today. She's an ardent advocate for women entrepreneurs, and those who want it all but give themselves 50 excuses why "right now" isn't the right time. Lindsay helps women gain the confidence to know that having ambition doesn't diminish their roles of wife or mother, it ENHANCES it! It is not only OK to want it all, it's also very possible! DAVID FRANCISCO25 Feb 202000:35:37

David Francisco Platillero is a survivor. Young, handsome, healthy, and talented, he was living his dream when IT happened. Hit by a distracted driver while riding his bicycle, David was gravely injured and told he would never walk again... HA! His lion heart led him through the pain of his injuries, surgeries, and months of grueling therapy to the love of his life, Kristi. The two now walk together through life and feel like they can face any challenge it has to offer.

David has released a CD, and companion book, called LIONHEART; an inspiring story of love, forgiveness, and the power of music. He and his beautiful bride Kristi join me today to talk about their journey and their mission of empowering others to face their fears, even when all seems lost. Lionheart is also my February book club pick. Visit my Book Club at Delilah.com to learn more, and go to www.DavidFranciscoMusic.com to keep up with David's work! ~ Delilah

ELIZABETH ST.HILAIRE11 Feb 202000:36:58

This Valentine's Day podcast episode is all about The Heart. Specifically, about the Healing Heart... and even more specifically, how art can be a soothing balm for an aching heart.

My guest, Elizabeth St. Hilaire, is a successful artist, teacher, author and innovator. I stumbled onto her work when I was grieving deeply, and found submerging myself into the art techniques she developed (and went on to share with the world,) had an immensely therapeutic and transformative effect. Elizabeth's own heart is made of gold, and she and I have become good friends. I'm so happy that she agreed to join me on LOVE SOMEONE to encourage anyone and everyone to give art and creativity another try. If you've experienced a loss and/or find yourself in place of vulnerability, or if you're the type to proclaim that you don't have any talent or aren't creative... this episode is for you. Give us a listen. ~ Delilah

CELINE DION28 Jan 202000:21:33

Oh Celine! How do we love thee... in so many many ways! Almost no one says "Valentine's" like Celine, or rather SINGS Valentine's! We are so fortunate that THIS Valentine's Day, she's back- better, stronger, and more courageous than ever!

Courage, her new album, is all about where Celine is right now in her life - and it will resonate with millions of her fans that’ll hear a little of themselves in her music. She’s learning to live without her husband by her side, but instead within her heart. She’s watching her boys grow and change and championing their growth as well as her own. She’s on the road without her family for the first time, since the kids are involved in school and sports and in very good hands back home...

It’s a time of intense challenge, discovery, and COURAGE and on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah, she's going to share a big dose of it with us! Courage is good medicine ~ Delilah

SANTA & JOHN CHURCHILL24 Dec 201900:19:43

There's a wonderful organization in the Chicago area called Santa's Volunteers, who generously enable hundred of families (nearly 1000!) to celebrate the holidays with food, gifts, and the basic necessities of a cold mid-western winter. John Churchill is the chairman of the board, and he met with me at the Museum of Radio Broadcasting to tell me all about this amazing group of glad tidings. Another guy dropped in also - he was wearing a fuzzy red suit, trimmed in fur. He had a snowy white beard, rosy red cheeks, eyes that twinkled, and lots of ho ho holiday spirit! 4 of my kids joined us too - won't you? It's Christmas and we are feeling The Spirit here on LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah!

DELILAH: Gratitude26 Nov 201900:24:14

On today's episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah, I'm celebrating this season of gratitude with you!

The most common question I'm asked, is how I've continued to do what I do for all the years I've been doing it? (Radio that is!) And the answer is this - because of the amazing stories my listeners share with me, and the thread of gratitude that seems to run through them all. Life is a stormy adventure to be sure, but those that not only survive, but thrive, have one thing in common - an attitude of gratitude. And these are the folks that inspire me day after day, to get up, to do my radio program, to care for my family, and to LIVE! Live to the fullest, grateful for all I've ever experienced, all the experiences yet to come, and holding nothing back...

Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving my friends, I am so very grateful for all of you. ~ Delilah

ALAN RITCHSON: "Ordinary Angels"13 Feb 202400:30:24

You may know him (like I did) from the popular "Reacher" series, but it turns out there's  even more to Alan Ritchson than his ability to portray a swoony character with formidable strength and investigative prowess.

He stars, alongside Hilary Swank, in the heartwarming movie, Ordinary Angels, in theaters February 23. Based on a true story, Alan portrays a recently widowed husband and father with a critically ill child, determined but struggling. And he does so brilliantly.

