| Maternity Leave for Pets & Can You Date A Friends Ex? | 27 Oct 2026 | 00:50:13 | |
Hey Lifers! Britt’s pregnancy hormones have officially taken over, and this week she cried about butterflies. Yes, butterflies. Laura is (mostly) sympathetic and has a deeply unsettling caterpillar fact to share. We also have a BIG announcement. We’re doing our first ever In Conversation event in Sydney! It’s an intimate, small-crowd night with us and the team, and tickets are very limited. Life Unlocked members on Patreon get first access to reserved tickets at 10am Thursday, and general sale opens at 10am Friday. Set your alarms! Then we’re talking Hilary Duff, girls weekend with interpretive dances and is whistling on a silent bus cute or horror-movie creepy? PLUS keep an eye on our socials this week. Britt is jetting off to New York for something very exciting for Life Uncut, and we can’t say what just yet... 👀 Then we get into the story dividing the internet. A woman asked her employer for eight weeks of paid “paw-maternity” leave for her new puppy and threatened a discrimination claim when they said no. Is a puppy really comparable to a newborn? And why do so few workplaces give any leave for pets at all? Finally, Tom Brady and the Victoria’s Secret angels. Joan Smalls has publicly called out her friend of 15 years, Candice Swanepoel, over her rumoured relationship with Brady. That opens the big girl code question: is dating your friend’s ex ever okay? We each share our own experiences, including one where we were the one in the wrong. Timestamps: Wanna Join Patreon to get early access for tickets? HERE HERE HERE Keep your questions coming! | Ask Uncut: Is It Wrong To Date Your Bestie’s Brother & Have I Been Dumped By My Friends? | 25 Oct 2026 | 00:51:59
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to Ask Uncut, where we answer your deepest, darkest and most burning questions! Before we get into it, we need to talk about pickles. They’ve gone viral, apparently they’re the new coriander (you either love them or they taste like soap), and one little pickle lover has just been teased out of having them in her lunchbox. Kids are brutal. Then Laura finally tells the story she’s been “saving for content” all weekend. Mid-conversation in the park, she sucked back a fly… which then shot straight up the back of her nose and got stuck in her sinus. Sorry in advance, it’s very visual. Vibes & Unsubscribes of the week: Then it’s into your questions! Q1: MY BEST FRIEND GAVE ME THE GO-AHEAD TO DATE HER BROTHER, NOW SHE’S PULLING AWAY Q2: I THINK I’VE BEEN DUMPED BY MY FRIEND GROUP. DO I BRING IT UP? Q3: MY FRIEND’S BOYFRIEND STAYED BACK IN EUROPE AND SHARED A HOTEL ROOM WITH ANOTHER GIRL Q4: DO I HAVE TO ASK HER TO BE MY BRIDESMAID BECAUSE I WAS HERS? | Offcuts: Why Brittany Almost Missed Laura's Wedding and 'Dude That's Ai' | 23 Oct 2026 | 00:40:15
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little weekend snack! First up, some very exciting news: we are interviewing Hedley Thomas, the journalist behind The Teacher’s Pet and the new podcast The Poisoned Wife, after his niece Sophie (a Lifer, of course) slid into our DMs. We also have a very special Halloween Offcuts coming next week, with a medium joining us in the studio! Then we go back to kindergarten. Lola’s first ever speech was “what I want to be when I grow up” (ballerina, famous, pretty dress), and we reminisce about the most coveted classroom jobs of the 90s. Brittany also gets her first taste of the preschool waitlist panic, and we find out it starts way before you think. Next, a debate we can’t stop having: would you invoice someone who RSVP’d to your wedding and never showed up? We also look at the birthday party invoice, and the etiquette of turning up with extra kids. Plus, a confession from Brittany: she was once invited to an intimate Beyonce show in Dubai on the same day as Laura’s wedding. We hear how close she came to missing it (and Laura’s champagne tower thoughts). Then, Sylvester Stallone has just said what every Hollywood parent is thinking: of course he cast his daughter in Tulsa King, because “that’s why we’re parents.” We get into nepotism and whether any of us would do the same for our own kids. We close out with a very relatable internet moment. Instagram is testing a read only mode, so no more accidental double taps on an ex’s 2017 photos (Brittany remembers exactly how she met a certain “hot guy with a dog”). And Brittany shares the AI pyramid video she reposted to her stories, the one that literally says it’s AI. We talk about why we all keep falling for it, and why getting called out is so deflating. | The Most Embarrassing Story He’s Never Told: Uncut with Hamish Blake | 22 Oct 2026 | 00:57:55
Hey Lifers! Today’s guest needs no introduction, but we’re giving him one anyway. Radio legend, podcaster, TV host, Gold Logie winner, one half of Hamish & Andy and, as of very recently, member of the hole-in-one club (174 metres, in case you were wondering). It’s the one and only Hamish Blake! Hamish kicks things off with an Accidentally Unfiltered story he has NEVER told before. It involves Pants Off Friday, some questionable early-2000s diet pills, Matt Tilley’s beloved studio chair and a secret late-night dumpster run around St Kilda. We are honoured, and also deeply confused, that he chose us for this one. Once we’ve recovered, Hamish gets into the good stuff. He explains why he considers himself a “blue ribbon husband,” what 14 years of marriage to Zoë has taught him about growing together, and why parenting feels like doing a puzzle on a moving table. He also tells us why he’s protecting the school run at all costs, even when big gigs come knocking. We also go deep on his 20-year partnership with Andy. Hamish talks about why they chose to end radio on a high, how they watched for “the crack in the reactor” before anything could go wrong, and why podcasting has become his favourite thing they’ve ever done. Plus, we get the (very wholesome) goss from Andy’s buck’s party. Think less strippers, more 24 grown men playing Battleship at 1am. And of course, we chat about his brand new Stan show, Unskilled Adults. In it, Hamish and his mates take on real jobs with zero skills, including catering a wedding for 80 people in Townsville. Unskilled Adults lands on Stan on November 1st, so make sure you check it out! ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS

