She was the first female in the US ARMY trained in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures – forever changing the landscape of what once was male invite only. She went on to be Special Agent/Team Chief of the Security Operations Branch with the Defense Intelligence Agency, moved up to be Deputy Chief, security, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, was Chair, facilitation, and Instruction, for the CIA Centre for Leadership Development, worked in the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive, and if that wasn’t enough, Pam was the recovery team leader at the pentagon in the wake of 9/11.
This my friends is leadership in action.
So, buckle in my friends, for we are about to go on one hell of an inspiring ride, one where we learn leadership - the good, the bad, the ugly – through the eyes of this incredible woman.
