Saison 1 · Épisode 2
vendredi 28 mars 2025 • Durée 45:10
In this episode Milo Downs and Jon Bickley discuss the Natural Health Service.
When the NHS was set up by Attlee's Labour government after WW2 it was meant to be accompanied by a health giving access to the countryside. This was enshrined in law.
Today the NHS is underfunded and we have access to 8% of the countryside. And we are all suffering as a result. What happened and why? What can be done?

Right to Roam part 1
Saison 1 · Épisode 1
lundi 3 février 2025 • Durée 43:15
Jon Bickley and Milo Downs talk about the right to roam in England where 1% of the population owns 50% of the land and the public has access to 8% of the land. With respect to Guy Shrubsole and Nick Hayes, we couldn't think of a better title than this and we are spreading the word we heard from them.
Jon and Milo are singers with The Invisible Folk Club Band.
