| So.. What Changed Holly's Mind??!! THAT decision to have a third | 11 Sep 2025 | 00:50:01 | |
If you guys remember... back in January 2024, we released an episode where Sophie was about to give birth to Brody and Holly had put the brakes on thinking of a third... WELL, in this interim episode, Holly talks about her decision to actually go for that third child; what prompted the final decision, the three years of contemplating and why... she opens up about her journey, answering everyone's questions post the announcement video, and discusses what happened at the beginning of the year when she went through a miscarriage, something Sophie can sadly very much relate to. Sophie introduced Holly to the most amazing gynaecologist who she had seen after her fertility struggles (let us know if you want his info!), and was there when Adam couldn't attend certain appointments. This episode delves deep into pregnancy anxiety post loss, what Holly did to get her through those moments and the methods she used, how she feels so incredibly grateful and blessed, whilst battling with feelings of guilt... and has only just come to terms with what is actually going on! And NOW the excitement is building and she can't wait to share this journey with you all! We hope you enjoy xx

| I resented my husband when we first had kids | 05 Mar 2023 | 00:27:13 | |
We thought this was an important topic to discuss, as it’s one that we would say is the most discussed issue in a crowd of angry, tired and resentful mums. “Who’s more tired?” “Who works harder?” “Who needs a break more?” Kids are an absolute blessing, they can make you as a person and as a couple, but that’s not to say that they also can’t break you (at points…)
| How to Keep a Positive Mindset and Turn Your Life Around, with Malin Andersson | 16 Feb 2023 | 00:44:02 | |
This episode was a real eye opener for us. We were so grateful to chat with the amazing Malin Andersson, all about her journey since losing her child and mother in such a short space of time. From hitting rock bottom and what helped her find herself again, after such trauma in her life. She discusses how to find and follow a new path, regain a positive outlook on the world, find body confidence, find the real you and how spirituality opened up her eyes and led her to become who she is today . Her outlook on life and her passion for motivational speaking and how she turned her life around, is truly inspirational.
| Is there a right or wrong way to parent? | 31 Jan 2023 | 00:30:30 | |
The ever debatable question… nature or nurture? Or maybe a bit of both?! We honestly feel there is such an immense amount of pressure on mums nowadays, mainly due to outside influences such as social media. All the various different methods of parenting that we “should” be implementing, are constantly rammed down our throats. And whilst 100% at times, scrolling through TikTok and coming across parenting tips can be helpful, or even seeing another parent going through similar struggles as you, can being reassuring, this episode is all about how we grew up during “the simpler” life… how we cope and handle meltdowns and our personal views on navigating our way through modern day parenting.
| Labour stories | 27 Jan 2023 | 00:41:50 | |