| Victoria Secret Bounce Back Bodies & Is Your Boyfriend On Tinder?! | 20 Oct 2026 | 00:44:21 | |
There’s a Big Problem With 65% of Tinder Users & Should We Be Celebrating Postpartum Careers? Hey Lifers! Look, apologies, the start of this ep is chaotic. We’re talking boob pains, nipple play (or no play) and then we get into the really entertaining headlines that have been written about the team. It’s a tangent that just gets funnier and funnier, b efore we find our way back on track. Britt has gone deep into US Dancing With The Stars after Julia Stiles recreated her iconic Save The Last Dance routine 25 years later. Sophie also has a very important unsubscribe: Coke Zero now looks exactly like regular Coke, and it’s just ludicrous. Then into the big stuff. A new study surveyed nearly 1,400 Tinder users and claims 65% were married or in a relationship at some point while using the app. Tinder has pushed back on the findings, but we unpack why so many people use dating apps for validation, Laura’s ex who reactivated his Tinder while she was travelling, and the friend whose partner was caught on the app “just trying to make friends.” Then it’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show time. Barbara Palvin walked six weeks after giving birth, and Elsa Hosk walked at 12 weeks. Is casting someone six weeks postpartum empowering, or is it capitalising on bounce back culture? We compare it to Ballerina Farm competing in a pageant 12 days postpartum and Jacinda Ardern returning to work after six weeks, and ask why we celebrate postpartum career milestones but feel so uncomfortable when the milestone is a body. | Ask Uncut: “Don’t Bring Presents, Just Bring Money” & I’m In Love With My Friend | 18 Oct 2026 | 00:42:05
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to Ask Uncut, where we answer your deepest, darkest and most burning questions! School holidays are officially over (parents, we made it), but Laura’s trip home from the coast did not go to plan. An hour and a half into the drive, ten minutes out of Wollongong, Matt calls and asks her to pull over and check for something…. Cue a full U-turn, a seven-hour version of a three-hour drive, and a five-year-old who handles it with more grace than any of us would. Vibes of the week: Laura – Worst Roommate Ever, Season 2, Episode 1: My BFF Tried to Kill Me on Netflix. Britt – The Celebrity Traitors UK. We’re four episodes in and Joanne McNally is as funny as ever. Then it’s into your questions! Q1: MY HUSBAND IS THROWING ME A SURPRISE PARTY AND I DON’T WANT IT I’ve just had a baby, and a few weeks ago I told my husband that my 40th is coming up and I really don’t feel like a big party. I specifically said, “Do not throw me a surprise party,” and gave him multiple reasons why. I’d much prefer to go away with just our family. He’s ignored me, and I’m 99% sure he’s planning one anyway. He planned a surprise birthday for me once before with my family and friends, which turned into him proposing. I’d clued into that one too, so I knew it was coming, and I hated the pressure of it all being about me. I’ve had to pretend all these years that I didn’t know. Am I being a bitch and ungrateful? Do I have to just relax and enjoy the party I specifically said I didn’t want, or do I bring it up again? Q2: CAN I ASK FOR MONEY INSTEAD OF PRESENTS AT MY TODDLER’S BIRTHDAY? I just listened to the episode on the wedding gift registry and wanted your thoughts. My daughter turns two soon, and we struggle with presents because she already has so many toys. For her first birthday party, we respectfully asked for no gifts, and if people wanted to give something, they could contribute to her bank account, so one day she can afford a car or a house (because the economy is fucked). We got some mixed opinions. For her second birthday, do we say nothing at all, or do we request the same thing as last year? Q3: MY BOYFRIEND WEARS THE SAME TRACKIES TO THE GYM AND TO BED My boyfriend goes to the gym in tracksuit pants. He’ll then have a shower, but put the same pants back on, and then get into bed, under the covers, and fully go to sleep in them. I keep telling him this is gross because gyms are very unhygienic, but he thinks I’m overreacting. I’d love for you to weigh in! Q4: I’VE HAD FEELINGS FOR MY FRIEND FOR TEN YEARS. DO I SHOOT MY SHOT? Please help talk some sense into me. I’ve had feelings for a male friend on and off for over ten years. We met at uni, and over the years he’s had a long-term girlfriend and we’ve lived in different cities. Since moving back, we’ve reconnected and caught up occasionally, including a recent five-hour evening having dinner and hanging out at his place. We have a lot in common and get along really well, but nothing romantic has ever happened. He’s quite reserved and I genuinely can’t tell if he’s interested. Lately my feelings have become almost obsessive. I’m extremely sensitive to rejection, I overanalyse every interaction, and I feel physically sick at the thought of him dating someone else. I’m terrified that confessing will ruin our friendship. Meanwhile I’ve been dating other men, including someone who is flying interstate to see me, but I worry I’m using dating as a distraction. Have I romanticised the idea of us after all these years? Should I finally tell him and risk rejection, or just try to move on? Or is there a less risky way to float the idea? | Offcuts: Is Kelly Clarkson In The Wrong? Standing In A Car Park Is Illegal & The Tinder Swindler Launches A Dating App | 16 Oct 2026 | 00:38:55
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little weekend snack! Brittany is off doing other work this week, so Producer Soph has been called up from the producers’ chair to co host with Laura. Soph also has a very important question: is it weird to go to a dog park when you don’t have a dog? Then Laura has a big update of her own: Poppy has taken her first steps (and Matt’s reaction was far too calm for Laura’s liking). Plus, a question that has divided the studio: which part of your foot do you use on the accelerator and the brake? Spoiler: one of us uses only her big toe. Next, the story that Laura vetoed and everyone else overruled. Kelly Clarkson walked into a small Brooklyn shop, wanted a $15,000 wooden bird, and says she was treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Then Transport for NSW has officially confirmed that you cannot reserve a car park by standing in it, and it comes with a $94 fine. Laura shares her unhinged Bondi Junction car park story from when she was eight months pregnant, and Soph reveals the most powerful day bed move she has ever witnessed on a cruise ship. We close out with the Tinder Swindler, Simon Leviev, who is reportedly launching his own dating app called Safe Love. We unpack why this is horrifying, and look at the Singapore government’s AI matchmaking app. Would you let a panel of experts pick your partner? Soph and Lachy also have their very first episode of Producers Cut on Patreon this Thursday, so go and subscribe if you haven’t already! Timestamps:

| On Track To Lose 18 Years Of Your Life Scrolling. What AI Is Doing To Your Brain - Uncut with TJ Power | 15 Oct 2026 | 01:06:16 | |
Hey Lifers! Last time TJ joined us we talked about micro-habits and the small daily things quietly wrecking our dopamine. This time, we're going somewhere a little different: building a successful brain in the age of AI. TJ breaks down exactly what AI is doing to our thinking, our creativity and our feelings, why the average person is on track to scroll for 18 years of their life, and the lesser known brain chemical, glutamate, that's quietly driving all of our decision fatigue. We also get into what this means for our kids and screens in schools, why TJ has banned AI from parts of his own life completely, and the very simple (and very effective) "safety check" habit rewiring your anxiety every time you pick up your phone. Oh, and if you take one thing from this episode, put your phones in another room tonight and watch Good Will Hunting with your partner. TJ's orders.

| Britt & Ben’s Baby Bonanza!!! The Episode EVERYONE Has Been Waiting For | 13 Oct 2026 | 01:01:22 | |
Hey Lifers! Britt & Ben’s Baby Bonanza is finally here!!! After last week’s announcement, Britt is answering every question we’ve been banned from asking. First, we clear up the Facebook group theory that the announcement was staged. Spoiler: Laura’s face says it all. Britt takes us back through almost four years of trying. She was banking on falling pregnant naturally until a new fertility doctor delivered some blunt news about Ben’s results, and it changed everything. Britt walks us through what IVF transfer is actually like: the frozen embryo that gets “half defrosted”, the very long needle, the two-week wait, and the cheeky at-home test she wasn’t supposed to take. The big reveal to Ben… We also get into the harder stuff. Britt talks about her birth plan, being on the cusp of high-risk, and the January transfer window that could mean Ben is overseas for the birth. She responds to the comments questioning how someone with fertility struggles can now be pregnant. Then we have an honest chat about never feeling the maternal pull, the “regret having kids” content that keeps finding us, and what being a “good mum” really means. Plus: the progesterone boobs that gave it all away, Britt’s potato gem diet, and why she and Ben can’t agree on a single name. To anyone going through infertility or IVF right now, we’re thinking of you. TIMESTAMPS