Pull up a chair and join us as we talk about the movie and so much more! You'll learn some fascinating things about this real-life hunky but humble husband and dad that just might inspire you be a better version of yourself. And if you don't already, you'll realize there are "ordinary angels" walking among us. ~ Delilah

SHELTER FROM THE STORM19 Nov 201900:38:40

In the studio with me today is Wayne Chimenti, a retired tall boat captain, and an active program director and mentor to youth involved in The Community Boat Project of Port Hadlock, a maritime community in Washington State. Wayne is accompanied by a few of his interns working on the Shelter From The Storm, program, a subset of the larger organization that is busy building tiny homes.

I found Wayne and his group of merry builders when trolling through on-line classified ads late one evening. I ran across a tiny home for sale that caught my fancy. When I made further inquiries, not only did I learn about the item that had been posted, I found about an incredible group of people working to better the lives of students through some amazing experiential learning. I had to have these folks share their work and their mission with you on LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah.

Get ready to be inspired! ~ Delilah

KRISTIN CHENOWETH12 Nov 201900:14:32

With me today on LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah, is Emmy and Tony Award winner singer, actor, educator, and downright beauty, inside and out, Ms. Kristin Chenoweth. I became a fan of Kristin's after watching her perform on Broadway in Wicked. In fact, I saw her in that role at least three times!

Kristin has a new album out, "For the Girls," a celebration of music’s most passionate women from one of Broadway’s most vibrant stars. It includes songs such as “The Way We Were,” (Streisand) “When I Fall in Love” (Garland) and - my favorite - "Desperado" (Ronstadt). If you're lucky, you can catch Kristin this November at one of only 8 performances on Broadway as she premiers the songs from this new hit album.

In addition to her singing and acting career, Kristin's heart is in coaching and supporting the arts through the Kristin Chenoweth Arts and Education Foundation. This started after the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center, in her home town of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, named a theater after her. Kristin felt a responsibility to uphold the honor they had placed in her and started teaching a yearly master class to a few high school and college students. That evolved into the Kristin Chenoweth Broadway Bootcamp, supporting 50 students from all over the nation. She's now in the process of building a creative arts center that will cater to the underserved youth of Oklahoma providing training in Crafts, Drawing, Design, and Writing - as well as serving dinner to it's enrollees!

Kristin is doing her part, to make the world a better place one heart at a time and I am so happy that we were given this time to get to know her better! ~ Delilah

MAX LUCADO22 Oct 201900:34:26

Max Lucado is one of my favorite authors and I never miss and opportunity to talk with him! In his new book, How Happiness Happens, pastor and best selling author Max Lucado, shares the unexpected path to a lasting happiness, one that produces reliable joy in any season of life. Based on the teachings of Jesus and backed by modern research, Max tells us and shows us that Happiness happens when we give it away! He shares his personal experiences and backs his suggestions with research, for example how modern imaging shows the pleasure centers of the brain lighting up, even when we THINK of doing something good for someone else! Stop waiting for others to make you happy. Be the family member who offers to wash the dishes after dinner. Be the colleague who serves the coffee at the next staff meeting. Volunteer at a soup kitchen...There are innumerable ways to be a giver! If you haven't been able to check the Happiness Box lately, join us on this episode! ~ Delilah

CATHY PARKER08 Oct 201900:31:55

Cathy Parker was a bank employee, a wife, and a mother of 4 student athletes. She didn't have a lot of money, or power, and had ZERO knowledge of artificial athletic turf... but when her children called to her to watch a documentary about a  town in the northern reaches of Alaska, struggling to keep kids safe, engaged, and in school, she took action!

Cathy answered a whisper in her heart, which led to a whole lotta shouting on the sidelines! Her book, "Northern Lights" tells the story of how she was able to get an artificial athletic field, purchased, transported, and installed in a town with no roads in or out. And, how she changed countless lives in the process, but none so much as her own.

Northern Lights was my book club pick for August - check it out on my web site - and join us for this inspiring episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah! ~ Delilah

KERRY TYMCHUK24 Sep 201900:19:27

Today I welcome a guest into my studio who has spent his life in public service. Once upon a childhood, he was my neighbor, my classmate, and my friend. Today he is everyone's neighbor and friend. Kerry Tymchuk has worn many professional hats - first as a young public prosecutor, then on to several roles in Washington DC, and then back to Oregon where he is now the Director of the Oregon Historical Society.

He's the son of a small town merchant/mayor, and a teacher; their attendance at every community meeting and event were almost guaranteed. Kerry, and his brother Keith, grew up with that ideal of service and have now become the models their parents once were. Keith (who I may have had a little tiny crush on...) became a teacher and returned to our home town where he too has served as mayor, and together with his wife, Jennifer (also a teacher), and children, are enmeshed in the fabric of the community.

