Getting this watercolour out there has been a massive task.

It almost didn't happen.

Everything went wrong.

And after being a month behind, I'm FINALLY releasing this painting.

'Energy 1' is about the homecoming we all deserve.

The coming back to that place within, where it feels right.

An arrival into peace that I went through returning to the forest, where I live off-grid.

That process was hard, so I guess finally dropping this original is a mirror of that journey.

The painting itself was a joy, and so was recording and editing this video.

The poetry came during the sketch.

Those rhymes echo the sense of serenity I felt painting her.

And the emotional resonance of being free again in the wilderness.

But when I was about to launch, almost everything went wrong.

It was misalignment, and the spirit correcting my path.

A reflection of what I went through landing back in the forest.