| Ask Uncut: A Question So Bad We Kicked Him From The FB Group | 11 Oct 2026 | 00:45:28 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to Ask Uncut, where we answer your deepest, darkest and most burning questions! Laura reveals something she’s been noticing lately (and no it’s not Britt’s baby boobs) and we want to know if anyone else has heard it… Vibes of the week: Britt – Believe Me, the four-part British true crime drama about London’s black cab driver case and the women who weren’t believed. It’s free on ABC iview. (Heads up: it deals with sexual assault, so please skip it if that’s not something you’re in the space for.) Laura – Stone Bridge Frames, the walnut photo booth strip frames that have finally rescued the family photo strips from the fridge. Then it’s into your questions! Q1: CAN I STAY FRIENDS WITH MY EX’S FAMILY? My ex-fiancé and I were together from when I was 16 until 29. It was a long and very messy breakup. Years later I found my penguin. We’re engaged and have two beautiful children. My ex’s sister and sister-in-law have stayed in my life and they are genuinely my friends. We see each other regularly and our kids have playdates. I’m completely over my ex, and my fiancé has no issue with these friendships. But I’ve always drawn the line at birthday parties or events where my ex and his parents will be, out of respect for him and his new girlfriend. It’s now been more than seven years and I wonder if I’m unnecessarily removing myself from events I’d really like to attend. We’ve just been invited to a big birthday party and I genuinely want to go. Is that crossing a line? Q2: SHE’S NOT AS ATTRACTIVE AS I’D LIKE. DO I TELL HER? I’ve been seeing this girl as a friends with benefits for about six months, but it’s getting more serious. We spend whole weeks together and we’re about to meet each other’s families. She’s a great chick, we’re extremely compatible in bed, she gives me very little drama and we click. The issue is she’s not as attractive as I like, and I’m a little embarrassed by it. I can’t see myself giving her the relationship she wants because I’m just not attracted to her the way she is to me. Do I tell her this and break her heart? Do I make up another reason to break up with her? Do I keep her discreet forever? Or do I keep this one running in the background while I “try others out”? (This one came into the Facebook group. We didn’t publish it, he’s no longer a member, and we have THOUGHTS.) Q3: MY BOYFRIEND STILL SLEEPS WITH HIS BLANKIE I’ve been with my boyfriend for four years. About three months in, he revealed a blankie he keeps in his bed, that his mum gave him when he was a baby. At first I didn’t care that much, but four years on I wonder at what age he decides he doesn’t need it anymore. He says it calms him down and he looks for it every night. For extra context: he only washes it every few months, and he has a smaller version that he once gave to me when I was having a bad night. I have not touched it since, lol. When will the time be up? Q4: MY FRIEND MARRIED HER FIRST BOYFRIEND AND NOW SHE’S WONDERING “WHAT IF?” My friend has been with her now-husband since she was 18. He was her first serious relationship, her first sexual partner, and her first and only boyfriend. They’ve been married almost four years and she loves him dearly. Recently, out of the blue, a guy she flirted with when she was 18 messaged her. Nothing ever happened between them, but his messages have become increasingly flirty and he’s said things like “I miss you so much”. It’s really gotten into her head. What if she’d explored more before settling down? What has she missed by only ever being with one person? She hasn’t cheated and doesn’t want to throw away her marriage over a fantasy, but she knows continuing these conversations could cross a line, and that scares her. What should she do? TIMESTAMPS 0:00 — Intro: Britt’s half up half down era (and why she says “becwase”) Want more? | Offcuts: Pregnancy BTS, The Meet Them Twice Theory & The Rockstar Relationship Theory | 09 Oct 2026 | 00:37:07
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little weekend schneck! First up, we go behind the scenes of last week's pregnancy announcement, including how it actually went down on camera, who was in on the secret ahead of time, and why Laura completely zoned out and missed the whole thing live (we promise it's funnier than it sounds). Then, a viral video from Bundaberg, Queensland has taken over the internet: a giant inflatable nutcracker Christmas decoration malfunctioned in the most unfortunate way possible, the council issued an actual apology, and we debate whether it's too early for Christmas decorations full stop. We also get into a new study claiming 80% of people lie at least once every ten minutes, and unpack the difference between harmless white lies, embellishment, and full blown dishonesty. Then, two new relationship theories we can't stop thinking about: the Meet Them Twice Theory (if someone's truly meant for you, the universe will bring them back) and the Rockstar Theory (every relationship needs one rock and one star to thrive). We share our own stories, including Laura's very real "meet them twice" moment with Matt, and debate whether these theories actually hold up. | Explained By A Forensic Psychiatrist: Postpartum Psychosis, The Law & The Lindsay Clancy Case | 08 Oct 2026 | 00:43:05
Content warning: This episode discusses postpartum psychosis, suicide and the death of children. If that's not something you're in the space to hear right now, please skip this one and look after yourself. Support services are listed at the bottom of these notes. Hey Lifers. Today's episode is a heavier one, and it's a little different to our usual Friday chats. So many of you have been following the Lindsay Clancy case, and it's come up again and again in the discussion group. Lindsay is the Massachusetts mum charged with the murder of her three young children in January 2023. Her trial ended in a mistrial in September after the jury couldn't reach a unanimous verdict, and it's left a lot of us with more questions than answers. This episode is not about the outcome of the Lindsay Clancy case. We're not here to debate the verdict, weigh up the evidence or decide whether anyone is guilty. What we want to do is understand the bigger picture: what postpartum psychosis is, how mental illness is assessed in the justice system, and how to recognise the warning signs in ourselves and the people we love. We're not experts, and we didn't want to add to the noise. So we found someone who is. Dr Jackie Rakov is a Melbourne-based clinical and forensic psychiatrist. She assesses people facing very serious charges, writes reports for the courts and is cross-examined as an expert witness. Jackie has no involvement in the Clancy case and isn't here to diagnose anyone from afar. She's here to help us understand how this actually works. We also get into what happens when most of us are getting our information from a three-minute TikTok, and what someone who does this work for a living wishes the internet understood about cases like this one. Then we head into the courtroom. How is mental illness assessed and proven in a criminal case, and how much room is there for error? What does "not guilty by reason of insanity" really mean for what happens to a person afterwards? Can someone seem completely fine in the hours before a tragedy? And how much rests on the twelve people who end up on a jury? Most importantly, we cover the warning signs to look for in yourself, your partner or someone you love. Postpartum psychosis is a medical emergency. If you're worried about yourself or a new parent in your life, please don't wait. If this episode has raised anything for you:

| Britt's Big News (For Real This Time) | 06 Oct 2026 | 00:45:49 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to your Wednesday episode! We did try to start this one eight minutes earlier, but we accidentally talked about New Zealand for the fourth week in a row, (so this is take two.) Laura's just back from five days on Magnetic Island visiting her dad, and she paints the full picture: koalas in the trees, rock wallabies, a thousand locals, and a self-described "island of misfits" that turns out to be absolutely full of Lifers. Speaking of which, Life Unlocked has ticked over 1,000 subscribers! We still don't know what to call you, so jump into the Patreon and vote. Then it's a holiday horror story. Lola's favourite ring takes a dive into a very occupied toilet, Matt declares it gone forever, and Laura goes in armed with a single chopstick. Naturally that opens the floodgates on everything we've ever fished out of a toilet, including a phone, a signet ring that took the long way round, and a pile of hand warmers on the coldest night NSW had seen in 20 years. ⚠️ Content warning: This episode discusses domestic violence, including reference to strangulation. If this is triggering for you, please skip from 14:30 to 24:24, or take care while listening. Support resources are listed below. Over the weekend, former Bachelor Sam Wood was arrested and charged with domestic violence offences. We also talk about a video that has been circulating online, and ask why casually violent language so often goes unquestioned. This matter is before the courts. The charges are allegations only, nothing has been proven, and this conversation reflects what had been publicly reported at the time of recording. A few weeks ago Laura shared that with Poppy turning one, and knowing she's her last baby, she's been grieving this stage while she's still in it. It turns out there's a name for it: “Anticipatory Nostalgia”. We unpack why your brain files a moment away as a memory before it's even over, why Britt has felt it all year, and whether knowing something is finite makes it sweeter or more stressful. We finish with our sucks and sweets: Laura probably had Covid (and brought it to the office), we ignored the wrap-up signal for ten whole minutes with Benson Boone, and the Sydney moth plague has claimed a victim on our team. Then Britt reads out a five star review from a brand new Lifer. Listen right to the end. Trust us. Join us on Patreon for exclusive content and bonus episodes

| Ask Uncut: Is My Boss Having An Affair? (& Can I Keep My Ex's Money?) | 04 Oct 2026 | 00:41:14 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to Ask Uncut, where we answer your deepest, darkest and most burning questions! Life Unlocked has been live for four whole days and it's already turning into a fun little community. Now we just need to work out what to call you all, so jump in and cast your vote! Then Britt has a confession. "Spa night" with Ben is usually a very romantic affair: lights dimmed, mood lamp on, Britt face down getting a massage while Ben watches his show. But this time Britt assumed his noise-cancelling headphones were on. They were not… Vibes & unsubscribes of the week: Laura – Vibe: TripView, the $7 app that maps out your public transport routes and makes you feel powerful (Lachy would like it noted that Google Maps does this for free, and there is also TripView Lite which is free) Then it's into your questions! Q1: MY BOSS MIGHT BE HAVING AN AFFAIR. DO I SAY SOMETHING? Context: My boss is a good friend of mine. She’s married with two kids and has recently become extremely close with a single male colleague. She picks him up and drops him home, they get coffee & lunch most days, and she hangs out with him outside of work with her kids while her husband is at work. What makes it stranger is that whenever he comes up, she says he's weird, won't leave her alone, and makes it impossible for her to say no. I told her that if she didn't want this friendship, she needed to put some boundaries in place. I have no idea if anything inappropriate is actually happening and I don't want to accuse her of having an affair, but the whole thing feels really off and everyone at work is talking about it. Do I stay completely out of it because it's none of my business? How do I navigate this without damaging our friendship or our working relationship? Q2: CAN I KEEP THE FOOTY TIPPING WINNINGS IF MY EX-BOYFRIEND WINS?
Q3: MY SISTER IS BACK IN TOUCH WITH OUR DAD AFTER HIS 15-YEAR AFFAIR
Q4: MY BIOLOGICAL DAD DOESN'T KNOW I EXIST. SHOULD I REACH OUT?

| Offcuts: The Moth Plague, Taylor Swift's Worst Song & Our Open Phone Policy Debate | 02 Oct 2026 | 00:41:00 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little weekend schneck! First up: Sydney is being absolutely swarmed by bogong moths right now, and Britt’s done a deep dive into the science of why (spoiler: it's a wind-blown migration, not the apocalypse). Then, the big one: Taylor Swift dropped four new songs, and while Patient Zero is on repeat everywhere, her track Cleveland has copped brutal backlash online, with critics saying the lyrics read like they were run through AI. We get into whether the hate is fair, or if people just love piling on when she has one off-note. We also open up a conversation sparked by a question in the Life Uncut Discussion Group: what are the actual rules around phone privacy in relationships? We talk through our own "open phone policy" boundaries, when snooping crosses a line, and why finding out about a messy relationship overlap years later can do more harm than good. Then, a difficult but important one: we unpack the latest from Bonnie Blue, who has reportedly welcomed a baby and sold the naming rights for millions — and why bringing a child into her content raises concerns that go well beyond the usual outrage cycle. We close out lighter, with a look at Instagram's new face-blur feature (less "soft launch tool," more "actually really useful for protecting your kids' privacy online"). Keep your questions coming! | Benson Boone Caught With His Pants Down & A Bonus Ask Uncut! | 01 Oct 2026 | 00:22:01
Hey Lifers! We have such a special one for you today. If it sounds a little different, that's because we recorded this in Benson Boone's room (yes, he invited us up!). And if you're wondering why Britt is flying solo for the intro, it's because Benson was SUCH a vibe that we spent half our time just chatting and laughing, the interview ran way over, and Laura had to sprint off for kid pick-up. You know Benson from "Beautiful Things", the biggest-selling single on the planet in 2024 and now 12-times-platinum here in Australia. But nothing prepared us for how open, unhinged and genuinely lovely he is. Today he tells us a story he's never told publicly which ends with his pants fully around his ankles. He also opens up about not owning a smartphone until he was 17, nearly becoming an architect, and how "Ghost Town" was literally the first song he ever wrote. He tells us about growing up with four sisters and his one and only celebrity crush (it runs in the family). Then he weighs in on a Lifer who's secretly dating two men at once, and answers the big one: would he ever date a fan? Benson brings the Wanted Man Tour to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney this November. It's almost sold out, so get amongst it! YouTube Timestamps Follow Benson Boone on TikTok and Instagram @bensonboone

| The Cornell Seven: When Public Outrage Works (& Your Horror Housemates) | 29 Sep 2026 | 00:52:45 | |
Hey Lifers!
Britt has come armed with content this week, and it might be the thing that finally gets her cancelled. A spontaneous detour to Centennial Park, a helpless baby bird, and a pet-napping scandal... Plus Laura has stepped off a four-day cruise and straight into the studio, still swaying. She tells us about sea legs, and sober 11am karaoke in front of the breakfast buffet crowd. (Yes we get podcast karaoke too).
Then the moment you've all been waiting for. The breadcrumbs are over, and we can FINALLY tell you our big news: Life Unlocked, our brand new subscription on Patreon! It's all bonus content, nothing is being taken away, and your four free episodes a week aren't going anywhere. For $6.99 a month you'll get at least two bonus episodes a month, first access to live shows and merch, polls, a direct line to us, and an exclusive Ask Uncut answer from Hamish Blake. Anyone who subscribes in the first four weeks goes into a giveaway too.
Your horror housemate stories did not disappoint. We've got a dick in the kitchen sink, a man literally living in the walls, a booger-wallpapered bedroom, a top-bunk vomiter, a five cent piece dusting trap, and a threesome shadow puppet show performed for a housemate AND her religious mother.
⚠️ Content warning: This episode discusses sexual assault. If this is triggering for you, please skip from 33:05, or take care while listening. Support resources are listed below.
Then we shift gears to the Cornell Seven. A student alleges she was drugged and sexually assaulted by seven fraternity members after a message went out to the entire fraternity group chat. Two were expelled, five were told to attend a workshop and write an essay. After mass online outrage, New York prosecutors have reopened the criminal investigation. We talk about why survivors don't report, what happens to the bystanders who say nothing, when trial by social media helps and when it goes wrong, and what this means here at home. We close with a powerful message from an Australian headmaster to his students about what it really means to be a good man.
Everything discussed in relation to this case is alleged, and no charges have been laid at the time of recording. On Friday, don't miss our interview with a forensic psychiatrist who has been following the Lindsay Clancy case closely. Join Life Unlocked on Patreon: Life Unlocked

