This week on Life in HD with The Feel Good Expert, we’re moving through a powerful mental pressure transit, as the Sun activates Gate 63 (Doubt) and the Earth moves through Gate 64 (Confusion). Both of these gates are located in the Crown Center, heightening our sense of uncertainty and pushing us to seek clarity—though true certainty often only comes with time.

I also reflect on my personal experience with the Channel of Community (37-40) last week, what it feels like to have a safe space and community to fall back on when things don't turn out as planned. Plus, we explore Venus Retrograde in Pisces, which begins on March 1, stirring deep emotional and relational themes.

This week on Life in HD with The Feel Good Expert, we’re experiencing a major activation in the Solar Plexus Center, thanks to the transits of Gate 37 (Friendship) in the Sun and Gate 40 (Aloneness) in the Earth, which together form the full Channel of Community (37-40), defining both the Ego and Solar Plexus Centers.

On top of that, we still have the Channel of Transitoriness (35-36) active, making emotions feel heightened and movement feel inevitable. Plus, with Mars now direct and all planets moving forward for the next week (before Venus stations retrograde on March 1), we’re in a unique window of momentum and clarity.
