When a person sleeps the proper amount his sexual drive is very strong… Rabeinu is teaching us that there’s no real strategy to subdue this desire unless you become a real warrior and overcome your evil inclination. Torah 254: The eyes are very lofty and if a person merits holy eyes, he would know awesome things. Torah 255: When a person believes in the Tzadik while also having Da’at, he can never fall… Torah 256: the Name “Atah” can calm down the waves at sea. Rabeinu explains this by saying that the holiness of the Yom tov is dependent upon the Tzadikim and when one attaches himself to the Tzadik, he nullifies his ego (because something small will always nullify itself to something greater).