In between official roles, Kerry has co-written 8 books with individuals who have had big impacts on our world, became a 4 time Jeopardy! champion, and served on numerous boards and causes, his favorite being the Special Olympics.  He is a husband to another mover and shaker, Becky, who is the president of their local school board, and a father to two young adults just now making their way in the world.

His message to us? Find your place to serve, you always get more than you give! And please remember, "civility and decency still matter."  Thank you for joining us today, I hope you feel inspired! ~ Delilah

ELTON JOHN17 Sep 201900:21:18

I fell in love with Elton John's music waaaaaay back in the day with hits like Honkey Cat, Island Girl, and Crocodile Rock... I've played his songs, been to his concerts, and even had the chance to interview him a time or two, but NEVER did I have a sense that I really knew the man behind the giant sequined sunglasses until I watched the biopic, Rocket Man!

On this episode of LOVE SOMEONE, Elton and I have an absolutely lovely conversation about the movie, and how closely it resembles his life, his music - old and new - his past addictions and current sobriety, the changes of perspective and motivations that children bring, and of course, his Farewell Concert Tour. What and incredible man!

Join us, (and listen for this gem, "The philosophy of getting sober is helping others." Amen!) ~ Delilah

DELILAH: Back to School with Beloved Educators10 Sep 201900:27:10

It's back to school time around the country, so I thought there would be no better way to kick-off September than with an episode honoring educators!

I dialed up a couple of teachers that have had a huge impact on my life; Coach Jim Wells, who was an history teacher and an athletic coach for many many years in my home town of Reesdport, Oregon, and who, with his wife Mary Ann, also a retired teacher, continues to be a vital presence in our community. And Mike Allen, choral director of the high school three of my kids attended. He shares his passion for music with his students by creating some of the MOST AMAZING programs including an annual Madrigal Feaste and Broadway production that give students an opportunity to showcase their creative abilities as well as their musical talents.

Please join me on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah, as we honor educators for all they do and all they are! ~ Delilah

KIM BOGUCKI27 Aug 201900:47:24

Joining me today is a good friend, a career police officer, and the co-founder of an amazing organization called The IF Project; a collaboration of law enforcement, currently and previously incarcerated adults and community partners focused on intervention, prevention and reduction in the number of women incarceration and recidivism.

The project is centered around individuals sharing their personal stories about incarceration. As Kim says, we ALL have stories, the felon, the police, the person you're standing next to. Finding the common denominator in our stories and tapping into the human connection, will help us to figure out the "what IF?" and take the steps necessary to change a life.

Join us for a conversation that may challenge your perception of incarcerated women and hopefully inspire you to be someone that's the "IF" to another's story.  ~ Delilah

GLORIA GAYNOR13 Aug 201900:25:10

"I Will Survive" has been the empowered woman's anthem for over 40 years, since the disco tune was recorded by Gloria Gaynor in 1978. (The year yours truly graduated high school!) There have been many times in my life that I've drawn strength from it's lyrics and fun, funky disco vibe to get me through rough patches, so imagine my delight at being able to tell the voice behind the message how much her music means to me!

The inimitable Gloria Gaynor sat down with me recently to chat, and ooooooh boy, did we have a lot to talk about! Mainly, her fabulous new gospel album, "Testimony," just out! Full of fresh tracks, many featuring  folks I'm privileged to call friends, like Bart Millard, Jason Crabb, Yolanda Adams, and Mike Farris...  the music is somehow still familiar and eminently satisfying! Come on in and sit down with us, then put "Testimony" on your play list! ~ Delilah

JORDAN KASSALOW & JENNIFER KRAUSE23 Jul 201900:46:01

I had the great privilege recently of meeting up with two rather amazing people while in New York City. Dr. Jordan Kassalow, and Rabbi Jennifer Krause teamed up to write a sensational book, Dare to Matter, Your Path to Making a Difference NOW. Jordan is the founder of Vision Spring, a "compassionate capitalism" venture that has restored sight, livelihoods, and hope to millions of people the world over.  Jen is a beloved rabbi, whose words of wisdom and guidance Jordan tapped into to tell his story. It's a good one. If you've ever wondered how your unique gifts and talents could make a difference in the world, read Dare to Matter, you'll wonder no more! HATTIE MITCHELL09 Jul 201900:35:48

