Round 5 (although we definitely thought it was 4) takes us to Europe to start our summer stint of great European tracks!! Jerez Spain houses one of the most legendary tracks on the MotoGP circuit and a personal favorite in the JKMotoEntertainment world!! Of course with a track so close to home for many riders on our grid we saw quite the fight from some players we weren't necessarily expecting. One of those, although he's not from Spain at all, was Fabio Quartararo!! Surprising the world with a Yamaha on pole for the first time in years, Fabio had a weekend well beyond being ashamed of!!! But what of our top riders in red? Is Marc truly the only rider on the grid that can beat Marc? Are the "top talent" riders racing actually the top talent, or have we been lulled into a Ducati Inflation dragging riders to the top that might not otherwise have a fighting chance to be there? With the Ducati inflation, will any other manufacturers and/or riders be able to throw the red factory off their thrown before the rule change in 2027? All of these questions and more remain on our minds as we continue our adventurous season of MotoGP 2025!!!

After a long winter that still involved plenty of motorcycle action, just a little bit different surface under the rubber, we meet up at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, once again with our favorite guest Lugnut!! As we've come to know and love Lugnut has plenty to tell us about what he's been up to on two wheels!!! Not only did he spend plenty of time out on the dirt on his 2-stroke Gas Gas machine, he also competed in a different style of racing to him, desert racing!!! With plenty of dirt experience under his belt, and a 2025 Moto America season to prepare for, he brought his trusty ZX-10 race platform to Las Vegas to race with CRA and shake off some of the "dust" from the winter. Although that dust may just be the dust from all his dirt racing as he still dominated the club racing field as normal!! Now ready to gear up for a season opener in Utah, and then make his way across the country with Privateer Industries to compete in Moto America!!!

Episode 93 brings you a large drama about the changes in the world, specifically the changes surrounding internal combustion vs electric motors! From kids bikes, all the way up to a 450 class style CFMoto concept, "motor" cycles are truly taking over. Questions are asked like, are they actually better for the environment? Will internal combustion actually get taken over? Is it okay to ride a dirt bike or motorcycle that doesn't make the wonderful music we all love? Big questions with unknown answers!! Beyond the electric vs gasoline world, we have some news to bring from JKMoto Podcast. Your favorite weekly motorcycle podcast is far from being done, but we are going to take a brief pause as we do a little work in house to shape the future. Kohl will be missed and will definitely join us again in the future, official details on the future of JKMoto Podcast will be released in Episode 94 which will be available February 5th 2025. In the mean time we hope everyone enjoys their winter and get settled in for another amazing year of motorcycle racing across the nation and world!!!

As we welcome 2025 both year and race season, we over at JKMoto Podcast enjoy looking back and reflecting on the past year and all the motorcycle adventures we enjoyed!! From new tracks to new licenses, and tons of races won, topped off with multiple championships 2024 was definitely a year to remember and close the book on. As the year come to an end, and the seasons change, snow begins to fall! For those of us that love life on two wheels, what better way to enjoy the snow, then to figure out how to still ride bikes in it!!! Insert half snowmobile half dirtbike, and 100% insanity here! Kohl decided with all this motorcycling he's doing in life, maybe it's time to give the snow bike thing a shot, so we're looking forward to hearing all about his adventures out in the cold!! Back in the real world, we see some interesting moves being made by teams in Moto America, to include the Yamaha team in the SuperSport class deciding to run an R9 under their top rider for the 2025 season, it seems this may mark the official death of the beloved R6 and the end of the 600cc supersports all together!! It is sad to see this icon move on, but exciting to see where the world will go, and what else manufacturers will develop as times and emissions requirements continue to change!! Lastly, who will make their way back to MotoGP with the upcoming changes coming our way for the 2027 season, will we see Suzuki make a come back, or will BMW steal the teams out from under Ducati to make their presence known in the top racing class in the world!!!!

2024 Track season for JKMoto is essentially over and as we prepare for next season and what the future will bring, we also often look back and reflect on what we've done!! To make that a little easier we decided to bring on a guest that joined us for many of the motorcycle adventures of 2025!! If there were such thing as a track son, Kelly would fit that bill for the JKMoto Team, but he also has an interesting back story that led him to eventually riding motorcycles and doing track days. From a Toyota Corolla, to 2 different sport bikes and 6 different race tracks under his belt, Kelly has quite the track record already and has a very interesting learning curve due to being a brand new rider that hit the track so early on! Stay tuned for the rest of an amazing story and quick recap of some of the adventures of the year!!!

With the holiday season upon us many are out Christmas shopping and spending their money on cheer!! Don't forget that the 2025 race season is right around the corner, we don't know about you but for us just send tires was our letter to Santa this year! While most of the world is enjoying left over turkey and beginning the decorating for the season, KTM is inching dangerously close to a bankruptcy that could leave them out of MotoGP next year. While that's happening inside the Austrian company, CFMoto a relatively new Chinese motorcycle manufacturer surprises us with a new design for a liter bike!! Beyond the bike financial world news, remember that many clubs across the nation are posting their schedules up for the new year, so don't forget to pull some of that Christmas money aside and purchase a race license!!

It was about time we finally made a trip to the campus to visit Josh, the man behind the weekly riding tips!! From private coaching, to flat tracking, mini motos, and just an all around fun filled weekend on two wheels, this trip truly had it all! We decided it would be best to bring on Josh himself to help tell the stories about the trip down to Motor Speedway Resort Houston!! As track day junkies we have made some pretty insane trips to see race tracks all over the US, but this trip will definitely go down in the record books. Easton got his first actual taste of dirt, and the JKMoto crew proved the effectiveness of Josh's training camp by brining a brand new rider along for the trip! MotoGP 2024 season is officially over and we have a new champion, ringing out the points until the absolute end, Pecco Bagnaia did his best to hold off the relentless fight of Jorge Martin, but in the end Martin took it home. The biggest question now as we move forward to 2025 is what the season will look like for some top names on new bikes. Martin coming to the forefront of that list as he takes his world title over to the factory Aprilia garage for next season. Vinales and Bastianini will find themselves both on KTM machinery, (non factory team) and Bezecchi will Join Jorge in the Aprilia garage, with two new faces also joining the MotoGP 2025 grid it will definitely be quite the interesting story. So while we all wait to see the next season unfurl, enjoy this quick recap of the season ending weekend!!