| Ask Uncut: Is This A Date? (& He Won’t Stop Talking In Third Person) | 27 Sep 2026 | 00:45:40 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to Ask Uncut, where we answer your deepest, darkest and most burning questions! Something is coming… and for two people who have NEVER teased anything in seven years (we're too disorganised and do everything last minute), we're officially in our breadcrumb era. We've dropped one very Matilda-coded hint, and all will be revealed on Wednesday, so make sure you're listening! Vibes of the week:
Britt – Beef Season 2 on Netflix (you don't need to have seen season one!) Bonus – The Gentlemen Season 2 on Netflix Then it's into your questions! Q1: MY FRIEND IS SUPER LAZY AT WORK AND EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT HER BEHIND HER BACK. DO I TELL HER?
Q2: HE WON'T STOP TALKING ABOUT HIMSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON
(Producer Soph has lived this one, and she will never recover from the words "Steve's turn for little spoon" whispered by a 6'5" man.)
Q3: MY NEW COLLEAGUE ASKED ME FOR COFFEE. IS IT A DATE OR NETWORKING?
Q4: MY HOUSEMATES HIDE THEIR FOOD AND CLEANING PRODUCTS IF WE USE EVEN A MORSEL
Laura has been the victim of a very tight housemate who asked her to replace a banana (the night after she'd cooked him dinner). Now we want YOUR housemate horror stories! What's the most unhinged, deranged thing a housemate has done to you? Send them in and we'll revisit it next week. TIMESTAMPS

| Offcuts: Our Millennial Midlife Crisis, The Marble Jar Theory & A Public Toilet Horror Story | 25 Sep 2026 | 00:43:23 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little weekend snackkkk! This week, Laura's seven-year-old daughter Marlie Mae has started writing her debut novel… working title: Sweet or Death… and we try to figure out whether we should be concerned or proud. Then, we're forced to confront a horrifying truth: we are, technically, in our midlife. A viral Instagram list has us running through the tell-tale signs of a millennial midlife crisis and debating whether it's a crisis, or just a glow up. We also unpack a new workplace survey on the most annoying office habit (spoiler: it's "pinging" people instead of just talking to them), and get into whether Gen Z really deserves the reputation they get for turning up late. Then, Brené Brown's viral Marble Jar Theory has us divided: is tallying up every good and bad moment in a friendship a healthy way to check in, or the fastest way to make every relationship feel transactional? We close out with a very serious deep dive into New York's new 10-minute timed public toilets, and the horror stories that come with them (fair warning: there's a pants-around-the-ankles moment in Hyde Park you will not forget). | Could Male Contraception Work? "It's Different For Girls" : Uncut with Billie JD Porter | 24 Sep 2026 | 00:41:52
Hey Lifers!
We're joined by journalist and documentary filmmaker Billie JD Porter, whose new documentary It's Different For Girls looks at why contraception has been treated as almost entirely a woman's responsibility; from the invention of the pill and the autonomy it gave women, through to the decades-long delay on a male alternative. We chat:
This conversation is intended to be informational and exploratory, and should not be taken as medical advice. | Am I Failing At Friendships? (& The Truth About Channing Tatum) | 22 Sep 2026 | 00:50:00
Hey Lifers! Happy Wednesday! Before we even get going, Britt's got something that she’s been holding on to just for the pod and it’s got us all nervous… Then it's into an Accidentally Unfiltered for the ages: a Lifer accidentally sends the least sexy nude in human history and it’s even worse than you could possibly imagine.
We get into the internet's latest obsession, an account called "Bidness_Nonya" that only follows Channing Tatum, only compliments Channing Tatum and allegedly throws shade at his exes. Is it actually him? We revisit our own Raya walks of shame along the way, plus a confession or two about our own ex-stalking burner account eras.
Then the big one. Off the back of cancelling on one of her closest friends' birthdays this weekend, Laura opens up about something that's been sitting heavy: the realisation that in this season of life, the thing quietly losing out is friendship. It’s a bit of an emotional one, very open and vulnerable, and we ask what else are we sacrificing in life to just stay afloat?
Also this week: we got a billboard! An actual, real, just-us billboard, and we're flying to Melbourne to go stand in front of it. Plus Suck and Sweet, including a very validating one-year-old niece situation.

Britt kicks things off fresh from a stranger's wedding, yes, she crashed one for work and cried the whole way through (obviously). | Offcuts: The HYROX Poop Scandal, Bridezilla's Contract & Your Best Petty Revenge Stories | 18 Sep 2026 | 00:42:32
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little weekend snackkk to get you through to Monday! Quick update from the 30-day, six-second kiss challenge: it is... not going well (Matt has strong feelings about morning breath and mid-cereal ambushes). Then it's round two of your petty revenge stories, and Lifers, you did not disappoint. From graffiti-ing a horrible ex-roommate's number on public bathroom walls, to a decade-long silent feud that ended in a very unhygienic doorstep delivery, to a groomsman's pants meeting an untimely end days before a wedding. We run through the best (and most deranged) of what you sent in. We also unpack a viral 15-point bridesmaid contract that's been doing the rounds, covering everything from banned weight gain to mandatory sobriety, and try to figure out if this bride is joking… or dead serious. Then, the story that has completely taken over our algorithm this week: a High Rocks world champion who had a full, uncontrollable bowel accident mid-competition — and kept going to take out the win. We get into the internet's brutal reaction, whether the rules needed to change, and if a title is really worth it at the cost of your dignity. We close out with the viral "plane breastfeeding" video that sparked outrage worldwide… before it turned out to be completely fake. We talk about rage bait, media literacy, and why fake outrage does more harm than good to real conversations. | Guest Ask Uncut: Ash Wicks Getting Real on Sobriety & Solving Your Wedding Day Dramas | 17 Sep 2026 | 00:53:30
Look who's finally made his way into the Life Uncut studio! It's the man, the myth, the tea-towel-on-his-head legend himself, Ash Wicks, co-host of Two Doting Dads and honorary work-husband of Matty J. Ash joins Britt and Laura for this week's Guest Ask Uncut, and before they get stuck into your dilemmas, he opens up about his brand new children's book, The Secret Ingredient (out now).
We also dive into a refreshingly honest and deep chat about his journey giving up alcohol. What it felt like to "lose his best friend," the moment that made him hold himself accountable, and how it changed his marriage to April. Naturally, he also shares the pettiest hill he'll die on (and this could be a make or break in the marriage).
In this episode, we cover:
Then it's time to solve some life problems:
Q1: "I found out my husband hasn't surfed in two years, but he still says he's going for a surf." Every Saturday for two years he grabbed his board and disappeared for three hours… Turns out he's just sitting in the car park drinking coffee and scrolling on his phone. Should I tell him I knows, or catch him out?
Q2: "My husband didn't cry during our wedding vows." I expected at least a little emotion walking down the aisle ( he cries at every movie where an animal dies) but didn't shed a tear on their wedding day. Am I overreacting?
Q3: "I found out my boyfriend goes to a specific cafe, not for the coffee, but because of the hot waitress." I’m the only one in the friend group who didn't know. Should I bring it up, and how?
Q4: "My husband is addicted to screens and it really bothers me." Married ten years, three kids & if it's not the PlayStation, it's the iPad, phone or computer. How do I handle this without ending the relationship?
YouTube Timestamps 00:00 – Welcome back & introducing Ash Wicks 01:44 – Ash's new book, The Secret Ingredient 06:58 – Ash's pettiest hill: being yelled at from another room 09:19 – Going alcohol-free: Ash's sobriety journey, one year on 21:01 – Q1: "My husband says he's surfing, but he's just sitting in the car park" 29:21 – Q2: "My husband didn't cry during our wedding vows" 36:00 – Q3: "My boyfriend's cafe has a hot waitress" 42:14 – Q4: "I think my partner is addicted to gaming"