I'm excited to introduce you to a brilliant educator, Hattie Mitchell, founder of Crete Academy in the Hyde Park neighborhood of LA.  Hattie has always had a heart for the homeless, and as a young adult set her mind to changing the trajectory of homeless children.  Unlike me (who has a "by the seat of my pants" methodology) Hattie carefully laid her plans and set them to action. First she obtained her teaching degree, then participated in several programs gaining skill and insight that several years later would lead her to opening the doors of Crete Academy.  Join us on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE and hear how Hattie is changing the world ONE (little) HEART AT A TIME, and be sure to visit https://www.creteacademy.org/ if you've been inspired to help OR if you believe your community could use a program like Crete Academy.  Thanks for listening! ~ Delilah

DAUGHTRY26 Jun 201900:21:05

Frontman for the band bearing his name, DAUGHTRY sang his way to prominence on the fifth season of American Idol. Since then he's released four albums, all of which reached the Billboard Top Ten and have combined sales of over 8 million copies in the U.S. You probably know him for one of his smash singles, "It's Not Over", "Leave This Town", "Break The Spell", or maybe "Waiting For Superman."

Recently I got to know him for so much more! Chris came to hang out for a day at the farm so he could get the lay of the land before he performs at my annual Farm to Feast garden gala benefitting Point Hope. We had such an amazing time together laughing, talking, and checking in on Zena the zebra, Emmy the Emu, and Peek-A-Boo's new pups.

His single, "As You Are,"  from the 2018 album, "Cage To Rattle", was written with his wife Deanna; An incredible testimony to unconditional love, it wrecks me, He even put on an impromptu performance for me in the studio, and I'm still a-swoon. GARY SINISE11 Jun 201900:23:42

I've admired the acting skills of today's guest for years and I've been equally impressed (and entertained) with his musical abilities! But it is his devotion to our Veteran's, our First Responders, and their families that propelled my esteem for him into the upper stratosphere.

Gary Sinise is a man of talent, honor, and action. Join us as we talk about his new book, Grateful American, A Journey from Self to Service, and the work of The Gary Sinise Foundation, AND to hear of my own very personal (and profound) experiences with what Gary refers to as our "Freedom Providers."

The audio quality of our interview isn't the best, but the man and his message are FANTASTIC on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE. ~ Delilah

ANGELA TUCKER14 May 201900:32:13

One late evening, while indulging in my favorite insomniac habit of watching documentaries, I stumbled upon Angela Tucker's CLOSURE.  This film, created by Angela's husband on a flip-phone, was only meant for her at the time of it's making.

It's the step-by-step journey she went on to find her birth parents and something of herself she felt was missing. Angela, a bright, beautiful black woman was raised by strong, loving white parents in a predominantly white community. They gave her a loving foundation, a family, and a future, but her features did not match theirs - those of us who have no experience with this may not understand how difficult that can be for a child to process.

Angela found her birth family and discovered many things about herself along the way. She also found her life's work created from a passion to help and support others on similar quests; sharing CLOSURE is one way of doing so.  Angela is among those warriors helping to make the world a better place, One Heart at a Time! Join us in the studio as she shares her story. ~ Delilah

DELILAH: Happy Mother's Day07 May 201900:21:51

Happy Mother's Day! To all of you who have been a mother; a birth mother, a step mother, an adoptive mother, a grandmother, a mothering aunt, a single dad that must carry both loads... I want to honor and thank you for a sometimes thankless job.

Mother's are our unsung heroes, the givers of life, the ones who teach, who love, who sacrifice. Those who forgive the sometimes unforgivable, the supporters, the nurturers... The ones who care, always.

I'm sharing some great calls from my archives that celebrate mother's and motherhood, and sharing my thought with you on the topic. Thank you for joining me on the special May episode of LOVE SOMEONE ~ Delilah

RICHARD PHILLIPS: "You just got to get good with God."23 Apr 201900:27:52

Exonerated after spending 45 years in prison for crimes he didn't commit - wasn't even remotely involved in - Richard Phillips has a remarkable attitude of grace and forgiveness. After seeing an article about him on-line, my staff tracked him down and he agreed to sit down and talk with me about his experience, his art, and his remarkable ability to stay positive and RISE ABOVE.  I'm thrilled to be able to share our conversation with you, and hope it provides some inspiration if you are going through rough times, or to to hold onto for future moments when you're not feeling too certain about things.  Enjoy! ~ Delilah

CHRISSY METZ & DEVON FRANKLIN09 Apr 201900:15:04

What a privilege it is to be able to chat with an actress I have admired for so long! I don't watch a lot of TV, but I'm hooked on "This Is Us" and adore the character of Kate Pearson! When I heard Chrissy Metz is starring in a new movie, "Breakthrough" out on April 17, I was really eager to talk to her about it!

