It has been a while... It has been crazy on our end and we want to update all of you. Thank you to everyone who reached out asking where the podcast has been. It is because of you guys we are back!

Even though we don't see what happened before the cell phone video, it's hard to think of something that would cause this to be ok. Let's talk about it!

Fumbling our way through this episode and dusting off the mics. Glad to be back, it was a crazy season for all of us. 

Last week Ryan had 20 presentations to over 9,000 students. He knows not every student will listen, but even if it impacts one, it was worth. Both AJ and Ryan's have been speaking more and share on that experience. 

There is a lot going on in the world right now...Let's talk about Israel, freedom, and God.

Today we go over a few trending police videos that people are starting false narratives about. Aj tells us about his experience speaking at Harvard, and Ryan may or may not have been racially profiled at the studio.

Thank you for your patience! With our schedules getting busier and being in different time zones it has been hard to line up our calendars, but we are back and have missed you all!

Aj and Billy had their kid's going to school for the first time which through off everyone's schedule and now the building the studio is located in has a power outage and they don't know when it will be back up.... Ryan travels accross the country to speak at an event and he doesn't know what the event is. Showing up in his neck pillow and sneakers was not the right move.

Portland State University took guns away from it's police in 2020, and this month they have given them back. Also there is talk about helicopters now being used by police and K9's won't be able to bite anymore?

That is a good thing! This is all about dialogue. Our guest shares with us how "Switched" really did change his perspective. He even calls it "the solution" to what is going on right now in our society.

Fridays I am going to start posting a short segment about someting that was on my mind that week. It will be differenct from our normal episodes, it won't ever have a guest or discussion, just my thoughts about the previous week. I hope we can learn and grow together from this.

You never know how far one decision you make can go. We talk about a lot in this episode but Ryan shares a video towards the end that reminds us of why we do what we do. As officers we can make a huge impact with a small action. 

The ITSNEEDED Conference is over and we are back. What now?

Jason Lehman is an educational consultant, writer, and public speaker. He was also a police officer for many years and is dedicated to bridging the gap between law enforcement and the community.

We are always looking for the ambush or the attack, but we neglect officer wellness which is more likely to kill us.