| Kissing for Science & The AI's Doomsday Clock | 15 Sep 2026 | 00:50:28 | |
Hey Lifers!
Welcome back to your Wednesday episode, we’re going from group chat nude disasters to the actual end of the world, and somehow it all makes sense… maybe? 😂
We kick off with something suspicious happening with smartphones, before diving into a listener's mortifying story about a fitness-challenge weigh-in photo that went very, very wrong in the group chat. That spirals into a full debate on accidental nudes, a cowboy hat photo that ended a study group friendship, and the great "archived d pic" theory (girls, do you think they save them down?).
Then we get into it: Apparently the average goodbye kiss lasts less than a second, but science says six seconds is the magic number for connection. So… I guess we now all have a 30-day kissing challenge? There's also a very funny detour into New Zealand vs Australian vocab (RIP to Ben, who spent a whole afternoon believing Melbourne had built a public "birthing" pontoon), a Jason Momoa red carpet encounter that still haunts Soph to this day,
And then we get into the deep stuff. How far do you you push your kids to build resilience? What’s the balance and how do we know if we’re being too soft as a society, or maybe it’s a good thing? Then we unpack the AI thread that's taken over everyone's feed this week: a former Anthropic/OpenAI researcher publicly warning AI could "kill us all by 2030”. It's a heavy, important conversation about accountability, regulation and what (if anything) the average person can actually do about it.
We close it out gently with our sweets for the week and phewww that was a big one (also you’re welcome for leaving the off mic moment there in the middle… if you enjoyed it let us know hahah). Go join the Facebook discussion group if you haven't already, that's where all the good stuff goes down. | Offcuts: Men Are Ditching Deodorant, Michelle Obama's Empty Nest Truth & An Open Relationship Gone Wrong | 11 Sep 2026 | 00:34:26
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, your little snackkk to get you through to Monday! Poppy is almost one (how?!) and Lola has entered a bold new era of toddler rage, informing Laura in no uncertain terms that she will, in fact, "kill her dead." Then it's time for our regular check-in on what men are doing to themselves online: this week it's "pheromone maxing" (also known as: refusing to wear deodorant), and a new frontier of self-grooming madness. We are begging them to stop. We also unpack a viral clip of Michelle Obama on her podcast IMO, where she got refreshingly honest about how she actually feels now that her kids have left home. Spoiler: she's thriving, not grieving and it's sparked a very real debate about who's "Team Barack" (misses the kids desperately) and who's "Team Michelle" (has never felt more free). Then, a Reddit thread that reads like poetic justice: a woman opens up her relationship at her boyfriend's request, racks up hundreds of dating app matches… while he gets zero. Naturally, he's furious. We close out with the most petty, most brilliant piece of revenge we've heard in a long time… a woman who signed her best friend's cheating ex up to 500 email newsletters, and we've got some upgrade ideas of our own. | What We Get Wrong About ADHD, Masking & AuDHD - with Dr Kieran Kennedy | 10 Sep 2026 | 01:00:05
Hey Lifers! ADHD has well and truly come into the spotlight in the last few years. Diagnoses have increased substantially in the past decade. But, this surge in diagnosis hasn't necessarily come with a surge in understanding; especially for women, who are so often missed, misdiagnosed, or told it's "just anxiety". So we've brought back one of Australia's most trusted voices on mental health and neurodiversity, consultant psychiatrist and TV doctor Dr Kieran Kennedy, to break it all down. Kieran is fresh off the release of his brand new book, This Explains Everything: A Psychiatrist's Guide to Navigating Adult ADHD, and he's here to unpack why so many women aren't diagnosed until their 30s, 40s or even 50s, what "masking" and "scaffolding" actually look like day to day, the difference between hyperactive, inattentive and combined ADHD, what AuDHD is, and why "high performing ADHD" might be one of the most misunderstood terms on the internet right now. We also get into ADHD burnout, the link between ADHD and disordered eating and substance use, the romanticised "superpower" side of ADHD on social media, and what steps to take if you think this conversation sounds a little too relatable. Kieran shares:

| Raygun's Redemption, Alix v Alex & WTF is Musk? | 08 Sep 2026 | 00:49:22 | |
Hey Lifers! Happy Wednesday! We’re fresh back from New Zealand (Queenstown luge races, ice-cold lake plunges and all) while Britt’s got her own laundry-based betrayal to deal with courtesy of Ben. We take a quick pause to give a shoutout to a very special dad in the Lifer family (Matt we’re looking at you), before answering Soph’s very real dilemma: How do you greet your friend’s partner for the first time without it turning into an awkward fist bump? Laura’s going rouge and talking Musk Sticks…Yep… Who actually knows what the flavour of Musk? This one will have you both concerned and intrigued. Then we get into it. First up, the Alex Cooper vs Alex Earle drama that's been simmering since 2022 finally got its reveal, and we unpack the uncomfortable footage, the question of who really owns your story once you've sat down for an interview, and why we'll never ask a guest to keep something in if they've asked for it to be cut. Then, the big one: Raygun. Her new Netflix documentary has reopened the conversation a year on, and we've got a lot of feelings. We get into vicarious embarrassment (yes, it's a real psychological phenomenon), the line between self-belief and delusion, the role her husband/coach played in it all, and whether the backlash really was about gender or something else entirely. Then we jump into your questions! Q1: I SAID MY EX'S NAME DURING SEX: Instead of correcting myself, I just kept going. He definitely heard it and it's been three weeks. Do I bring it up now or let it die? Q2: MY PARTNER WANTS HIS EX AT OUR WEDDING: They've stayed close since breaking up five years ago and are part of the same friend group. I don't know if I want her there. Should I ask him to not invite her? Q3: MY MUM KEEPS GIVING MY BROTHER MONEY: I only found out by accident. I've never asked for a cent, but apparently he "needs it more." Am I a bad sister for feeling some type of way about it? Q4: HOW DO I TELL MY BEST FRIEND HER CONTENT IS TOO OBVIOUSLY AI? | Offcuts: The Jet Ski Confession, A $11M Wedding Registry Scandal & Taking Your Bush To The Beach | 04 Sep 2026 | 00:43:50
Hey Lifers! Welcome to Offcuts, the stuff that got left in the group chat because there just wasn't room for it in the main episode! This week, our digital producer, Lachy, throws himself onto a live, in-person Love Is Blind-style dating show, and gives us the full debrief, jet ski confession included, plus the panicked moment he nearly sent an unsolicited message from the official Life Uncut Instagram account. Then we get into the internet's latest obsession: a woman who turned guests away from her "creative black tie" going-away party for showing up underdressed, sparking a debate on how strict is too strict when it comes to dress codes. We also unpack the backlash facing Annalynne McCord and Danny Cipriani, whose combined $11 million net worth didn't stop them itemising their wedding costs on a very public registry, right down to the $600 wedding cake. Then, a viral "5 hobbies you need for a balanced life" list sends Laura into a spiral about whether surviving the day counts as self-care, and we debate whether meditation really is the answer to everything (RIP Deepak Chopra's reputation). We close out bikini season-ready with a viral essay titled "I took my bush to the beach" and a very open conversation about pubic hair, laser regret, and who actually cares what's going on down there. | Starting Over At 36, Public Heartbreak and ‘Not Staying Stuck’ - Uncut with Rhi Disljenkovic | 03 Sep 2026 | 00:36:52
Hey Lifers! Something we’ve spoken about a lot on this pod is how neither of us found the love we have now until we were well into our 30s. Every single day our DMs and inboxes are full of the same two questions. From women navigating the utter chaos of modern dating, wondering if they're doing it wrong, if they're too picky, if they've missed some invisible window. And from women sitting in relationships that are ‘fine’, not bad, just not right, but worried about having to ‘start again’ when society is telling them the clock is ticking and beggars can't be choosers. We don't think it's crazy. We think knowing what you want, and refusing to compromise on it, might be the bravest thing you can do in your 30s. Which brings us to today's guest Rhi Disljenkovic. Many of us got to know Rhi when she turned up on our MAFS screens having already met the guy who was standing at the end of the aisle waiting for her. Rhi and Jeff left the experiment together. A few months ago, Rhi made the incredibly difficult decision to end her relationship with Jeff. We get into the pressure of being an "inspirational" couple online, the difference between a bad relationship and a relationship that's just not right, the rumours she's had to sit with in silence, and why she's decided to start an egg freezing journey now. We chat:

| A Prophet And The Influencer Who Got A Face Lift at 33 | 01 Sep 2026 | 00:45:27 | |
Hey Lifers! Happy Wednesday! If anyone’s still sore from the Sydney Marathon, props to you we’re kicking off with why Laura will never be as good as you and a little throw back from veeeery early on in the pod (does anyone remember Britt’s marathon?) Plus we get into a random prophet "prediction" and unpacking the ultimate friendship litmus test that's been going around: Would you let your best friend babysit your kids? Then the big one. After a Byron Bay influencer with 245k followers went public about her "mini" facelift at 33, we get into the convo we can't stop thinking about. Is it better for women to be completely transparent about the work they've had done, even if that means normalising facelifts at an age that once felt unthinkable? Or does that transparency tip into promotion, quietly telling a younger, audience that this is just what upkeep looks like now? And underneath all of it, the real question, how much of this is actually a choice, and how much is just the exhausting cost of trying to feel okay in your own skin after years of comparison culture, motherhood, and a beauty standard that keeps moving the goalposts younger. Plus of course of Suck and Sweet (which includes a huge career highlight hosting global superstar Alex Warren!!!!) YouTube Timestamps

| Ask Uncut: When Is Giving Your Number A Big NO, a $250K Fail & the Ex's Cat Who Won't Leave | 30 Aug 2026 | 00:50:46 | |
Welcome back to Ask Uncut where we answer your deepest, darkest and most burning questions! This week the Facebook discussion group has well and truly been lit up over one story in particular. When is shooting your shot absolutely not okay? Britt and Laura go head-to-head with veeery different opinions on this one that might even change your own mind. Vibes of the week: Britt:The Scream Murders: A True Teen Horror Story on Disney+/Hulu Laura: Instagram Trial Reels (yes really) Then it's into your questions! Q1: IS IT OKAY TO GIVE YOUR NUMBER TO SOMEONE ON A DATE? The story that broke the Facebook group. A Lifer sitting near a couple on a clearly bad date wants to know if slipping her number to the guy is out of line. Britt and Laura go head-to-head on the etiquette of shooting your shot. Q2: HE BLEW HIS $250K INHERITANCE ON A CAMPER VAN & NOW HE WANTS TO MOVE IN, UNEMPLOYED. A Lifer's boyfriend quit his job, ditched his apartment and torched a quarter-million-dollar inheritance travelling... and now he's back, broke, and wants to move into her place while collecting unemployment benefits. Is this a dealbreaker? Q3: MY HUSBAND WON'T SUPPORT MY CAREER CHANGE. After a decade in healthcare, a Lifer found her true passion and was ready to retrain. Her husband shut it down over money. Britt and Laura weigh in on when it's worth the pay cut to chase what actually fulfils you. Q4: MY BOYFRIEND'S EX STILL HAS STUFF AT HIS HOUSE (INCLUDING HER CAT). Months after the breakup, his ex's jewellery, clothes, mugs and yes her actual cat are still scattered through his house, and she still has a key. Is it fair to ask him to finally clear it out? | From Sleeping In A Car To 11 Billion Streams: Alex Warren Gets Real About Grief | 28 Aug 2026 | 00:23:33
Hey Lifers! You know Alex from "Ordinary", one of the biggest songs of the last two years, but what makes him so special isn't just the music, it's how openly he talks about what got him there. At nine, Alex lost his dad to cancer. At 16, he was kicked out of home and lived in his car. At 21, he lost his mum. Today he opens up about all of it: writing a song from his late dad's perspective (with a guitar solo from John Mayer), the voice notes his dad left him before he passed, the "what ifs" of grief, his mum's addiction and the regrets he still carries. He also has one of the best love stories we’ve ever heard. Follow Alex Warren on tiktok YouTube Timestamps

| The Missing Finger, More Possum Chat And Get To Know Producer Soph! | 25 Aug 2026 | 00:51:03 | |
Hey Lifers! BIG episode, yes we’re finally diving in to who the hell is this new producer on our podcast and of course that means a classic “Accidentally Unfiltered". But first, we kick off chatting the $1000+ "shoe" that is somehow just a heel and a prayer, and then get a little deeper: Laura opens up about a pattern of forgetting names and faces of people she absolutely should know, and the girls debate whether it's a perimenopause symptom, undiagnosed ADHD, or just the cost of running multiple businesses and a household at once. But the juicy main event: producer Sophie FINALLY sits in the hot seat for her official get-to-know-you episode, and she comes in swinging with a 3am possum-on-the-bed story, plus some unhinged radio tales. Britt and Laura go through all the quick q’s from the Lifers and BONUS, we also get a cheeky accidentally unfiltered with Laura thrown in there too! Content note: Light discussion of memory/health anxiety. Timestamps

