Luke Stevenson is an Essex based carp angler who has an undeniable ability to catch large numbers of big carp from difficult venues. His recent successes on Carthagena has galvanised his reputation even further. Over the two winters, Luke landed many of the lakes most prized fish, including "Tango" at a lake record weight of over 53lbs. This success has been replicated on other notable venues too, including, The North Met and the Shallow Lake on the St Ives complex.

Simon has a Master of Science degree in applied fish biology, making him expert on carp behaviour. He works as a fisheries consultant, and is also a director for Sussex based fish farmers, VS Fisheries. Simon is also a prolific angler, he has caught the former British record carp known as "Mary" from Wraysbury. Today, he continues to target some of the largest and most cherished carp in the country.
