Portland is a very walkable city. That means there are many streets and segments that connect different neighborhoods. 

Depending on where you’re at, especially over the Eastside, and Northeast to Southeast where houses that are near to each other are quite common, the difference can be tens, hundreds or even thousands of dollars but on the Westside, it’s more of a cookie-cutter approach.