| Ask Uncut: Orgasms On Demand, Mysterious Nudes Heating Up The FB Group & One Very Suspicious Brother In Law | 23 Aug 2026 | 00:44:06 | |
Hey Lifers! Welcome back to Ask Uncut where we answer your deep, your dark and your burning questions. Laura kicks things off with a Facebook group confession that's got us absolutely in shock… or maybe it’s awe? We’re talking rogue orgasms and it’s wild Vibes of the week: Laura: Toxic Love Story on Netflix Britt: Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros Q1: SHOULD I TELL MY SISTER HER HUSBAND IS MESSAGING ANOTHER WOMAN? My sister is overseas and I had her husband over for dinner. While he was on a video call with her, I saw a flirty conversation open on his phone with a woman saved only as a photo and a question mark. Do I wait until she's home, or say something now? Q2: IF YOU BREAK IT, DO YOU BUY IT? My housemate's cleaner accidentally broke one glass from a $140 pair, and now my housemate is making her pay for the full set. She seems thrilled about ending up with three glasses instead of two. Q3: MY PARTNER'S NEVER BEEN FLIRTY WITH ME? My partner of nine months just told me his socials were "hacked" and someone's trying to extort him using a nude he sent 12–18 months ago. He's never once sent me anything like that, and I can't stop wondering why. Q4: AM I LIMITING MYSELF BY AVOIDING “CASUAL” DATERS? I'm back on the apps and getting plenty of matches, but most guys are upfront that they only want something casual. My ex said the same thing before we met and changed his mind a month in, am I limiting myself by only going out with people who say they want something serious? Timestamps

| "I Was Almost Human Trafficked in Paris” - Uncut with Djanaya Hampton | 20 Aug 2026 | 00:53:33 | |
Today we're speaking to Djanaya Hampton, the Australian woman you've probably already seen going viral online. Every year, Djanaya Hampton takes herself on a solo birthday trip. It’s her own tradition, ticking off a bucket list she made years ago. It had always been safe. It had always been beautiful. Until her 29th birthday, when a night watching the sunset under the Eiffel Tower turned into hours of being followed, surrounded and hunted through the Paris metro by a group of men who were trying to traffic her. Djanaya walks us through the entire night in real time from the "harmless" photo request that was actually the first red flag, the moment she watched money change hands, losing them on one train only to have them get on the next, and the stranger on a near-empty carriage who may have saved her life. We also talk about what happened after: the Australian Embassy telling her she needed to leave the country immediately, what it really means to be "on the black market," and the wave of support, and disbelief, she's faced since sharing her story. Djanaya shares:

| 7 Rounds Of IVF, One Facebook Post & Our Discussion Group's First Baby. Uncut with Deb | 13 Aug 2026 | 00:38:26 | |
Today’s episode is such a special one. You would often hear us banging on about how good the community of our life uncut discussion group is, but the story that you’re about to hear might not only make your week but also be the best example of that community we could ever imagine. Deb has been a part of our discussion group since 2022. Back in December 2023, one of our lifers, Deb, posted in the discussion group: she was 35, single, and had just found out her egg count was below the low range. After seven rounds of IVF and still empty handed, she was asking if anyone would consider donating eggs or embryos to help her become a mum. The post got 375 likes and an outpouring of women offering to help. Today we're sitting down with Deb and her eight-month-old daughter Poppy, who exists because of an embryo donation from another lifer. We talk about the shock of her AMH results, the toll of seven rounds of IVF, finding the "Single Mums By Choice" community, why she chose the Life Uncut discussion group over dedicated donor sites, what it was like juggling multiple potential donors, meeting Poppy's donor family for the first time, and how she plans to talk to Poppy about where she came from. It's a full-circle story about generosity, community and one incredible, hard-won miracle.

| Britt’s Ghost Is Back & Perez Hilton The Dark Side of Going Live | 11 Aug 2026 | 00:56:32 | |
Hey Lifers! We kick off with a deep and extremely necessary debate about jean-washing frequency (there is a day, and you know the day), plus Britt's new favourite purchase that solves the dreaded camel toe problem. Then Britt drags Laura back into ghost territory with fresh evidence her house is haunted, courtesy of her very unsettled dog, Delilah. From there we get into the new rom-com everyone's talking about: a woman builds herself the perfect husband out of rattan, and the internet cannot get enough. It's got us talking about the viral dating trend taking over TikTok, male yearning, and why women are so drawn to men who wear their feelings on their sleeve. Then we shift into a much heavier conversation. We unpack what happened with Perez Hilton's TikTok live stream, and the bigger questions it raises about live broadcasting, consent, morbid curiosity, and our collective responsibility as viewers when something like this unfolds in real time. Please note: this section includes discussion of self-harm, so skip ahead if you need to. If you or someone you know needs support, Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14. TIMESTAMPS

| Ask Uncut: Can I Date an Ex Con? Is Sugar Babying Cheating? & My Husband Won't Take Off His Onesie | 09 Aug 2026 | 00:53:52 | |
Hey Lifers! Britt - motion sickness setting. Go into your settings -> accessibility -> choose motion -> select Vehicle Motion Cues -> turn it on Then we get into it: Q1: CAN I DATE A CRIMINAL? For context, I'm 40 years old. I live in a regional town where the pool is very small. I was with my ex-husband for 20 years until a few years ago, when I found out he'd been having a year-long affair. I've worked on myself and I love my single life, so I'm not desperate to meet someone, but it's been three years now, so it would be nice if it was with the right person. I've dated here and there, but no one worth giving up my single life for yet. I also have two children, a tween and a teen, so they're quite independent now. I have never introduced anyone I've dated to them, and I would only do it if I knew it was really serious. My question is, should I go on a date with this guy not knowing what he was in prison for? If I do go out with him, do I have to ask what he was in prison for, or is it too risky? Help! Q2: IS SUGAR BABYING CHEATING? There is a girl I work with, and in the past, when she was single, she had done some sugar babying and had sugar daddies pay for some really expensive things for her. For example, cosmetic surgery (pop off, queen, to be honest). Now, apparently she had stopped when she started dating her current partner, though this can't be confirmed or denied, it's just her word. For a little background on her and her relationship: she moved away from her current partner to a different state for work at the beginning of this year, and he's going to be joining her next year. I have come to find out that since moving, she is sugar babying again. I did not find this out by admittance, but by another coworker finding her on a sugar-baby-seeking website. After discovering that, a lot of things that she's said or done started to become a little clearer, and it's obvious she's doing it again. I can guarantee the boyfriend does not know about this. Also for context, I don't have any idea what the depths of her sugar babying are. I'm pretty sure she's been on some dates since being in the new state; however, I'm unsure if anything physical has happened , just dates, or even just online stuff. Q3: MY HUSBAND SAYS HE NEEDS A "RESET" BEFORE HAVING KIDS Q4: AM I THE ASSHOLE FOR HATING MY HUSBAND'S ONESIE?

| Five Gold Logie Noms Without A Win, Leaving The Jungle & A 16-Year Marriage & A Late ADHD Diagnosis. Uncut with Julia Morris | 06 Aug 2026 | 00:51:31 | |
Hey Lifers! After 12 years hosting I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, Julia found out the show wouldn't be returning to its old network and she joined us fresh off processing that huge identity shift. We get her Accidentally Unfiltered story (a very unfortunate wrong recipient text sent the night before the Gold Logies), what actually goes on behind the scenes in the South African jungle, and how redesigning her life. “Adapt or Die” she says. And hate clean! Julia also gets real with us about leaving a 16-year marriage, realising she'd been in a controlling relationship, and how being diagnosed with ADHD in her 50s helped explain patterns she'd never noticed. She talks candidly about "the great unfucking" of perimenopause and redesigning her whole life with her friends and being a mum to older girls. And because we are absolutely not impartial: Julia is up for her fifth Gold Logie nomination this year, and we want her to win it. Britt then shares a personal update on her fertility and IVF journey and news about what's next for her and Ben. Laura shares the terrifying scare she had with her dog Buster last week, a health emergency that had her fearing the worst, and a reminder to always trust your gut when it comes to your pets.
