The Arrows defeated the Utah Warriors 27-24 in an absolute thriller at the picturesque Zions Bank Stadium. Stu and Derek attempt to highlight some of the best Arrows' performances before deciding it would be easier to just talk about everyone. They then look at the best Canadian performances from around the league before debating who will have more tries between Andrew Coe and Brock Webster this weekend.

For the first time ever, Stu and Derek have TWO(!) Arrows games to talk about! The Arrows Sr. Academy is has played their first match against the New England Independents and the big club battled the Free Jacks on a cold, cold day in Massachusetts. They then take a look at some big tries scored by Canadians around MLR this week, and discuss a major coaching change within Rugby Canada.

The Toronto Arrows were on a bye, but the MLR still had a full slate of games. Stu and Derek break down the best Canadian performances from the past weekend as well as preferred bye week destinations, drop goals, new MLR records, stadium aesthetics, and more.

The Toronto Arrows cruised to a 29-5 victory over Old Glory DC in week 4. Stu and Derek take a deep dive into the match, analyzing every try, every controversy, and have a really difficult time selecting a Man of the Match. We take a deep dive into the Wave's historic 6-0 Coastal Cup winning campaign! Then, they look at a busy week in the MLR off-season and Stu tries to explain F1 in rugby terminology.

After a fantastic interview last week, Stu and Derek catch up on TWO weeks worth of MLR news! The Toronto Arrows announced changes to their coaching staff as well as a few re-signings. This brings the current squad up to 26 players which means it is time to pick a way-to-early-to-be-doing-this starting XV. Then they get caught up on some games, from the warmth of Dubai to a snow covered Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship, before diving into the latest news from around MLR.

We have reached our 100th episode! to celebrate we are joined by former Toronto Arrows and Rugby Canada scrumhalf Jamie Mackenzie. We take a deep dive into Mackenzie's career including playing with (and against) his brother Phil, the first time he met Ben LeSage, and other great moments of his career. We also discus the current state of Rugby Canada and get Mackenzie to breakdown the Arrows' big off-season moves.

Stu and Derek are back to breakdown the women's team's 24-7 victory over Wales. Then, the biggest trade in MLR history sees Ben LeSage off to LA. That trade is only the tip of the iceberg as the Arrows (and everyone else) made plenty of moves this week. Rugby 7s legend Ghislaine Landry announced her retirement and the toonie returns to predict the Canadian University Men's Rugby Championship.

There were four massive games in Canadian rugby this week as Stu and Derek breakdown the the men's win over Belgium, the women's loss to England, Wave vs Pride with the Coastal Cup on the line, and the USports Championship.

It was a busy weekend in Canadian rugby as both the women's and men's national teams were in action. Stu and Derek breakdown Canada's win over the USA in the Pacific Four (Two) Series and the loss to Portugal. Then they take a deep dive into the MLR schedule release, the newest Arrows signings, Jamie Mackenzie announcing his retirement, Coastal Cup, and USports rugby.

The Canadian Women's team returned to test rugby for the first time in two years defeating the USA 15-9 on Monday Night. Derek and Stu lend their thoughts on the entertaining match before diving into some of the biggest news stories of the past week.

The Arrows made a triumphant return to Toronto and we assembled an elite cohort of Arrows fans to break it down. Karen Gasbarino, Doug Wilkey, and James Deeley join Stu and take a deep dive into the Arrows' Rugby Rally. They then wrap up the show with a busy week of MLR news, but unfortunately this was recorded before the Kyle Baillie trade!

On this episode the boys break down Canada's 38-16 (59-50 on aggregate) loss to the USA in the RWC 2023 qualifier, take a look at some Arrows news, and say goodbye to some Canadian Sevens legends. We then say goodbye to one of our own as we do some reminiscing on Dan's last show. We look back at some of Dan's favourite moments on the podcast and give him one last opportunity to randomly talk about curling and D&D on his podcast that is supposed to be about rugby.

Test rugby returns to Canada for the first time in far too long! The boys gather to talk about Rugby Canada's broadcast deal with Premier Sports before diving into the big game. They look at the full-roster for the two match series with the USA Eagles before making some outlandishly inaccurate Starting XV predictions (we recorded before the lineups came out).

The boys take a look back at the 2021 MLR Collegiate Draft and discuss how the Toronto Arrows faired. Derek fixes his mic after about 40 minutes (sorry),  but it's just in time to talk about some Arrows' retirements, Spider-Man, Premier 7s team names, overseas signings, and one of the rosters for the RWC 2023 qualifiers.