We were joined by producer, DeVon Franklin, who coincidentally produced an animated Christmas movie I had a few lines in, "The Star." It was fantastic to get to connect with them both!

Join me on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah, where I barely contain my excitement over being able to talk with these two!  "Breakthrough" based on an amazing true story,  is a moving testimony to the power of prayer and love of family and community! ~ Delilah

BARBARA MARLOWE & TEEBA FURAT MARLOWE26 Mar 201900:30:49

This. This is exactly what I've been talking with all of you about; the idea that to change the world, you must only listen to - then act upon - those little whispers in the heart.

That's what Barbara Marlowe did when she saw a newspaper photograph of a little girl who desperately needed help. Their story is in the book "A Brave Face"  which I encourage you to pick up and read.

Barbara and Teeba shared their story with me also, and I can not wait for you all to hear what they had to say.  It's touching, awe inspiring, and so full of heart and soul, it will make you weep with joy. ~ Delilah

JOSH GROBAN12 Mar 201900:28:10

With me today is my dear friend, Josh Groban, who I've been watching and cheering on since I first met him as a young 19 year old. We're having a little stroll down memory lane, talking about what's happening in his life right now, and looking ahead to a summer tour! (Many many venues, some indoor, and some out-door!)

Josh and I share the belief that children should be championed! He's doing all he can through his Find Your Light Foundation - supporting children involved int the arts. http://www.joshgroban.com/foundation/mission. We agree that for kids to find themselves, they must first find their community - the glue that holds them together - and Find Your Light helps to do just that!

Join us for a fun, inspiring, heart-to-heart chat, on this episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah. ~ Delilah

PAT MONAHAN - TRAIN26 Feb 201900:26:00

I recently got to cozy up to the charming and charismatic Pat Monahan, front-man for the iconic rock-band, TRAIN. We had such a good visit!

Train is going on tour with the Goo Goo Dolls in the summer, they have a new album out, "Greatest Hits." and Pat's life is BUSY! But not too busy to share some time with us and never, ever, too busy to give credit to his wife, and love to his family.

When you give this episode of LOVE SOMEONE with Delilah a listen, you'll soon discover, like I did, how much family means to Pat and how it influences his every waking - and sleeping - moment. Enjoy! ~ Delilah

TIM TEBOW19 Feb 201900:16:34

Wow. Just wow. What a phenomenal human is Tim Tebow! He stepped onto a football field and stole our hearts several years ago, and continues to hold them in his strong, capable hands! Football star, baseball star, founder of the Night To Shine Foundation, and now teaming up with his brother Robby as executive producers of the movie, "Run The Race."

I ran into Tim while we were both in New York, he promoting "Run The Race", and me talking about my book, One Heart At A Time.  He graciously sat down with me behind some pipe and drape to have a genuine heart to heart chat about what love really is. My favorite quote from the conversation, "The greatest form of love is to chose the best interest of another person and act on their behalf." Amen

I'm so glad I get to share my chat and Tim's warrior heart with you! "Run the Race" is in theaters February 22nd! ~ Delilah

WYNONNA30 Jan 201900:23:59

A raw and beautiful conversation with my friend and American music icon, Wynonna Judd. Wynonna is as real as real gets. When I lost my Zachariah, it was she who would hold space for me in the middle of the night, night AFTER night, as I wrestled with my loss, my grief, and my despair.

We talked, texted, and cried together. I'm eternally grateful for this strong, loving, funny, huge-hearted woman. Listen in as we chat ~ Delilah

T. MARTIN BENNETT: "Wounded Tiger"26 Dec 202300:27:05

"Wounded Tiger" is The inspiring true story of the pilot who led the attack on Pearl Harbor whose life was changed by an American POW and by a girl he never met... Though it is a work of NONfiction, Wounded Tiger reads like a novel because it is a dramatic character-driven story. It has three main plot lines and each story begins separately, but they slowly come together in an unpredictable and captivating way.

Author, T. Martin Bennett joins us today to share HIS story, and talk about how, in the darkest of times, LOVE WINS. There's no better note, or guest, to end Season 5 of LOVE SOMEONE one. Join us! ~ Delilah

MICHAEL BOLTON11 May 201800:19:13

My good friend, Michael Bolton, who helped to make me Queen of Sappy Love Songs, and I are talking about his music, his tour, and an important work that's taken five long years to come to fruition. Near and dear to Michaels heart is the new documentary he's produced,  "An American Dream, Detroit" a candid discussion about the fall and rise of one of America's greatest cities. The movie has history and heart, and features so many amazing people doing their part to change the world!
