Northumbrian Water’s Innovation Festival

This year's festival is 10-13th July 2023 at its usual venue of Newcastle Racecourse and this year’s theme – CITIZENS – has been chosen with our community spirit and people at the absolute heart of it.

In this week's episode Phil Jackman and Kimberly Hendry talk with Alycia Rumney a recent graduate from the CAPSLOCK program about the ongoing debacle of the CAPITA breach and spear fishing, with personal examples of how cyber crime can affect an individual, "it's not a victimless crime".

Neurodivergence in Cyber Security: Diversity in the workplace means more than gender or cultural issues and increasingly the information space needs a broader range of diversity in the workplace to not just represent and reflect society but in order to approach ever more complex problems especially in AI and Cyber Security.