The 2021 MLR season is all wrapped up and that means it is time to hand out some hardware! Dan, Derek, and Stu put a Le Rouge Rugby spin on end of season awards! They then close out the show with some news from around the rugby world.

On episode 84, we start with the Women's Sevens Olympic tournament before taking a look at the chaos that ensued at it's conclusion. Following that, we actually talk about some fun rugby topics such as the MLR Final where the LA Giltinis were crowned Champions of the 2021 season.

Le Rouge Rugby reaches the 200 episode milestone and we brought Dallas Jackals centre Mitch Richardson on to help us celebrate!

We dive into Richardson's start in rugby, being a day 1 Arrow, joining the Jackals, playing for Canada for the first time, Call of Duty, and so much more!

On this episode, the boys talk a little rugby sevens at the Olympics. They take a look at the Canada's men's performance and make some wildly outdated and inaccurate predictions for the women's tournament. They then look back at the MLR Conference Finals, and make some predictions for the big dance (which thankfully hasn't happened yet)!

Nate Hirayama is the flag bearer at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Dan and Derek could not be more excited! After they freak out, they take a look at Canada's pool and chances in both the men's and women's competitions. Following the Olympics, is the other massive event this weekend; the MLR playoffs. The boys take a look back at some of their favourite moments of the 2021 regular season, discuss the outlook for the clubs that missed out on the post-season, thank Ciaran Hearn for a brilliant career, and preview the two Conference Final matches.

One episode 81, Stu and Derek break down Canada's test match against England, the Arrows' final game of 2021 against New England, the latest MLR news, and the final week of regular season predictions!

It was a big week in Canadian rugby and the boys are here to break it all down. Up first, they take an in depth look at Canada vs Wales, the men's national team's first test match since 2019. Then they look ahead and discuss what lineup changes they would like to see for the match with England (recorded before the lineup was released). After that, Dan and Derek are fired up because Andrew Ferguson is great at rugby and the Arrows won. Finally, they dive in other MLR news, the playoff race, movie reviews, and predictions.

On episode 79 the boys are joined by the legendary Bryan Ray of Americas Rugby News. They take a look at the Arrows loss to RUNY and how the Arrows 2021 campaign has gone. Then, it's a deep dive into international rugby as they breakdown the Olympic Sevens rosters and the upcoming test matches against Wales and England. Stu, Derek, and the Toonie then sit in laughter and disbelief as Dan coins a new phase for the rugby lexicon.

Dan and Derek breakdown the Arrows' loss to the NOLA Gold. The boys also take a crack at naming the Arrows' starting XV after all the international departures. They then dive into the rest of the MLR matches and predictions for Week 15 (which actually include Stu and the Toonie this time).

On episode 77, the boys tackle the Arrows 47-21 loss to the AG's and all the great Canadian performances from across MLR. It was an incredibly news heavy week, so their was plenty to talk about after. The boys dive into Ontario's return to play, Utah's new kit, a USA Rugby World Cup bid, the Rugby Canada traveling roster, Sam Malcolm's return, and week 14 predictions.

One episode 76, we sit down with UBC Thunderbirds head coach Curry Hitchborn. Curry lends his thoughts to a variety of topics including how he got into rugby, the early days of MLR, and his vision for the future of rugby in BC.

On episode 74, the boys discuss some bye week sports viewing before diving into week 10 of the MLR season, the Premier Rugby Sevens news, and the Memorial Day kits. They take a look back at the first five-eights of the Toronto Arrows season and look ahead to their road to the playoffs!

Stu and Derek recap an epic weekend for rugby in North America! There was plenty of Rugby news, but the best part was obviously the games! First the boys look at back-to-back SVNS stops in Vancouver and LA! Then, the MLR returned to action and Canadians were putting on a show!

Stu takes over hosting duties from Dan this week! A hockey game has Derek wondering which rugby game would you show someone who has never watched rugby? Stu and Derek then dive into the Toronto Arrows 19-10 victory over the Houston SaberCats and the rest of the action in MLR over the past weekend! We finish off with some news items and predictions for week 10!

On episode 72, Dan brings up curling agian. The conversation does quickly shift back to rugby though as Dan and Derek breakdown the Lions squad, Canada's summer test schedule, the Fire and Ice Cup, and all the other MLR matches from a wild round 8!
